I have been living here going on 8 years this summer. This is the only home that my two fur babies have ever known. I have seen people write bad reviews about Eugene Mobile Village. but all the reasons why they complain about the place is the reason why I'm still here. Yes they have rules and by enforce them, but that's why I can live on a street that people say is dangerous and have never had to lock my stuff up worry about my belongings getting stolen ever. It's pretty quiet around here and we have our hours from 8 till 10 at night I try to abide by them and I've had the same neighbors long enough that I can always do a sound check. So if you hear a lot of bad stuff about Eugene Village and the management. Know this that's the reason why it's safe and quiet here and as a senior 60 years old this year, I've never felt unsafe living here and that's a big deal at my age. I advise checking it out if it's a safe home you want in a trailer park.

It's been a while since we stayed but it was a nice and quiet place to stay. It is quiet with nice people that live there. I liked that I could do my laundry on site and they were working on fixing up the grounds. My only complaint would be the office secretary lady. The main manager (lady) very nice and easy to talk to but the other was so scatter brained that it was pointless to ask her anything( which was very frustrating at times) but she was very friendly and nice.

If you have any respect for your personal belongings do not stay at this location it was the biggest dump Iโ€™ve never seen management that was so rude and unhelpful and every way possible. We drove in turned around and left save yourself the hassle pay a little extra and go somewhere else We pulled in stayed for about 2 hours then left when they demanded we stay in a spot 10 feet to small for our trailer and park the vehicle around the corner. Plus the spot being so small forced my trailer to hang out into the main road creating a safety issue.

Weโ€™ve been here a month and have nothing but a wonderful experience. The people here have been very welcoming and helpful. Thereโ€™s much to do in the area and itโ€™s easily accessible by bus or car. If youโ€™re a temporary stay, itโ€™s a home away from home. If youโ€™re lucky enough to go residential, youโ€™ll never want to leave. The park is family friendly and safe for kids to play outside and thereโ€™s designated dog areas for your furry kids to play. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't stay or live in Eugene Mobile Village if it were the last place available, I'd rather park in Walmart parking lot for the night. Place is ran down, water is horrible definitely do not drink the water. Manager just made excuses for the shortcomings of the property. On top of that I was sick and wasn't able to walk to pay my rent for 2 months in a row. So, I had a friend take my rent check to the office, on the second month manager tried to make my friend sign the lease because he'd dropped my rent off for me due to me being sick and unable to. Long story short the owners/managers own a few courts in the area and all are dilapidated, just as long as they get their money they do not care. Retained legal counsel early this week to have the illegal practices of Eugene Mobile Village addressed properly rather than getting excess and the run around from the management..

Our time here is great. Staff is great and neighbors are great also. We wish our space was a tad larger but we take what we are given.

We stayed for a couple nights on our trip from Vancouver WA to AR. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The managers are so nice and the park is clean and quiet. We will definitely stop by again if pass through on the future.

I stayed there for 2 nights on a weekend. PROS: quiet, convenient location from fwy 5 and downtown Eugene, friendly and courteous staff, friendly neighbors, great price. CONS: weak wifi signal (couldn't use), water has strong chemical odor, no world class landscaping. VERDICT: you get what you paid for. I just need a quiet place that no one bothers me. I'll stay again if I pass by that area.

Low rates here reflected low quality of pretty much everything. Management seemed nonexistent and office was closed almost every time I went by (appointment only two days a week!). A short stay in a self-sufficient unit is bearable, but I can't recommend this place unless you're out of other options. Internet access: bring your own. Wifi extends barely past the main office. Pet friendly?: hardly. There are a few little pet walking areas to go to. I walked my pooch between them for exercise. There are no off-leash areas and pickup bags are not provided. Facilities: weren't dirty, but in need of repair or replacement in many cases. Washers were older and could only handle small loads. Spend a tiny bit more and go to a real laundromat if you have more than a few items. Noise: no highway noise. Only had a few vehicles driving through at night, but park is next to a supply yard that is noisy in the mornings. Other amenities: none. There is a convenience store across the road and a snack shop nearby, but not much else within walking distance. Dump station: no, but sites are full hookup
