Very nice RV park with full hookups and nice trees all around the property. The sites are all paved and level. Jason is super friendly and helpful, he makes you feel like family. We have a 45 foot fifth wheel and Jason saw we were having trouble fitting into the site assigned to us and immediately switched us to a site that was much easier to get into with a big rv. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Stayed here for three weeks to get a feel for Eugene. The Great: -Friendly & helpful staff -Paved lots -Easy and quick access into Eugene -Good tasting well water -Clean, manicured, in great condition -Accepts packages -Well maintained + clean laundry and shower facilities -Off-peak hours, the Wi-Fi was reliable and reasonably fast The Not-So-Great: -The park is a one-way loop, with a pretty narrow road. Getting your rig into a space can be tricky, and there's very little space to unhitch a towed vehicle. If you do so in front of your campsite, you will block traffic -The hook ups, at least at our site, were in the mud, which makes setting up and/or dumping a messy affair, gets your hoses, shoes, and cords dirty The Neutral: -Traffic noise from the highway is definitely audible, but not unreasonably so Overall, a great park, and we had a nice stay.

We spent 3 months at this campground, love every minute of it. The staff is amazing, going above and beyond your every need. 1hr from the coast and a hour from the mountains. If you pass up this campground your missing out. Tell them Mike and Laura Sent you!!

Great park! Stayed for a week as we explored Eugene and surrounding areas. Super pleased with our site and the park in general. Sites are pretty spacious, grounds are well maintained, facilities are clean and staff is welcoming. We’ve been traveling for over four years and this small park is probably in my Top 10 for ease & comfort. Note: First timers to the area, don’t miss the Blue Pool!

It is a very good RV park. It was easy to book a place in their site, I got confirmation email, reminder and all directions. We arrived after the office hours and there is a way to check in even if nobody in the office - they leave an envelope with your last name and all directions and codes inside. The office works till 6pm. It was very clean restrooms and showers, and laundry if you need it. The only possible disadvantage that showers and laundry work only till 6pm. Showers and restrooms were perfectly clean. We had a place near the highway but it was still very quiet. We stayed only for one night, but it was a pleasure to stay there.

Cant speak highly enough about Deerwood RV park. My fiance and I stayed at the park for a few months while there for contract work. It’s a great family owned park; a little haven outside of the city with plenty of shade and trees. Dog friendly as well! Staff is always amazing, thoughtful and friendly. Definitely recommended if stopping through Eugene or staying for longer periods.

Lovely, excellently kept park. 5 star for trailers, only 4 for motorhomes w toads as limited pull throughs and some tight corners. Close to Eugene for good restaurants and other entertainment. Just a bit noisy from OR58, but masked by frogs in summer. RECOMMENDED đź‘Ť

Excellent customer service. Thank you Jason! Nice park but first time in our 5 years of full-time RVing we were told to take down our US flag due to no objects in their grass due to underground water sprinklers. Our dog stake was restricted too. We walked our area around the RV and no sprinklers but RICK the owner told us to take them down. Good cable but not WIFI. Fires brought lots of ashes on vehicles and breathing problems.

Beautifully landscaped campground. Very dark and very quiet in our spot (#24). Downsides that account for the 3 stars: - Arrived Friday afternoon with no one in the office. Self check in was organized, but it’s always nice to talk to someone, get directions, etc. Fri is prime time check in so that’s odd. - Dog poop in our site in the grass and on the cement. - Our site (24) was very hard to back into with our 27’ trailer. - Apparent electrical issues: Our friends camped next to us and when they hooked up to power, the post starting smoking! Then during our second night, our surge protector detected “out of range voltage” and shut down power to the trailer.

Beautiful RV park. We got in at night, so it was a bit dark and we had to use flashlights, but it was a seamless and simple reservation. Very peaceful and quiet. We only stayed one night, so that's really all I can say about the place. We would definitely stay here again.

I have to say this is a great place to RV stay!! Really awesome management who love dogs and don’t charge extra for them, give you their cell phone numbers and say call anytime if we have a problem, and it’s super clean and quiet clientele. Showers, laundry, bathroom, electric and water hook up. So if you need a layover in OR I recommend this place!

I don’t understand why this park gets so many good reviews. It’s literally a parking lot off the freeway. The spots are super close together, very hard to back in to and it is LOUD from freeway noise. I called ahead and let them know I was traveling with three cats and specifically asked for a spot away from noise and east to back in to. The guy in the phone told me I would be in space 15 for all the reasons discussed. When I arrived at 5:30 pm, the office was closed and a packet was left for me with a space assignment of 64. The park is only half full, but I took the spot assigned. Needless to say, the street noise is so significant that the cats weee freaked out all night and I didn’t sleep a wink and I’m here for four nights. Very disappointed that my requests weee completely ignored. The noise is likely very bad from every spot in the park, it’s completely parallel to freeway off ramp, cannot stress the street noise enough. Beware if you have sensitive animals or light sleeper

Very clean and nice RV park. Friendly service and nice back in and pull through spots. Close to the freeway but the noise wasn't too bad. Very clean restrooms. We would stay here again.

