Overall I would say that the Hotel is pretty good with excellent staff and rooms to the Fairfield Suites standard. What disappointed me was that when we stayed there last October they had a waffle machine, eggs, and toast available for breakfast. Apparently they removed these options from their offering. This Hotel, like most Marriott Properties are owned and managed by Franchisees. I believe this one is owned by the Patels. After my visit here, I stayed in a Fairfield Suites @ Dallas Fort Worth airport and they had all these amenities missing from Eugene. I wonder whether Marriott has a standard for Breakfast and will follow with their corporate office to ask that question. I think the Patels were looking for cost cutting despite a premium rate for their Hotel.

@marriott take notice. Amazing front desk staff. Clean hotel rooms. A little late stocking basic breakfast though it was clean and good presentation. Easy enough access on/off I5.

Omg this place is actually great. Not gonna lie I usually have a list of complaints about hotels and I don’t even have one here. The bed is comfy, the pillows are great and it has that clean bleach like smell to it. The room itself is so clean too! It’s quiet in here and just overall comfortable

A bit out of the way, but it is an astounding, new hotel. I Enjoyed everything about this hotel, especially the breakfast which offered alternating quiche and chicken sandwiches with cheese (not a fan of, I don't have access to running water at work). The rooms have ample lighting and even the cheap rooms feel somewhat like a suite compared to other slightly dated hotels. There are no vending machines though, odd. The fitness centre is really good! A focus was put on that room to accommodate multiple runners using it at once. Tell your friends, it's a good one.

Great place, would stay here again. Everything is as one would expect for a Marriott property. Parking lot can fill up quickly.

Nice hotel in Eugene. Pretty close to the east side of Pres Trail for running but you do have to cross a pretty busy road to get there.

OMFnG! I can't get over how wonderfully friendly, kind, and welcoming the front desk lady was when i checked in! After a long day of meetings and driving a long way to get to the hotel, I came away from the check in pro ess feeling appreciated and refreshed! I highly recommend th8s hotel. Oh, yah, the room was great and everything else was good too.

A friend of mine has been staying there for a little over a month she doesn't necessarily need housekeeping but she says that they're really cool the rooms are nice good size and right in the middle of Eugene and Springfield very convenient especially if you're going to be riding the bus I

Beautiful Hotel and really nice, big rooms/bathrooms and my kids love that there is a pool. But unfortunately, none of that matters when other guests AND hotel staff look at you like you don't belong here and follow you around like there's something wrong with you! Are we not dressed nice enough, or do we not look rich enough to be staying here? Cause I can guarantee that we are comfortable financially. I just don't prefer to constantly flaunt it like most people because I'm happy without needing to do so. It's just made us so uncomfortable that we've resulted in taking the stairs in and out of the hotel just so we don't have to worry about being looked at like we're less than. A hotel is for ANYONE. I'll admit my kids aren't the most well-behaved kids out there, but that's just it. They are kids. I would have really liked to say I had the best experience here and will definitely be back, but that would be a lie. Also, for the price of the hotel rooms, you'd think they would put trash bags in their trash cans and that they'd have better smelling toiletries. Also, none of the outlets in our room work, so that's awesome. Also, you're not really close to any decent restaurants or activities, which is kind of a bummer, and trying to find a parking space is impossible. If you're going to make people uncomfortable like you have my family, you should probably make sure everything here is 100% first. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The hotel met expectations. The rooms are clean and the lobby is nice. I will caution folks not to pay for a river view. It is ……underwhelming. But otherwise a great stay.

Victim of vehicle theft here 2 nights ago. I was even under a video camera but still doesn’t stop the people of this town to smash in windows of vehicles. Be careful out there.

Really nice place! Came to Eugene for a Tool concert and it was super close to Matthew Knight colosseum. Super clean, shower was huge, and comfortable room. Bed was a little hard but comfy pillows and clean linens. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked amazing like fresh waffles and pastries and fruit, compared to some complimentary breakfast I’ve seen.

Enjoyed my overnight stay here. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when asked where is there a nice place to eat for dinner. I highly recommend this place.

The front desk customer service Will is very rude. I asked to speak to a manager he did not help. He atually started yelling at me saying I need to leave. I asked to document my accout to have the manager call me in the morning to ensure my check in went well. As he told me that my card was declined. I told Will that I should not be treated like this as a customer and that he was being rude. He then continued to yell that I needed to leave. As I was getting the managers card Will proceeded to tell and say is this the card number to charge? I walked away as being yelled at is not okay. I still have no idea how my room was charged. My company pays for the room and my card was soposted to be charged only for incendentals.
