After
waiting
40
minutes
for
our
food,
including
an
appetizer,
I
went
inside
to
check
on
our
order
and
was
told
they
were
plating
our
food.
When
I
asked
why
we
hadn't
gotten
at
least
the
appetizer,
I
was
told
again
they
are
plating
our
food.
I
asked
another
question
and
she
just
turned
and
walked
into
the
bar.
When
the
first
part
of
our
meal
was
brought
to
our
table,
I
said
shouldn't
the
appetizer
have
came
out
first?
Samantha's
response
was
they
only
had
2
cooks
in
the
kitchen.
That
would
have
been
ok,
as
we
all
understand
it
is
hard
to
hire
staff
now.
But
after
she
said
that
while
walking
away
she
said
"deal
with
it,
that
is
how
stuff
is
now."
Really??
That
is
how
you
"deal"
with
customers?
We
asked
the
young
man
that
brought
the
rest
of
our
food
out
for
her
name.
Then
she
came
very
aggressively
back
to
our
table
and
gave
us
the
managers
name
on
a
piece
of
paper.
When
questioned
about
her
attitude
towards
us
she
said
I
rolled
my
eyes
at
her,
which
I
do
not
believe
happened
as
I
understand
short
staffed,
said
it
was
a
family
owned
business,
and
aggressively
left.
In
a
small
town
you
assume
the
businesses
are
family
owned,
but
I
knew
at
that
point
it
wouldn't
do
any
good
to
call
the
manager.
Family
owned
or
corporation
owned,
you
do
not
treat
customers
or
people
like
that.
Everyone
has
a
bad
day
now
and
than,
but
don't
take
it
out
on
customers.
The
whole
thing
was
over
an
appetizer,
which
is
the
only
thing
I
can
recommend
out
of
the
whole
meal,
the
pretzels
and
cheese.
The
rest
of
the
food
was
not
worth
the
$70
for
3
people.
