Good clean hotel. There are places to eat within walking distance. Staff is great. Nice patio area if you want to enjoy a glass of wine or have some dinner outside. You would have to pick up the food from a restaurant because food on site is limited.

Location, given a mobility room for no reason or explanation. Room dark. Ambience poor. Husband stays at a number of marriot hotels for business and this was by far the worst. Breakfast included in price, very poor and confusing service. No variety of choice and would describe as a fridge service in the foyer.

What a Gem! This place is clean and smells great! It’s not too far from the freeway but far enough away that you can’t hear the freeway. Has a pool that is the perfect temperature. The room is comfortable and relaxing. Staff is friendly and accommodating! Everything you can ask for without a huge price tag. LOVE!!

Great place with nice quiet rooms. I asked to be on a high floor and was accommodated. Breakfast at Starbucks was divine and the server guy was outstanding. Excellent service from front desk staff as well. I even asked to be able to have my room cooler than 65 and they fixed it for me. Thank you! Will definitely come back when in town. Oh Hop Valley brewing is across the street and many great restaurants nearby.

Room seemed oddly laid out, roomy but cramped ! Service was okay, but no free breakfast so we went elsewhere, Located very close to restaurant options, mostly fast food.

This Courtyard has an older outside look. The rooms inside are updated and are fine. Lighting is a little dull around the coffee-making area. The wash basin is outside the toilet and shower area and feels tight. Beds and working area is good. The lobby is bright and comfortable.

I gave the rooms 5 stars due to how clean it was. It is rarer than you think nowadays probably due to staff shortages and budget cuts. Every surface had been wiped down, cleaned and dusted. Now the walls are kinda thin as we could hear lots of movement and doors slamming in the hall this morning and stomping overhead but we needed to get up anyway. Overall though I’m very happy with my stay here. Oh and there is not a complimentary breakfast but there are lots of places nearby to go (dennys is like a 2 minute walk away and a Mexican restaurant called Victorios that serves breakfast just across from hotel entrance ) and for the difference in what we would have paid for a place that did offer breakfast this was a better deal.

Hotel was super expensive. They promised an inner court view but didn’t honour it. I wrote and asked for a discount a few days later and they basically ignored me. No free coffee at front desk area. Everything was for a price. We won’t stay here again.

You. Would think being in? A college. Town That close to the airport there would be a shuttle service of some kind. Unfortunately the only choices are lyft and Uber. Too bad they don't do like a couple of the San Francisco hotels have and partnered up with these ride shares. To offer discounted rates.

We visited all 50 states, stayed at many Marriott hotels, so I could definitely say it's one of the best Cortyard hotel in the country. Nice, clean, quite, welcoming.

Decent location, lots of restaurant options for the weary traveler. Comfy bed, quiet, reasonably laid-out room, though having the microwave and coffee set up on the desk where you have to work is a little odd. Front desk staff was lovely, very helpful.

You know what you're getting with a Courtyard property. My room, while on the small side, was very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and conversational no matter what hour I was walking in the door. The location of the hotel itself is not the greatest. It's convenient, but I would worry about a car break in here depending where in the lot you left your car. There are a few restaurants within a 2 minute walk for an easy dinner. I would stay here again, but never leaving any valuables in the car. 😊

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. No included breakfast, but there is a little restaurant/ cafe/bar in the lobby with options. Finding the elevator is confusing and easy to miss.

Came here while on a road trip so came in pretty late but the front staff was polite and pleasant to welcome us. The room was 2 queens was comfortable and clean. The room had a microwave which was super helpful with kids and they had a little array of items you can purchase for food and heat and eat meals making it easy after a long night. Check out was smooth and the whole process enjoyable.

great place. Super helpful staff. Reasonable and accommodating with bookings and cancellations. Great simple suites for families. It’s our favorite spot with young children when we visit Eugene.

One of my favorite hotels in the Eugene-Springfield area. Hospitality of the staff is phenomenal. The decor is modern and feels like home. The rooms are spacious. I just love the curved pull out sofas. And I love that they have meeting rooms.

I probably will not stay in a Courtyard by Marriott again. This room is much nicer than the one I stayed at in Chico, CA. The first things I didn't like about this room is not one bit of information about the layout of the motel and no trash bucket liners. Then the toilet plugged first thing in the morning and we were handed the plunger and expected to fix it ourselves. We have the skills but didn't bring work cloths. I did notice the toilet working better after we fixed it. Well darn, we were encouraged to pay in advance when we made the reservation. Guess we are stuck in this room wondering what we will have to fix next.

Ok THIS Marriott has great staff, the bistro food was DELICIOUS. I like how they make the food and drinks at this location better than the one in Medford. HANDS DOWN

The TV is small and the placement is a little awkward to enter and exit, but outside of this, the room temperature was comfortable and the bed was cozy. I like how close the placement is to restaurants and convenience stores and there's even a Starbucks in the lobby.

Modernized Courtyard with the standard amenities. Clean pool and fantastic gym. Great spot for the weary traveler. Walking distance to restaurants, gas station and many other things. Will definitely stay here again!

Room was cool...had the double beds which I didn't like. Hotel located next to plentiful restaurant options...one of my favs being Jack in the Box. Hotel IT was on point to getting my PS5 game system to work on the network, but the hotel cleaning crew was not up to par. They did not clean my room a couple times when they were supposed to. Plus they threw away my shoe inserts as they lay next to my shoes. They had friendly staff. All and all I ride with Marriott.

Pretty good place to stay for business for a few days. AC units are a bit loud in the room but overall a good clean hotel. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. Overall pretty good experience.
