Armitage is hands down, one of the most gorgeous campgrounds I've camped in. Just minutes off interstate five in the cute little town of Coburg. Coburg is also home to some fun antique stores!

It's one of my favorite places to go with a cup of coffee, to soak in some sights and sounds of nature. Plenty of space for kids to run, and nice access to a few beaches for some rockhounding at the right times of year.

Years ago the park was lush and green, Grass could use some water its now dry and yellow (Fire Hazard) Still a nice park to go for a walk and or picnic. Has shelters and tables and barbeques Has a Boat Launch to get your boats into the river There is another section in the park that is away from others but has been gated for a number of years. Has walking paths and as dog friendly (Leash required) Photos only show the walking trails and the river the grass is ugly and dead I gave it 3 stars because of the grass

It's changed! New managers front and back! Clean, quite, roomy, great for RV'or just small tent. Price's not bad $35.00 to $180.00 a night of course that tent and RV prices. Still not bad considering hot and cold showers soda pop machines washer and dryer on site and all the fishing an agate hunting you can handle. Or just hike along the McKenzie you'll never know what you'll find.

The park is a beautiful place. The attendant at the RV spaces could be kinder, but all in all we had a good time and enjoyed our celebrations. We barbecued and visited and went down to the river. It was enjoyable.

Wonderful park layout with picnic shelters, camping area, boat launch, and plenty of open space. Well maintained, clean bathrooms and an excellent atmosphere.

We love this park and RV Park. Close to Eugene, shopping and eateries, but still with the "being in the woods" feeling. RV sites are level blacktop, and the angling makes backing in very easy. Electric, water and sewer hook up. Camphosts are friendly and helpful.

Armitage Park is a park , boat landing, dog park, and campground. Day passes are like $7 Dollars park closes at 7pm or Dusk which ever comes first. CAMPground has separate number for info ...they have wifi, showers and full service hook-ups. If you found this review to be hopeful please like it.👍👍👍👍

Nice park and campground. I just wished they could keep the showers open until 11pm. I also didn't see that there were discounted prices for seniors and vets???

I love this park it's fun for events and for recreation. The river is a great attraction..There is one thing I don't like , there used to be access to the back portion and they had it closed everytime I showed up.. It would be nice.. I really like the camping feature it's like a community in itself. The rocks in the river are diverse and fun.. this place is pretty cool and family friendly..

Not green anymore...just looks like mowed weeds. Shower, bathroom laundry facilites not maintained or stocked with tissue. Site 10 had deep holes all around picnic table. Nice large sites and moderate shaded sites. Came here for years..nothing like it was! It's a shame.

The surrounding is very beautiful and the park itself is in an enchanting location. The staff however is not very nice or helpful. They are way overpriced and the amenities, such as their 5min showers are horrible. Not worth the price. Great for a day trip but definitely not for a place to lodge.

Solid dog park with great river access. I've floated and taken out from the river here many times, and there's great fishing upstream. Nudie Rock is just upstream, so if floating, be prepared for a "show"

Great RV/Campers place. Friendly staff, well maintained, paved spaces, (simply had to only put down the stabilizer jacks as it was already level.) Great dog park for both large and small dogs. Next MacKenzie river. Has trails and a boat ramp.

Biggest outdoor park grills I've ever seen, so that has since tickled my fancy. The river running thru with a trail RIGHT NEXT TO IT, loved it. However, if camping there....well its packed!!!!!! But the day park is super cool! Coolest shelters I've ever seen a park have for the public too

Great venue! We rented one of the large pavilions to do a celebration of life for my sister and it was perfect. Only complaint we had was the lack of any garbage cans at the pavilion.

A group of friends floated the McKenzie and this park was our take out point. We had the opportunity to enjoy the nice weather as we sat in this beautiful park. The park itself has many great spots for picnics.

Beautiful Sunday afternoon and the place was practically empty. Quiet picnic and kite flying time!

I was there a few weeks ago, for a celebration of life. It was held at the Pavillion in the "J" section of the park. It was a beautiful spot. It was a very hot day but that part of the park stays nice and shady and cool. It was very scenic. My boyfriend got some good footage with his drone. It seemed to be a very popular park. It was pretty packed, and the faces I saw seemed to be enjoying the park. I totally recommend this park for family gatherings and other events. I hear they even have camping spots.

Beautiful well-kept park along a river with full hookups, tent sites, picnic shelters and two! Dog parks, 1 for smaller dogs at a very reasonable price. How can you ask for more? Some sites are more private than others, something for everyone.

Large campground close to the city of Eugene. Great laundry room but if you need coins for required operation, the office does not open until one (we were told). Four nice shower rooms with toilets but not adequate for the size of the park and the couple of the older out buildings are dismal to put it mildly. To address this issue there are portapotties located adjacent! The park overall needs a lot of TLC. Our site looked as though it had never seen a rake.

We stayed at the Campground in our RV, It was AWESOME, Carole the manager was one of the greatest people I have met on our 2 month Florida to Oregon trip, we will definitely go there again and highly highly Recommend, Price is the best for miles around, full hookups, and a great location.
