Lots of shade, I like that they have toys to dig with in the sand. Just one sketchy looking slide for my 22 month old that didn't look like it had sides..lol but overall great park. Lots of shade and picnic tables

I have lunch here in the park with my family all the time. Great place for kids to play and there are nearby little free libraries. Lots of walking paths. ADA friendly. Bathrooms. Frisbee golf.

Mid-sized playground with quite a few fun features. The sideless slide makes me nervous but my preschooler has no problem staying on - neither did I. Along with the playground equipment (slides, swings for big and little kids, teeter-totter, small spinning feature, etc.) there are also basketball hoops, tennis courts, restrooms and plenty of grassy area.

Beautiful park with plenty to do. There's a tennis court, playground, restrooms, and lots of open space to let the pup run around.

THis has been a favorite Go To, for many Years. I go away to Hawaii and now live in Alaska, and this Establishment always provides a Caring and Nurturing Environment. Aloha

Cute little park. I always feel safe having the kids there despite the location

We've nicknamed it :Big Tree Park" because of its massive tall fir trees that keep this hidden gem of a park not so unnoticeable amongst the Whittaker neighborhood that has a clean individua, large bathroom, new updated picnic tables, a tennis court, play area for the kids, and this park, the last I seen had NO graffiti, keeping it looking sharp with the plush green grass around the short but nice meandering path.

Juvenile owls seasonally use this park as a 'jumping off" spot, it's close to the river and near some 'natural' areas, as well as close to Duck Beach, where I'm sure they're able to get their bearings and get over their parents separating from them. They're a trip to see in the late evening, hopping around like toddlers on the playground equipment and coming over to where you're sitting/standing to check you out. This park is surrounded by a neighborhood that's generally very quiet, so it's a good idea to be quiet and if you're up to nonsense, steer clear altogether. It's very well maintained and is a nice place to break during a bike ride if you're not on the bike path. There's a basketball court and they're recently added what appears to be a baseball field.

Great little park. Has sand pit with a little water feature for summer. Lots of shade in the trees but unfortunately play structure directly in sun during the summer. Wish it was a little more shaded/protected. Rarely see trash, etc.

Great park. Has a bathroom. Only downside I saw was the bark they used for the ground. Sticks to baby butts and easily gives splinters.

Very cute well-kept Park. Probably my new favorite Park in eugene. Was very quiet and a great environment for a family outing. ☺️

An excellent park complete with kids playground, disk golf, tennis court, restrooms, trash bins, dog bags, lots of grass and walking path all hidden within large pine trees. A forest within the city.

Nice little park with some picnic benches, a basketball court, and a tennis court. There are 3 disc golf baskets also so you can get some putting practice in but that's pretty much it; without beaning someone with a disc golf disc. There's some restrooms there as well.

It's a pretty cool park. I really love the parent and baby swing, honestly for me that's the best part.

Dodgy area of town with some less than savory characters hanging around. The playground is okay but the swings don’t actually swing much. No recycling bin, just trash. People walk dogs here and there’s a doggy bag dispenser.

This park is absolutely amazing. I loved the new structure. The rec staff was doing cotton candy at the time and it was so fun! Tons of seating and shade. We LOVED the sand pit. The water feature was a huge hit! The bathrooms were unfortunate, but everything else was great!
