Bedbugs. Depending on the room you are staying in, you’ll come out covered in bites. Several family members stayed in rooms here and the bedbugs were prolific in one and our family member had nearly a dozen bites. The front desk was quick to give a full refund to that family member. The rest of us were in hot rooms as the air conditioning was running but producing zero cool air. The room wasn’t stocked with washcloths and had few toiletries (hand soap only) and smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. We’re all concerned about bedbugs now and having to take steps to ensure everyone and everything is clear. This motel is a last resort…. Stay elsewhere if you can.

I see people complaining about homeless and drug use, apparently they don't know what state we live in. That is everywhere in Oregon unfortunately. The management here have made great strides to prevent camps in the street and unsavory characters on the property. Remember people if you don't feel safe you can call the front desk and let them know what you see. They will most definitely help you. That being said this hotel is much better than it used to be and the rooms are being renovated too. And the staff here are great at helping with any requests. Chris is super helpful and will help if you have any concerns, he's got you!

I wish I could give this place a 5 star review... How can I bullet point this without making it too long? There are so many problems with this place it's ridiculous... 1. Employee turnover rate is so high they can't keep enough rooms clean regularly to be able to fulfill reservations that people make, having to cancel on people when they are showing up. 2. They won't (or can't... Who knows which) pay new employees properly or get them on payroll. 3. Guests constantly complaining of rooms being dirty upon check-in, AC not working when it's hot, TV's not working, pool not being clean.... And most of these complaints go ignored or told "sorry there is nothing we can do about it" The only good thing about this place is some of the employees. Some of them are kind-hearted good people who just want to see this place succeed. Others don't give flying *beep* about their job and it shows. Would love to see this place turn around and not completely fall apart.

For the price it was a very nice, room. Nothing extra here. (Bring your own shampoo.) However, if all you need is a room to sleep in, it's clean and comfortable, and comes with a mini fridge. At about half the price of other places near the highway, I feel it's a great deal.

I was displaced twice since early June due to losing my home and a building that caught on fire. I came to Motel 6 and Chris and the staff here were fantastic. They were very understanding I just want to say that they were very helpful and accommodating. I checked in at 5:00 p.m.

This is by far the best Motel 6 that I've ever stayed at. The staff is always nice and friendly and the rooms are usually clean. The last 6 months I've stayed at this Motel almost the whole time and they have treated me very respectfully and always have helped me with any problems that I've had, especially RIANNA, who I believe is a manager. She is always very kind, very helpful and makes you feel very much at home. Now that my job is almost over I won't be staying here anymore, but if I ever have to stay in Springfield Oregon again, I will definitely stay at this Motel 6.

I have nothing but kind words to say about the kind lady Leticia at the Front desk. We are evacuated from the Lookout Fire and she went above and beyond today to make sure we were as comfortable as we can be. She made this unsettling situation a bit better. Thank you Leticia, you are soo appreciated. ❤️

Stayed there the other night. Price was great. VERY friendly front desk staff. And CLEAN room. Always worried about paying a cheap price and having to be skeptical.. but this definitely exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay again.

We are enjoying our stay here. Our room was clean, lots of towels. Extra pillows on request. Staff is so friendly & professional. Lobby coffee was really good & a great way to start my day. Special kudos to Chris at the front desk. He made sure we were happy with our room & service. He was very helpful getting us around town & suggesting restaurants & points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was not clean upon checking in. Actually, let me rephrase that. The FLOOR was hideously dirty, but I did not want to complain, so i did not. I just had something to wear on my feet. The people were nice and helpful. Parking was crowded and I couldn't visualize my car out the motel window, but that is hardly a complaint. So staff great. Very pleasant. I showed up to check in, and there were 2 police cars there they were having a problem with someone earlier but no further issues there for the 2 nights I stayed. Overall good bang for your buck, but someone needs to check the rooms after they are "cleaned". Very close to hospital for moms heart surgery so satisfied at this time.

