Will definitely not be going back for awhile. I ordered via phone. The person taking the order was rude and had a tone. When I went to go pick it up, the same person that took the order was the one to charge us. I asked her to repeat the order because I knew it was a large order. Once she finished the transaction she said she was going to get our order…never did. She just stood there. My partner had to go get our order as she watched. He read the receipt before we left to double check our order. Once we got home is when we noticed they messed up the order. No fries for all bundles that we bought. We asked for boneless for one of the orders and they gave us bone. Asked for half mango habanero and hot, we got all mango. Called to let them. Manager was helpful and offered refund. But definitely not the best experience

It’s not the first time we get our order wrong or something is missing. Today our fries where missing so my husband went back to get them. We get home and I don’t have the lemon pepper wings I ordered instead we received another batch of honey bbq. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always something.

We went for my birthday lunch since I'd never been. We had amazing service from Mike K. who was very thorough and quick to help us! He offered more drinks and utensils as often as we needed them without us having to ask! Even provided a nice dessert on the house for the birthday. This guy deserves a raise and employee of the month. 10/10 would recommend and would visit again! You'll be lucky to keep Mike around for years to come, thanks Mike!

Stopped by for some bar food before attending a movie and while my server was stellar this review is meant for the bar staff employee, Jamie. I politely asked her for some napkins and she very bluntly said, “No.” She then proceeded to go on about how I was lucky that the other young lady is my server because she says no to everyone. This behavior is not cute and if she thinks she’s being funny her tone and delivery was garbage. I understand there are days where people like her hate their jobs but customer service is a job that involves being polite to people especially if you’re working for tips. She really ought to quit and work elsewhere.

Food was alright. But the services was awful. We got our order taking in timely manner. Got our food. But after that the server never came back until to give us the bill came which would be normal if they happen to be busy. That was not the case at all we were one of two groups in her section. She would come and check on them which is good but would walk on past us even when you could see we were done and just waiting for our bill to enjoy the rest of the night. They never came to see how the food was, if we needed refills even though everyone did. Nothing they just kept walking on by and talking with other servers.

Beer was almost 10$ a glass for a coors light, burger was absolutely tiny for a 17$ burger. I used to go there all the time but it has really gone down hill with the prices. Will stick to other restaurants that still have fair game.

Ordered off door dash for pick up and to start off door dash didn't send my order in to them. So I have to re order it while I'm there, thinking it'll be right I don't check the bag then I get home to find these masterpieces that look like some kindergarten kids put it together and on top of it the order is supposed to come with two "bird dogs" an order and there was only one in each box. Tater tots were made wrong and the loaded "bird dog" doesn't get the Buffalo sauce and both the old one and the one I had remade was soaked with Buffalo sauce. The only reason I'm putting two stars instead of one is because the staff was very nice when it came to finishing my half made/wrong order besides that the kitchen staff needs to take pride in there work or not be a cook

Not a fan of the hostess. She told us 45 min to hour but the Manager Was able to get us a table in 5 minutes. The food was ok. It was a great deal with the boneless wings Thursday. Thank you Ethan for your help. I recommend servicing your outside heater they weren’t able to get them started.

Everything was great except our waitress was wearing a lot a lot of perfume. As of food I promise their chicken tenders are the best ever.

The food was good. Women's bathroom needs attention, paper towles on the floor. Our waiter, his name Gregory, a young man, was great! Very good at his job. Give him a raise. He deserves it.

My partner and I recently had a baby and have been saving gift cards for particularly rough days when we need take out. Today was one of those days.when my partner arrived he was informed that they were out of one of the items we ordered and they could only replace it with a cheaper item he was assured it would only take ten minutes to replace. In the meantime the our chicken came up. It took over 45 minutes for the replacement mozzarella sticks to come up. He was given coupons for "five dollars off with a ten dollar donation" for the trouble and was told we should re heat the order in the oven when he got home. Basically it was just kinda of a sad experience that ended with cold not great food on a really stressful day!

Lunch was amazing! We were seated right away, staff was super helpful and attentive, and our food was out super fast! Lots of beer on tap and was great! Smash burger and tacos were a hit with our table. Fries were cooked perfectly and the spicy dipping sauce was great! Highly recommend! Added perk it’s right across from Gateway mall so we had lunch and went shopping.

Came here today and ordered 2 cheeseburgers….sat and waited 30 mins for food, 2 other tables got theirs before us, and another table waited longer than we did that came in 3 mins after us…our food was NOT warm at all, fries were even cold! I was told my burger got “dropped” and had to be remade!!!! Not sure but it should’ve been hot then…NOT!!!! Our waitress was great and offered to pay for it, we decided that wasn’t fair to her so we agreed on a discount, which was greatly appreciated. She expressed her apologies and it was sincere so that was nice.

