This hotel is very easy to get to from I-5 yet is quiet. I recommend getting a first floor room as there is only one elevator. The rooms are clean and comfortable but no microwave oven. There is a fridge and a Kuerig coffee maker. Breakfast is standard Holiday Inn Express with attentive staff. It was crowded at peak time because the hotel was full. The parking lot does not have room at all for oversize vehicles. Our class B van took up two spaces but staff did not have a problem with that. Overall this hotel is a great value.

The location was perfect. I came down with my husband, who was working, so close proximity to entertainment was a must. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked that the were options for pillow firmness. The hallways were a little claustrophobic but the pool was nice and the water was warm. I really liked that it was an indoor pool. We had breakfast in the lobby. The were lots of options and everything tasted good. Overall I really enjoyed the experience. I found the staff to be very polite and extremely helpful.

This is an amazing hotel! When the power went out they suggested that I come in and eat their breakfast and stay warm until my room is ready which I thought was pretty nice. They also made accommodations for me to bring my cat in and went so far as to take the frame off from the bed so my cat cannot hide underneath. Every staff member I came in contact with was super polite and kind cannot recommend this hotel any higher! The beds are super comfortable and they have an amazing continental breakfast!

The building is under renovation so it got quite noisy for brief periods, the TV frequently lost its signal throughout the day and what they call a suite should be their standard room. With that said, you would expect so-so customer service. Nothing could be further from the truth. We needed a fairly early check-in so we called to reserve. They were honest about what my expectations should be...we might have had to wait. But we didn't, at least not long. Maria had our room ready shortly after we arrived. The staff at every level was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Smiles and offers of assistance were offered each time I encountered an staff member. And most had no idea that we were preparing for a medical procedure but were just kind and courteous as a matter of course. They will probably never know how much we appreciated all they did for us.

We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express in the west coast states. They usually are either new or very well kept. This one had a musty smell in the lobby, elevator and hallways. The room however was quite nice and did not have that same smell. The room was and its bathroom were clean and the bed was neatly made. We got a good, quiet nights sleep and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I would like to thank the staff here especially the night staff. We were in an unfortunate situation and they were so good to us. They made sure we were safe and Fed my kids and I at 1am, they went way above the call of duty with my family and we will forever be grateful. I wish I could remember the ladies names but it was night shift on a Thursday night. I really hope the owner of this hotel knows the hearts of his employees because they are so valuable. Iā€™m sure that the culture there is amazing because it shows in the staff and how they truly care about people. Again thank you for excellent service and amazing staff!

This is such a nice, clean, and friendly hotel. The bathroom wasnt the typical tiny space, there was room to set things down and not feel crowded. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. Breakfast was full of choices and delicious. I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls and coffee!

We stayed here on our road trip to Seattle. The pluses: Quiet rooms. Kids loved the indoor pool. Beds so comfortable! Love the pillows, too. Walking distance to Elmer's (great place for dinner, as well as breakfast). Close to freeway. There were no negatives that I experienced on this trip. Great job, Holiday Inn Express!

Reservation desk was extremely helpful - I received the type of room I desired, and the floor I prefer. Centrally located for ease in returning to freeway, or downtown, shopping and eating establishments. Ample onsite free parking in hotel owned lot. Breakfast included and hours have been extended for people like me who like to sleep in. Complimentary newspaper provided. Common areas such as eatery, pool, workout room, are all very clean. Bed linens and pillows are very cozy. All around great place for overnight or extended stay.

The rooms were clean, and it was a decent location. We were going to Autzen Stadium, and it was easy to get to, and the price was right. The breakfast is pretty decent, and the coffee isn't bad. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the hotel doesn't hide sound from the hallway, adjacent rooms, and rooms above. The hotel is going to be remodeled, so that might help.
