We stayed for 2 nights with our kids, primarily spending our days out in Springfield. Location is great right off I5, and super quick to get to everything. The RV park has large spaces and facilities were clean and very well maintained. You can see the freeway on one side but the other view is mountains and fields. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back in the future!

Very nice! Paved RV park with grass between sites. Lots of amenities, not quite five star but pretty darn close. I've been here before and I would return again. Staff were extremely nice and I enjoyed my visit here

Nice big RV park right off the freeway. Large level paved sites. We loved the site we had with the large patio, patio furniture, propane grill and propane fire pit. If you are there on a Sunday morning I would definitely recommend the $5 pancake breakfast. My husband and myself both really enjoyed it, the cook did a really nice job. They also have a nice pool area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the noise from the freeway.

This is a hard one to put stars to. The park is beautiful very clean and nice big spots (if you want to splurge) they have different tiers we chose the front row by the pond with patio furniture and a full size barbecue. Kinda spends. The problem you ask! The park sits along side I-5. This is the main freeway from California to Canada. The noise level is constant. Anytime you are outside there is a constant roar of traffic. We scheduled a week and I was ready to go after 2 days. If you can get past the road noise this a great place to stay.

We were in the "new" section (sites in the 200's) and the comments about the road noise are true. But it is a beautiful area with spacious sites right on a big pond with lots of grass. At night the RV is buttoned up with the air going because it was HOT when we where there, so the noise wasn't too bad. You can get used to it. We asked to be moved but the park was full until someone cancelled and we were moved to the "old" section, Sites 30-101. They have a dog wash, car washing station, great dog park, clean bathrooms, and laundry, and ice cream socials on the weekend. It really is a great park overall.

Great place to stay. Convenient to get too off I-5. The sites were easy to pull in and out of and all the hookups worked great. The facilities were updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and guided us to our site. Ask about the member punch card and get your 8th stay free night.

Lots of grass, hook ups to sewer water and power, dog washing sites, ponds, fenced in dog area. On the down side, it was just off the freeway so there was a lot of noise

Premier RV resort has been an amazing experience for my family and me. We've been staying here for about three weeks, and we can confidently say that this resort surpasses all our previous experiences. The bathrooms are spotless, and the laundry facilities are affordable, clean, and fully operational. It's apparent that the park is well-cared for, and it's hard to imagine finding a better RV park. One of the things we love the most is that we don't have to move our RV every few days or weeks. The staff is also fantastic and always willing to help with anything we need. Although some may find the highway noise disturbing, I'm a heavy sleeper, and it doesn't affect me much. My wife, who's a light sleeper, can easily sleep with some white noise from her phone, and the noise isn't too bad at night. I would give this place a perfect 10-star rating if I could - it's definitely an A++++ resort. Oh, and before I forget, you should check out the beautiful landscapes behind the park. I managed to capture some photos from the property and the nice view of the pond & pavilion.

Nice, nice place!! Well kept and maintained, very well landscaped, clean and tidy. Staff are fantastic at helping with your scheduling and they DO stay in contact with you to accommodate your RV planning. Easy on and off I5, nice wide sites with lots of pull through sites for big and small. Cute little store, rec room, shower and laundry facilities and the local newspaper delivered to your doorstep daily. Nicely done! Thanks!

we were denied because our rv is “too old” and we were told we would only be allowed to stay if the rv was deemed “presentable “ which it wasn’t based on their opinion. Don’t support this classist business who thinks only people with a nice and brand new rv and money deserve to stay here . disgusting . my reply to the owner: you are blatantly lying . you told me you do not allow rvs over 10 years and asked me to send you pictures of my rv so you can judge it based on looks. i told you i was staying one day . unbelievable response from you.

My husband and I stayed here for several months. Like other folks have said it is very loud. Due to freeway noise. But that didn't bother us at all. It is a beautiful place to stay. One of the prettiest I have been to. And I have been to many. The only downside is some of the staff, mostly management, can be very condescending and rude. Almost a vibe of we are privileged and honored to be graced with their presence and we should know we are bothering them. Also, this park has alot of Karen's that tattle on you for everything. We were quiet, to ourselves, never even had a visitor, and paid every month on time. But we would get a daily passive aggressive email from management (to everyone not just us) telling everyone the rule that has been broken for the day. One of the Karen's told management we had our dog off leash. Could be true. We opened our door and let her run from our motorhome to our car about 10 feet away. So instead of management politely letting us know that was somehow bothering someone. (Again, we had no neighbors so that was baffling) In which we would leash her for those 10 feet and apologize. She basically threatened us saying "if we don't comply we can't come back." Meanwhile, there were two shepards and a golden running off leash in front of the office constantly. One of those shepards came at my leashed dog once. But, we don't snitch, so there no need to tattle to the office. Also, while shopping the shop a very nice, but very drunk staff member came stumbling in and didn't make much sense. The management had to discipline her in front of me. Which was quite uncomfortable. Since we are pretty laid back I'd come back even with the rude couple people. And I would recommend you checking it out. It is very pretty.

Incredible thoughtfully designed RV park that we have referred several more people to recently. Absolutely love the welcome center with the beautiful lodge like feel —thank you for the complementary coffee. Absolutely the hardest working team I have ever seen. They had a great propane delivery service which we took advantage of. They had a professional dog washing cabin that was complementary in addition to an RV washing station, which we also used. The sites were level And pull through at least in our area and we had a terrific stay facing the large pasture. Road noise was not an issue. We did not use the pool facility, but it looked very well-maintained and clean. If we find ourselves in this neck of the woods along I5 we will definitely be back. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This is one of our favorite RV resorts. The spaces are large and roomy. The bathrooms are clean with lots of hot water and good water pressure. The staff is very friendly. As a bonus, they had a water aerobics class a couple afternoons a week. It was a program on a boombox but fun nonetheless. Finished up with a soak in the hot tub and played a quick game of ping pong. Lots of extras like a place to wash your vehicle and a dog wash. The pond is pretty. The park is easy to get to and to navigate. Thumbs up!

Very nice RV resort and friendly staff. We only stayed one night on our way from California to Washington but would definitely consider a longer stay if we are ever in the area again. I'm towing a 41.5' 5th wheel and had no issues with the pull through space because the roads between the rows are wide enough to make the turns without having to back up. Very clean and pet friendly. They have dog parks, a dog wash, RV wash, and laundry facilities plus other amenities. Easy access to/from I-5, truck stops, and RV dealerships just on the other side of the highway. The only con for this resort is highway noise at night. I would definitely recommend this resort.

We have been coming to this location for over 6 years now. Always a great place to stop. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. RV sites have it all. It is a little oasis on the I-5 journey!

I’d give it a 5 if it wasn’t right on Hwy 5. Very nice park, clean, landscaped beautifully, gorgeous views of farmland and mountains, nice staff. The Hwy is loud. But I’d come back. Enjoyed Eugene and this park is in a quaint little town just north called Coburg.

Stayed there 2 days. If a Good Sam member, can get a discount. Swimming, miniature golf, dog exercise area & also area to take your dog through obstacles. Bring your quarters !!! Laundry is $1.75 & NO way to get change after 7pm !!! No soap, drier sheets, etc. to buy. No areas to go eat, get gas, etc. close by. They do help get you propane, but not sure of price. There is a nice papillon to have some lunch or they have activities there. Two ponds to fish, but mostly algae & debris to get snagged on. Is a dock to go on.

👍👍 If you're not a sissy, and hotels that were $100 a night turn into $500 a night because of supply and demand, this is the place. With the way the world currently operates, there's a whole community/neighborhood in these "temporary" lodging facilities, and they welcome a little different spice to the...