First off, our server was great tonight. The food was decent, not what Buffalo wild wings used to be 10 years ago, but that's probably a corporate decision. I have to be honest though, the restaurant was filthy, smelled like a jockstrap that hasn't been washed since the first day of football season, and the tables and menus had residue all over them. I think management needs to take a look in the mirror and ask themselves if they would eat at this restaurant.

Buffalo Wild Wings is like if your neighbor's man cave was combined with desperate cravings of a hangover. Fun, if you're in to sports, I'm sure. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. You think a place dedicated to the art of wings would have out of this world wings. But the chicken was not cooked all the way; you can tell if the meat still clings to the bone and that was the case for all 3 varieties we sampled. The floor was impossibly dirty. It's possible that the budget was blown on TVs and so there was nothing left to put into the kitchen. If I recall, there was a dip that was good though, so I can't knock it entirely. If you are planning on going, expect a wait. Because, despite the circumstances, people will line up for reliable stimulation and distraction, and the food will be of secondary consideration. So, in that regard, it works.

Ok, I'll admit I may not be the best person to review a wings joint. I'm really not much of a face eater. Before I complain I would like to point out that the brisket sandwich was pretty good. Brisket was my girlfriend's choice, because she's smart. I, on the other hand, am not. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos. On the menu Ultimate Nachos have the option to include brisket, chicken or chili for an additional price. I chose not to include any of those because I prefer the seasoned hamburger that accompanies every nachos I have ever ordered anywhere. My mistake, Ultimate Nachos do not come with any meat whatsoever. They also include very, very little cheese. Upon discovering this and learning from the server that they do not have any seasoned hamburger, I elected to buy the chili. The chili was a flavorless hot flavor so that was a bust. Eventually I realized that I had made a mistake so I abandoned the nachos and ate a portion of the brisket that my girlfriend kindly offered upon seeing my depression. Shortly thereafter our evening out was over. We had enjoyed the game and the kindness and patience of our server but we have decided that we don't fit in at Buffalo Wild Wings. Additionally, I have decided to look up the definition of the word "ultimate" to avoid any misunderstandings in the future.

This place was surprisingly good compared to the last time I was here. That time would've been a zero star rating if I had made a review. This time I had a burger and it was way better than the chicken wings. I had the cheese curd burger with fries and It was so good I ate it before realizing I was gonna take a picture. This was a fairly quiet place today for lunch. A lot more peaceful than other places I could've gone.

The chicken and sauce are always consistent and taste great. The only downside and why it gets a 4 star is due to how much they charge for something as cheap as chicken. Kind of hard to believe that BWW can charge upwards of $1.50 per piece of chicken. Your best bet is always to look for their deals where it's $10 for 10 pieces with fries. They also do other deals like $15 for 15 and $20 for 20. That's your best bet otherwise you're going to spend a lot more.

I come here very often and have been for years. Unfortunately it appears that their quality has not kept up with the new price hikes. The last 4 or 5 take out orders I've made were wrong. Anywhere from giving me sauceless wings because they were out of the one I ordered (instead of asking me for an alternative), forgetting sides, sending me home with boneless instead of bone-in or misplacing my call in order and completely forgetting to make the order. My most recent order I came in for to pick up my take out order, paid and took a seat, so they knew I was there. They brought my food out and immediately put it in the warmer box. After waiting around 20 minutes i asked for an update on my order only to find they put it in the box while I was in there waiting. Didn't even announce the order or ask if it was mine. Until they fix their customer service issues and keep the quality up then I wouldn't recommend eating here. Lately I've been considering no longer wasting my time or money here when I can get similar prices at hot mama's and they don't mess up every order.

Leaving two stars because I have had positive experiences but wow. Ordered delivery. One of my side sauces came WITHOUT A LID. What a mess. Not to mention, the other sauces are barely a quarter full? And a couple items are wrong. Next time I will go elsewhere.

Nice server, good food made for an enjoyable lunch. It was loud, so kind of hard to hear each other but overall great lunch. The chocolate cake was AMAZING!

I had a 10pc traditional wings, side on the side, and also got the brisket tacos 🌮 with side of fries. It was delicious and fresh. I had a strawberry lemonade 🍓 🍋 it was well balanced between sweet and sour. The waitress was helpful and welcoming. Great environment and vipes. The only thing that the order longer time to brought and it was not bussy fully booked, but overall was great experience
