This place is delicious!! I got the tortas and my husband got a wet burrito and they were both very much worth the price!

UPDATE: Carlito's will make their vegetarian burritos dairy free! I love this place, but my daughter is sensitive to milk products, so I asked on a whim if he could do it and they are quite delicious! I, of course, still order the normal huge burrito, but I will still gladly finish even the dairy free burritos. Carlito's Pupuseria embodies everything I look for when eating out. They are local, friendly folks that hand make everything and charge you a fair price for it. I'm a vegetarian, so I opt for their vegetarian burrito every time I go ($6 gets a HUGE burrito), and in my opinion it is the best burrito in town. Now I don't claim to have eaten everywhere (my food budget is rather tight), but getting a massive tortilla full of beans, rice, lettuce, cheese, onions, and cilantro for $5 is simply amazing! And now I'm second guessing my decision to write this review while hungry... But back to the point, they do have a covered section if you want to hang out and eat at the truck, or even if you are swinging by to pick something up while it is raining, you don't have to wait in your car. They also have salsas, utensils, and napkins, so really everything you would need to be able to eat there. Great place, I recommend them every chance I get. Update: I recently got a burrito from Carlito's to go and thought I'd share some evidence to support my statement of getting a 'huge' burrito from them. Check out the photos! The burrito is just over 8 inches long and weighs in at 25oz on my postal scale. Still my favorite burrito.

We came to eat some authentic pupusas and we loved the authenticity of the location. Food was incredible. Service was excellent, a simple yet humble approach to street food. We recommend if you are in Eugene to come and experience this place. I will definitely come back to this place. Great food

Totally recommended. We had Loroco and cheese Pupusas to go. What I think it was specially good was the cheese, it felt like home. I hope this business grow and expand to many more places.

Love their pupusas, the pollo con queso is definitely their best. The crispy burrito was not crispy and the flautas was nothing resembling a flautas, but we will definitely return for the pupusas! The service is very friendly and the outdoor seating is great.

Great little food cart tucked in here. I had the torta which was great, the bread was fresh and delicious and the fillings were on point. Definitely returning!

First time trying pupusas, and they were even better than I imagined. The cabbage salad is a perfect highlight, I look forward to coming back.

Authentic Salvadorean pupusas. Don Carlos was very friendly. Only thing I would take out is the red cabbage off the curtido. Salvadorean tomato sauce is on point!

If you ever wanted to try a pupusa before this is the place! They are fabulous, well priced, and divine. I hand a pupusa with beans, cheese, and pork. It was served with a Curtido (Salvadoran cabbage slaw or relish made with finely shredded cabbage, red onion, carrot, oregano, and vinegar. ) and a salsa. Hundred percent recommend, will be going back! :)

I had a chicken burrito: moist and tender meat, fresh chopped tomato and onion, and yummy homemade beans. As big as my arm. Couldn't finish it! My companions had an assortment of pupusas which were equally delicious and more easily dispatched. Good assortment of Mexican juices and sodas. The food took a while to prepare because it was all made to order. Good food, great value ! We ate at one of the two tables by the truck.

Everything from Carlito's was fantastic. My fiancé and I got an enchilada plate, chicken flauta, and pork pupusas. Everything was very reasonably priced and so delicious! Carlito was so sweet and helpful as well. There's a covered eating/waiting area too. Definitely try some pupusas!!
