I pass by here everyday and have always been curious about their coffee! Went in the very first time, love the spacious space and decor. Many options of coffee , drinks and pastries! The lady is very friendly and explains to me some of her recommendations. I appreciate being able to request the sweetness level of the drink.

This is the first Black rock that I’ve been to that had indoor seating. As always the staff and drinks were great. The seating is good and it’s a good place to sip on coffee while meeting with friends.

They were very friendly and quick. I got the blended Carmel truffle which is fancy talk for a Carmel mocha frappe. It was pretty delicious. Not overly sweet and a good luck of coffee taste.

Black Rock is an experience, not just a coffee bar. Become a regular "and every body knows your name and drink by heart" or just pop in and get quality service and products. Their "Fuel" drinks are great as well as their coffee, smoothies, fog teas (one of my facorites), and children options...just to name a few! Come experience Black Rock Eugene especially!

Good coffee, but the interior is a masterclass in hostile architecture. You can’t even sit up straight in the seats, and they’re too narrow for a normal, not overweight adult male to fit into width wise. One power outlet for several dozen seats. Stick to using this as a drive through.

If you order coffee check the lid. I ordered a large coffee on my lunch break and the top popped off as I sat down in my car. It spilled every where. I was able to snap the lid on securely which tells me there was a lack of diligence or it was done on purpose. Needless to say I won't be returning.

I Love the Mexican mocha blended with oatmilk. I believe it's 100% dairy free! Made with real cocoa! It's vegan friendly and lightly sweet. 😋

5 stars all around for Black Rock here in Eugene, compared to other similar coffee spots in their class and category. The friendly service, tasty breakfast sandwich, pretty good iced latte, and clean bathrooms exceeded my expectations! I'll definitely be back for their fast and free Wi-Fi, to re-up my caffeine levels, and intake a couple calories in what I'd consider a very nice and quiet little home office alternative.

Went several times during our stay. Staff was OUTSTANDING. Coffee was also AMAZING. Will be coming back when we come back to Eugene.

A great place to have a coffee break while driving thru Eugene. They have a good selection of syrups for those of us that like flavored lattes. A good tea selection as well. Free wi-fi and very clean environment.

I come here all the time and order the same thing. Today was interesting. I ordered my skinny Carmel blonde and a plain bagel breakfast sandwich. It was so hot as always I put in on my car seat to wait to eat until I got to work. When I go to bite into it, it’s just a warmed up bagel with cheese. No egg, no meat. I paid $6 for this thing! I tried calling the number but you just get a vm. Super disappointed

Nice environment and seating. The menu consisted of very conventional and low quality ingredients. It’s a bigger chain style cafe but would be great if the smoothie was made from real fruit, and if there could be an organic coffee option. Was glad they had a bottle of pure orange juice.

Have not eaten their food. I was there one afternoon this past summer and their display doors were not closed and a few flies were all over the pastries. This winter large selection of pastries and they look good and it's very clean inside the display case. Drinks have been very good, they are accommodating to all your specific requests and service has been very good. Atmosphere is very welcoming and clean.

The coffee was smooth and the London fog was excellent. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and good. Great, fun service person. Used the drive thru, but liked the atmosphere.

This was my first visit. I didn't care for my latte at all, but I'm hoping to find a drink I will like. This looks like a good place to hang out.

The coffee is good. I like strong, black coffee. Nothing added. The flavor is good, clear. The staff is excellent. Friendly, professional and welcoming. Make sure they are well paid. Tip freely my friends. Blessings.

The people who work here are wonderful! I don't drink coffee, but I love iced tea. I stopped in last week needing a drink before going to play in the river, and the tea was great, my son loved his italian soda. Today I went again, and the barista taking my drive thru order was fantastic. The girl at the window was kind, and my day started off on a great foot.

They are wildly inconsistent. You could go there 10 times and they could and at least half those times your order will not be correct. I have asked for caramel mochioto with extra caramel and had it come with nothing extra. I have asked for a jalapeño bagel with no egg and they gave me one with no sausage and just egg twice in a row. It's not bad coffee, or energy drinks however the gamble is are your drinks and food gonna be correct as ordered? I would recommend not driving away until you check your stuff. I will say to their credit that when presented with an mistake they made they do try to rectify it quickly.

My new favorite coffee place. The coffee is always good, never burnt, and the staff is always nice without being overwhelmingly friendly and talkative (like some 'popular' places around here). If you like coffee, you'll like this place.

A Coffee *Bar* . A place where you can drink delicious coffee, sodas, tea and nibble on something sweet like a cinnamon roll for your appetite. It's a cozy mostly quiet environment ran by cool staff. They also have outlets for your devices if you want to get work done. The environment helps me get my work done despite my ADHD. Tl;Dr: amazing drinks, sweets, staff, and a bar to get work done. 100% recommend

I drink my coffee black no sugar so I know good coffee and this is why I go to Black Rock. Always excellent and great staff, even if that one guy is a Green Bay Packers fan. GO BEARS!!! ✌️☕🤘

First time coming here. The coffee shop is really cute. Definitely gives off a bar vibe. The music is loud and they definitely play rock/pop music. Not my type. I brought my kids here and it really wasn't for them. They don't have a lot of pastries, which was the main reason i came here. The coffee was really good though. I'd probably come here without my kids.