We Started staying at Motel 6 on International way a little over 2 years ago. At that time we just needed a place to sleep for the night as we were passing through. Since then we have continued to return when ever we are in the Eugene area, about every 3 months over the last year to check on my mom. Honestly the two factors that have continued to bring us back 1. Being dog friendly is our most important but 2. Just as important the reception and friendlies of the Staff. Over the last year we have checked in 4 times not counting tonight. Each time we have talked with Chris. He has always had a smile , and friendly attitude and ready to help when needed, thank you Chris, you have unknowingly helped to bring us back every time. Tonight we were checked in by a new person, she was amazing, had a smile and friendly. Our room needed an extra pillow and she brought it right up. Thank You Staff at Motel 6 on International way, we will return on our next visit to check on my mom.

Had a surprisingly pleasant experience! The gal at the front desk, Olivia, was super sweet and friendly and answered every question I had with absolute patience. Definitely a better experience than I've had in the past. Rooms were much nicer as well. I'd def stay again.

My family and I have stayed here a few times and every time we do we love it. The staff are very friendly and always willing to be helpful. The rooms are good, a few minor touch ups are needed but nothing that would prevent me from returning. And the fact we can have our dog as well is a huge plus.

Not many good things to say about this place. Your mileage may vary but our room had only one chair, a really uneven table, kinda messy floor, washroom with dirty towels, really weak shower pressure, super slow draining sink and bathroom door which was falling off which I had to fix. Also, not sure if the room had ac but the fan switch seemed to have brought in cold air but it was a bit noisy and it was too cold or hot, not really temperature adjustable. The common microwave in the main lobby was also quite weak and dirty. For the price you pay, these things should not be a problem. If the price was a bit cheaper, then it can be overlooked. Every motel 6 varies drastically in terms of facility quality but there should be some basic company standards and maintenance done to every room.

Look, the only reason I stayed here is because it was a game day and every other hotel and motel room was booked. But this room was tiny. Also, paper-thin walls so I could hear the conversation next door very clearly. And they had a radio on all night! The pool was also disgusting. Totally brown water. No one was even thinking about swimming in it bc of the Temps outside, but why would anyone consider staying here unless there literally was no other option.

Worst motel I've ever stayed at. The pool looks like it's full of diarrhea water. The parking lot is literally a hangout for people to smoke crack and shoot heroin all night and day. I had to get 2 people who were smoking foil (I'm assuming fentynal, but it could have been skante) to move off of the stairs so I could get to my vehicle. When I came out to my truck in the morning, there was a syringe next to it on the ground. The TV in my room didn't work, and it appeared that the door had been kicked in at least once before. The shower floor was stained yellow (piss?), and I definitely wore sperm surfers in there. The woman cleaning the rooms had open sores on her face and moved around like a scared rodent (almost definitely skante). I could feel the headboard of my bed and the wall shaking every time a big rig went by on the freeway. Several people noisily rummaged through the dumster throughout the night. The only positive thing i can say is that the woman running the front desk was lovely and very pleasant and polite. Would NOT recommend staying here unless you are looking for hard drugs.

Me and my kids had a wonderful stay here. There was an emergency so we had to stay here for a minute. I was uncomfortable and anxious due to my reason for having to be here, but Blair helped make my stay easier. April made me feel comfortable and Even though Major is a new employee, he also helped out so much. They all made me comfortable, helped me out and introduced me to the app that will help me save more money if i ever have to come back here. They made me feel more at ease having my 3 children here with me through such hardship. Such wonderful people, I wish them the ABSOLUTE best. Thank you for helping me feel safe!

Motel 6 used to be a place you could trust and depend on but not anymore. My sister traveled to my city to be with me during a very difficult time, we stayed 1 night at Motel 6 and it was awful, the room felt dirty, the heater did not work, we called the office and they offered more blankets but no offer to move us to a different room or make an attempt to fix the heater. Upon checkout the manager was an absolute NIGHTMARE and was extremely rude to my sister, told her that WE ATE THE STEAK AND STAYED THE NIGHT SO WE HAD TO PAY!!! He also told her that he lives 5 minutes away and that WE could have called HIM!! I am outraged by this pathetic male and will NEVER use Motel 6 again!

