This hotel is pretty quiet. I didn't have any problems staying here. A little bit loud during the day if you like a window open. I didn't really hear anything with the windows shut. I just turned on my AC or fan to drown out the sound during loud times of traffic. It's right off the Gateway, but convenient and local.

Very friendly staff! Super convenient location. Store next to parking lot is 24hrs and is a gas station as well. I was in town for working an event and they were very accommodating and worked with me nicely! Out of all the places I've stayed in the area before, hands down this is the best. Will be returning 100%

Everything was nice and rooms were in good condition and clean... No complaints. This is a good, basic hotel without any frills.

It is very easy to find off of the interstate. The office and room were very clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. We would recommend stopping here on your travels. Close proximity to interstate, gas, and several food options.

This place goes above and beyond. My daughter has stayed here several times over the past year and told me that it’s a beautiful property and the rooms are very clean and nice. She stayed a week ago and had an emergency situation where she had to leave her suitcase behind. This Super 8 has stored her suitcase for her, no questions asked, and have been so accommodating to our family until we can get there to retrieve it. Both times that I have called and spoken with front desk people, they have been so considerate My husband and I will be making a trip to Eugene in the next 7 to 10 days and will definitely make a reservation to stay at this location ourselves! Thank you super 8 and Will at the front desk. I don’t remember the other woman I spoke with about a week ago, but she was very nice too!

We were coming back from Canada and were storing to stay Mount Sashta but our ETA showed 2:30 am therefore we canceled the reservation at Sashta and decided to stay motel 8 Springfield and booked in last minute..we are family of 5, rood had 2 queens and a sofa bed, plenty room, bedding and my kids loved the continental breakfast! It was perfect for what our needs! Also had Tesla supercharger next to it and got to charge out car while eating breakfast!

Good location, lots of food options in walking distance. Place is tired and definitely needs updating/maintenance. Room was clean.

Excellent location , with food and stores just a walk away. Easy access to freeway. Very clean room. 2 star service is because the front desk service was new and didn't charge us when we checked in, later getting a call from someone more knowledgeable and we had to go down to the office to take care of that. Which was an inconvenience since we're on vacation.

Have stayed here several times and love it. The employees are great, and the rooms are bed bug free and clean. Will stay again.

I'd like to thank Samantha, whom typically works mornings! I booked here multiple times at the end of last year, and Samantha was able to accurately decipher my near-incoherent ramblings after working an overnight 12 hour shift! The epitome of professional, and always set me up with a quiet and comfortable room to crash after a long night! Y'all hired a gem and seriously need to promote this gal based on her customer service!

This is one of the better Super 8s I've stayed in. Rooms are clean and comfortable. And the furniture actually matched lol. Quiet and good location.

Super 8 Wyndham Springfield/Eugene is a wonderful safe place to stay. It is clean, smells fresh and I found the staff was very friendly. It's convenient to get to being it's just right off the freeway. There's Chevron Gas Station across from it and a convenience little store there too. Denny's Restaurant and other restaurants are nearby too. I will always stay here when I am in the area and need a good safe place to stay. The price is pretty affodable too.

Tara and all of the front desk ladies were awesome.. we were there for a week for work and everyone was so helpful... the room was very clean and beds although not ours were pretty comfortable! Next time we work in that area we will definitely stay here!

The rooms were perfect for me. I've been here for a month and have absolutely no complaints. Everything was clean, the staff was great, and the location is perfect if you like shopping and multiple places to eat.

Made a last minute trip to Springfield for the birth of our first grandchild and needed a place to stay for the night. Room was clean, comfortable bed, small refrigerator and coffee pot, and very friendly staff and moderate priced rooms. Easy highway access and nearby restaurants and shopping. I would recommend it to any traveler in need of a decent, clean and moderate priced place to spend the night.

From the outside it doesn't look like much however the room we were in was recently renovated. I was confused by a phone call from the front desk. I answered and they asked for my wife. I told them I was her husband and may I help them. The girl replied, we were just checking to make sure this was her. That call made me feel like they wanted to see if there was anyone in the room. Hoping they weren't planning on breaking into our room if we weren't there. This is why I only give it a 2 star. I brought this up to the desk in the morning and that person had no idea why they would had called asking that. Just doesn't seem right

Stayed here for wife's 50th high school reunion. Room was clean, comfortable and best of all, quiet. Staff from front desk to housekeeping was very friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Very clean location (inside motel) around back where we walked dog other half said people were “hanging” around so of course be sure to lock vehicles and have valuables with you at all times. While grabbing luggage from vehicle to go to room, and woman and guy came from around the back of motel and they looked as though on drugs and they couldn’t walk straight was talking into the sky and arguing with something that wasn’t there. Over all though our stay was nice in motel and we didn’t have any issues with our stuff or vehicle at this location and we felt safe the whole time. I will say if can’t walk well or etc ask for a room closest to elevator, otherwise can be a long walk if have to go to other end of halls. Hotel has 3 floors, stairs at both ends of hall and elevator on lobby end of hall.

Room had a bit of a smell, cigarettes or something. Hallway carpets were a little funky but the room itself was quite nice. Location is good. People were friendly

This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and management goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs! No pool or spa but located in the heart of Springfield Oregon. It’s great location is right across the street from Best Buy and the gateway mall!

We got a two queen room no smoking. It was extremely obvious that the room was commonly smoked in though. The room also has mold growing on the ceiling. It also had a broken down shower and dirt on the floor. I was in constant disgust. It seemed as though the room was rarely cleaned. Don’t go to this hotel.

Melissa made our entire experience at the Super 8 from check-in to check-out absolutely amazing. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in my years but she makes this place feel better than a 5 Star hotel in Hawaii. Would stay here 8/7 days of the week.

When we could not be accommodated by another hotel across the street for an ADA accessible room, this one was more than able. Beautiful, large comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Very secure with plenty of security, this will be our go-to place for future trips.

Just got back after a 10 day stay and the experience was really special. Robyn and Terra are two wonderful people who both made me feel at home - I feel like I left there with two new friends. The people that work there are friendly, polite and helpful. You really couldn’t ask for anything more.