We're currently on Day 12 of a 16 day stay at Deerwood and are really enjoying it. Bathrooms/showers are updated and super clean, and the laundry is well equipped with new and fully functioning machines. Convenient to downtown Eugene and downtown Springfield, maybe a 10-12 minute drive to each. Also really convenient to the Mount Pisgah recreation area with wonderful hiking trails. There is a little noise from I-5 which is close-by, but not too intrusive. The RV park has been very peaceful during our stay here, with a very laid-back group of guests. It seems like virtually all of the RVs and the tow vehicles here are on the newer side....not sure if that's by design or by accident but it lends an upscale feel to it. Let me offer a offer a plea to all RV parks in the world to consider transitioning to electric-powered lawn equipment. Gas-powered blowers and lawnmowers are just such an assault on the senses when trying to enjoy a quite morning at the campground. We the guests of course want the well-landscaped grounds and Deerwood's is above average on this front (it's really beautiful here with some great shade trees and also some grassy open areas). But as I write this there's a big ole gas-powered blower reverberating through the park, hence my plea (and full disclosure that this has happened at virtually every campground we've stayed at during our 110 days on the road!). A common theme in these reviews is that the staff is super-friendly, and we'd agree with that too. We'd definitely stay here again if in the Eugene area. Thanks for having us, Deerwood!

Super friendly service upon check in. The site was a little narrow because you had to drive into the foliage to hookup but there was spacious grass space to hang out in. The greenery everywhere was very nice for the dogs. The road leading into the park is a little narrow but manageable. Power (stable), water (good pressure) and sewer (conveniently placed) were all good. This is located just off the highway so you do get some noise but it's not bad at all. There is cable available but couldn't get any decent channels. Wifi was decent.

Lovely little park right off I-5. Beautifully landscaped. Very clean. Nice laundry. Big rig friendly. Owners are super nice. Highly recommend. We are full-time RVers pulling a 45-foot toyhauler!

Deerwood was definitely one of the best RV parks I've ever stayed at so far! I loved all the trees for shading! Everyone that works here is so very nice and helpful! Even the fellow neighbors were nice. These guys were very accommodating for me since I travel for work. The two shower rooms are HUGE and kept very clean. The laundry room has 4 washers/dryer's that are also kept clean and tidy. I would say the only downside was the highway noise, but I'm m a hard sleeper, so it never bothered me that bad. If I'm ever back in Oregon for work, this will definitely be my first choice again!

Great place for my 6 day stay. Close to town yet surrounded by nature. All the folks I spoke with in the office were really nice. I was in spot 42 with my long bed F350 and 36 foot 5th wheel and fit snugly but just fine. Laundry facilities very clean with new machines that all worked.

Very clean and modern. 50a full hookups available. Nice groomed grass areas with small metal table 2 chairs. No fire pit. Many large pull throughs. Reasonably priced. Close to I5 and Highway 58. Nice place for a short stopover. 10 min drive into town. Seems to be popular for Duck games.

Sadly, I was only here for one week of my planned 10 week stay. I travel for work and my contract got pulled so I had to move on. This place is wonderful. My dog and I settled in very good in our week spent here. More nature than most rv parks. Laundry is excellent and easy to use. Bath house was superb. Site size was good enough. Staff was pleasant. It was quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

Park is well maintained and very nice. Stayed for 2 weeks. However the showers had a god awful smell of mold. Someone did not build their showers right. There's definitely a lot of mold somewhere. The smell was unbearable.

Really loved this place. All the employees are very excited to help you. Even if they do not know how to help you, the will go out of there way to find out what you need. All the restroom and Laundry room are really clean.

Very nice place, nice staff. Trade-off is of course that it is on the pricier side. Office only open during day. Most slots have metal tea table and two chairs, small grass area. The pull through spots are in the middle and less shaded. One way traffic can back up, but not for too long. Tight squeeze for people with big RVs when there isn't a pull through available, but good drivers have no issue.

We stayed two nights at this very nice RV Park. The sites were spacious and well maintained. The lawns were green and there were lots of trees. This RV Park is close to the highway, but is still quiet. The bathrooms were very roomy and clean—the largest I’ve seen. The staff was friendly and helpful