Although the front desk was very accommodating with the rooms, this motel 6 what's the basic of basics. The bathroom sink filled up, the shower water pressure was barely enough, one soap bar and no kleenexes. And the TV had these weird 5x3 spotlight row pattern? And one of the vending machines didn't work which the front office knew about? The room was good for one nights sleep.

We had an issue after booking with Hopper. The issue was handled quickly and with kindness. It was not even an issue on the part of the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel simply because of their customer service.

We spent 1 night here and that was enough. The heater wouldn't turn off. And it was a hot day/ night. The fridge wasn't cold. The microwave didn't work. Teens asked that we NOT do that again. Homeless camp across the street didn't make me feel safe or comfortable leaving a window open.

This is the worst motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. The beds still have springs and built like a tin can. It was quiet from 2am to 5:15am. I could make out full conversations of the people above and on the side of me. No microwave? I haven’t been in a hotel room without a microwave since I was a kid. The shower curtain wasn’t all the way attached so it leaked water all over the floor. The sink faucet sprayed water like crazy. It did have a nice tall toilet and soft towels, though.

Stayed here for few weeks, loved them. They handle any complaints with stride and professionalism. They always exchanged me for new whites and linens. Friendly service all around, loved them, miss them! Clean rooms, options for smoking or non, they accept pets, ample parking, nice office area, and they are putting a lot of work back into the area thru maintenance and maintaining. Awesome job, can't say it enough, loved it

Me and my kiddo have had to stay here for quite some time on and off and the staff has been so understanding and kind. The rooms are clean and they go out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. I have dealt with other local hotels that cost twice as much and we always come back to this one because the staff has been so great to us. Thank you to everyone at this location for making tough times a little easier.

My family and I stayed here for a single night. we checked in, and Major was super nice and helpful to my wife as she was the one who checked us in. The room was very clean. The beds were made, and everything smelt fresh it was superb. The only issue we had was that the TV in our room did not work. Once I noticed this, I went to the office and let Major know he was super accommodating and offered to move us rooms. We did decline the move as we just needed somewhere to sleep. During checkout, everyone behind the counter was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy I let them know about the TV and I was asked if there was anything they could do for us because of the broken TV I made sure to let them know everything was fine and made the joke we dont stay at hotels to watch TV everyone had a great laugh overall 5 out of 5 cheap, clean, nice staff, no hassle would stay here again.

My family and I have stayed here many times in the past. The new management has obviously made tremendous effort towards improvement. The staff up front was very nice and helpful. One notable thing is that the whole location just comes off cleaner than it has been in previous experience here, from the rooms to the landscaping and sidewalks. Good job guys!

We called ahead as we where traveling to make a reservation. We did not know that if staff is busy it rolls over to reservation center? ?? The person we where talking to on the (and thought) was the motel staff guaranteed us a down stairs room,, with microwave and refrigerator. We got none of those guaranteed items.. it is a struggle for us to make many trips up anddown stairs. it was late and we already paid. . We had food with us we could not eat and had to buy several meals we did not plan to buy. And we where offered......sorry? The room was clean and ready as always.

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They were very accommodating. The room was perfect, quiet and clean. I'm an emergency situation they allowed me a late check out with smiles. I especially thank Latesia, Antwan and Day. A wonderful stay, will definitely come again. And send referrals.

The motel was easy to get to and the outside was nice and clean. The hospitality of the staff was far above my expectations. Upon check-in, our room was not yet cleaned. However, Keevion the Asst. Manager immediately went and immaculately cleaned the room himself. Lots of different places to eat and/or shop within 1-2 miles. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The arriving checking staff was great, inviting and patient. Some guys were not nice when they had to show their id's because they were all sharing a room. The staff handled it very calm and professional even though there is a big sign saying to show your ID when staying at the hotel. The check in crews names are as follows, Keevian(Manager),Major,Latesia. The maid that cleans the room was Jessica she leaves a little note hoping the stay is comfortable and enjoyable and to sleep well. My room was very clean. The person I checked out with was Brian D. He was very nice and pleasant. You can tell they are trying to make the motel cleaner and more appealing. When I arrived they were washing the sidewalks and parking spaces by sections. There aren't any amenities in the rooms such as refrigerator, coffee or microwaves but overall it was a pleasant stay.
