Exactly what you expect for the price. Management is very friendly. No frills, no ice machine, no vending machines etc. For long term stays this is your best bet in town. One bedroom apartments available with kitchens. Bring your own hot plate as stoves are not included. Could not ask for better people to rent from.

The woman at check in charged me 89$ for a room. She told me I wouldn’t have to pay a deposit since I payed with my debit card. Then she comes back to ask me to sighn a receipt for a 25$ deposit for the room key.Said she would reverse it the next day. She never did. I had to file a claim with my bank as it’s 4 days later and still no return. I also blocked any future charges from them.she also informed me after I payed that my electric might be shut off for a hour or so at some point as they are doing renovations. I had friends come visit me a hour or so after I checked in. She called my room to ask if they are staying as well as she saw them with bags. I said no and then she said she’s going to charge me 10& for each of them incase they stay over.i said no as they are leaving I don’t approve that charge. This is not how you run a business. I won’t be back.

Walked up ask " how much for 2 nights" she say $120 I confirmed the amount she takes my card and ID come back hands me room key. I go and get my much needed 2 days of rest. Go to check out and notice she chargea me 2x the amount and a deposit and a random $40 charge to a 3rd party maids service that just happens to be at the hotel in the morning when I check out

Good place if you're on a budget and want a quality room on that street. Conveniently located by a few fast food joints. But the front desk people were fabulous as far as letting me slide until I got there payment in full so unlike many places to even offer that kind of flexibility within financial agreement. Deposit was required but in a respectable manner. I recommend this place 100÷

Good place to go for quick in and out to get down town and to the freeway

These beautiful little hotel motels all look the same but this one is different this one you can feel the love in the rooms in the housekeepers in the front desk attendant and all over you can feel the difference I love this hotel.

Rooms are tiny. Room quality is terrible. There are building code violations. The staff/ owners are rude and do not respect personal space. I witnessed them just open the door of an occupied room because they thought someone else might be there.

I was getting bitten up by bed bugs and the rooms were tiny. The bathtub was very nice but the people who occupy the other hotel rooms have no respect for other guests and they blast music and let their animals run loose. I have a service dog and she was very set off by the loud music and people partying. The management was excellent they were very respectful of my service dog and very respectful to me and moved me to a new room once I told them I was getting bitten up by bed bugs and the new room was new and had no bugs.

Room was clean but it is a very noisy place. You here traffic and voices all night.

So much drama and shady people in and out of there all hours and loud people and crime everywhere. Rooms are not well kept and things are not in full working order.

Check-in was quick and pleasant, front desk agent was very kind and helpful. Property was well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, thank you very much.

Knobs for thermostat control on AC/heater unit broken and noisy. Barely space to get into the door and antiquated feel to the walls and furniture, but the staff was super polite even when I told them I had a second opinion about staying. *** The people working there are amazing human beings with immense kindness and compassion*** Also, the room and bed were at least clean but controlling the temp was either going to mean warm and awake or cold and asleep due to the age/ condition of the unit. I won't go back but I'd thank them if seen in public again for how amicable they were with refunds and being understanding of one's situation.

The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. Plenty of parking. Air conditioner, microwave and mini fridge worked fine. My only complaint would be that at nearly $100 per night for a room, there should be an ice machine, shaded pool of clean- Clear water, and a juke-joint bar run by Baywatch girls.

Fair price, WiFi doesn't work that good everywhere on property. Friendly people

Rooms are clean and relatively comfortable, there is laundry available and many shops and restaurants near by. I was most impressed with the family that owns the hotel though, they are exceptionally warm And accomodating a welcomed change from some of the other brash hotel owners in the area.

The staff was wonderful!The rooms were clean!And the people that were staying there we're very nice.We had an extended stay.If I ever go back to Eugene this is exactly where I'm going to stay!I would highly recommendTo anyone!

This is the worst hotel ive been to by far... where do I begin? Floor was not vacuumed Tv barely works Does not have full cable like add said The fridge is unstable The freezer is filled with ice Does not have coffee maker like add said Does not have hair dryer like add said Does not have ironing board like add said Does not have hbo like add said There wasn’t any soap. The room smells like piss The sheets have dozens of burn holes and obviously haven’t been washed in a while The trash didnt even have a bag Save your money and sleep in your car for the night.

It's kind of old and really not 100% clean. Not enough towels. But it was only 44.50 for the night with a 50.00 deposit which was put back on my card the day after I left there.
