Pictures online are deceiving…. Grounds look ok but in real life inside rooms are very old and outdated, bathroom/tub looks and feels sketchy… location was sketchy and pool was not open despite it saying was open in May online. Upon arrival if I could have gotten a refund I would have checked right back out… didn’t feel safe at all in room and with no pool or breakfast this all around sketchy run down (oh and word is they share the pool with the local apartments behind them) I would never recommend this to a friend especially with kids… totally regret staying here and paying for it but glad I survived ;) front desk night lady was nice enough they get points for that

Exceptional staff. I really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Even though it was close to the road, the traffic did not interrupt our sleep. Good location in town. Will definitely come back.

Clerk gave me a room in some backward corridor surrounded by tweakers and junkies. When I asked for a room adjacent to the parking area, I was refunded and told “have a good night at the motel 6”. Now that’s service.

Very hospitable and homely, lots of amenities available and no nickle&diming. Great water pressure and hot water, very nice for the winter time. Blankets were thin and few but they immediately brought more for us. The only downside is that the walls are thin, but can't expect a bunker when renting a room anywhere.

This is a wonderful little value and I highly recommend it. First off - Diedre at the front desk was very kind, she really set the tone for the stay with her positive energy and genuine customer service. She is a credit to this business. As far as ambiance, it has a nice little courtyard with a fountain, it's well lit and very relaxing to sit at night. The room was clean and (nice bonus) the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Highly recommend.

The rooms are dated, but kept up for the most part. A few leaky doors, but other than that, great customer service and a comfortable stay. Everything is fairly clean, which is important in a motel like this. I really, truly believe whoever owns this place, takes pride in it, and likes to accommodate their guests. It's the little things.

Booked this room for 1 night . Arrived in evening. Receptionist was friendly and helpful with check in . Plenty of parking . Rooms big and 2 x queen beds was great . Bathroom seemed dated with fixtures and footings needing replacing. The buggy was shower didn’t work . Was told open at 7 and someone would come up as many around but want the case . Think people late residents and live in rooms aswell as guests . Dubious !!!!! If the shower worked , was ok value for money .

I wing it on a Saturday summer night and they had a room for us. Supper friendly sirvice fair rate. Large room we are no spring chickens so kind enough to place us first floor. They had coffee on board. King bed large closet. Safe parking.

Wasn't expecting it to be so cozy, welcoming and nice. One thing that impressed me is all the cameras they have watching over the place. Made me feel very comfortable. I well definitely be coming back

Stayed here one night. Beautiful grounds and well kept property. Our rom was away from the road so vey quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room was good sized, clean, and nice. It is about 10 minutes from I5 but that’s what keeps it quiet. The only thing showing some age was the carpet was older but still clean.

Excellent value for money! Comfortable, quiet, and clean. We stayed overnight during a long road trip and this place was perfect. Whilst it’s not the Hilton, it is definitely not a trashy motel. There is a family style Chinese restaurant in the same location that has high quality westernized Chinese food. The location is highly secure with cameras facing car parks and hotel doors.

Accommodations were great and hotel staff were super friendly. The room was clean and the location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of hot water for showering, rooms have a coffee maker, and the courtyard area was adorable. The front desk staff even found us a fan to use for background noise due to tinnitus. This isn't a 5-star resort so if you're rolling in expecting that you'll be disappointed. But the price of the room far exceeded our expectations.

The bedding, pillows and towels were not just damp but very wet. The bed and pillows were moldy and this was probably not the first time it was made up of wet bedding and left to dry. Staff was pleasant and the room was quiet and large but i coughed all night long. This was not the first time of wet bedding it was everytime we stayed here. Not acceptable!!!

Shockingly expensive! Even though the place wasn't close to full we were put in a pet room towards the end about 25 feet from the outdoor smoking area which consisted of an old couch & dirty chairs. One night someone slept on the couch. At check-in I questioned why that room and the clerk (Frank?) brusquely said I couldn't be choosy because it was a pet room. The beds were old & uncomfortable. Each night there were creepy gnats and moths flying around inside the room, which I mentioned. The 2 other clerks were really nice, btw.

I had a nice experience here. The night manager was friendly and welcoming when I arrived in the middle of the night. They monitor security cameras on the outdoor areas if you have concerns about safety. It was very clean, too. I can't imagine a better budget option in the area.

Staff was excellent, cleaning staff excellent. Shower curtain needs changing stained. Bed near bathroom wall mattress needs to be anchored to fame ,slides out from under you when you sit, I can injure tail bone. Popcorn ceiling unhealthy. Other wise very clean ,quiet and cozy all the amenities are excellent ,will return. We know your working on refurbishing everything and it takes time. M.P.S.& Wm.S.

This hotel's rating should be higher than it is! The rooms are always immaculate, the in-room coffee is good (and I'm picky about coffee!) the staff and housekeeping are super friendly, lots of parking, and conveniently located to everything. I always stay here when I come to the valley and will continue to look forward to every stay.
