First time here and I'll definitely be back again! Great food and atmosphere. Friendly service as well. Great new alternative-sports bar. Very clean and the decor is like eye candy!

My favorite place to grab a beer in downtown Springfield! The Pedaler has a great menu of burgers, apps and good salads, a wide ranging beer selection and solid mixed drinks. Red Bull tv and hockey are on all day long and the staff is super friendly! If you’re looking for a chill place to get some good food this is a prime spot! Check out the tri tip poutine I promise it will make your week!

We have been coming here off and on since they opened about a year ago. Food had been up and down as they worked through the startup phase. But salads have held the line as a delicious entree bet. On our last visit, August 2023, we were very happy with the fish and chips.

Love The Pedaler! Great food, awesome drinks, and super fun vibes. The owner is also really nice and works so hard to make his customers happy. Definitely my favorite place to hang out when I'm in the area. I just wish I lived closer, so that I could come here more often!

Got to sit outside with our dog to enjoy dinner. The cocktails were good but warning the blackberry habanero margarita has a healthy kick to it so be prepared! Great flavor on the kale Cesar salad just a little thrown off by the pasta in it(I clearly didn’t read the menu well enough) but easy to pick around what I didn’t want. Will definitely stop by again

I like the outdoor seating. The wings are fine, they use chicken leg. I see pictures of their wings a lot on Facebook so I thought I would try since I am a big fan of hot wings. They forgot our drinks, but we didn’t make Big deal about it. We saw people who came after us got their drinks shortly after they arrived, so I had to tell the waitress to cancel our drinks since we finished our meal already.

Reeeeally wanted to give them a try and to like them, but the food took so long to come out and was mediocre. 20 mins for the caprese salad app and over 45 for a burger and quesadilla - and there really weren’t that many patrons in there. Unfortunately we probably will not be back.

The good- drinks, they made a good drink. The so-so- Service, not very attentive, had empty drinks for extended time, and did not bring items we ask for without asking/reminding again. Just okay. The bad- The food, which is the heart of the business- small portions overpriced, incredibly overcooked hamburgers (they were tough). Maybe it will get better??

Read their reviews and decided to call before coming to make sure and ask if they play the world series on their screens. Per the female person on the other line: “Just come and we’ll put it on for you.” Drove 30 mins there. But when I got there, she refused to put it on, because hockey was playing on that screen. The place was dead. Only a few people who were not even watching the hockey game. Waste of time. False hopes and broken promises. So much for being a sports bar. Unfriendly service. Cold as the temperature that night. Nothing like the reviews. 🥶❄️

Another gold star for downtown Springfield. I love that I can order good bar food, watch skate videos, AND sip High West whiskey here. Not pretentious, just a damn good place with friendly staff and enough meal options to satisfy just about anyone you're hanging out with.

Lovely staff. Wonderful service. Quick! I appreciate going to a local place that has TVs and special events with such unique programming. Feels like a real neighborhood bar. Love chatting with friendly locals. Excellent beer selection. Generous portions. I go for the fired brussels and culiflower wings and I'm not a vegetarian. They are that good. :-)

Had a great time last night. Great food, beer and service. Bicycles, skateboards, snowboards with live music!

It was okay. The food is definitely overpriced for what you get. I got the tri tip sandwich, and it was very dry and underwhelming. The service was very good though!

We enjoy this place when it’s open. The drinks are strong enough but not too sweet and we really like the Brussels skillet plate. However the hours listed on the website do not match the physical store hours. In the past couple of weeks we have been here twice. The first time we walked in around 8:45 on a Monday and we’re met with some sort of obvious attitude issue with the female bar tender. As the night progressed more people came in and the vibe became more and more less welcoming. Eventually with some subtle kindness the bartender explained they closed at 9 and now she was being forced to close at a later time. I tipped her graciously and made note to check hours online before we came in again. Well tonight (Tuesday) approximately 8:37 was our second visit. Online it says their hours are 3/4pm - close and minors are allowed until 10 via the website. We should have been in the clear right? The open sign was illuminated but as soon as we entered we were met by the same female bar tender who told us this place was closed. I’m sorry, what? I love supporting local businesses but listing appropriate hours for customers, and keeping it consistent is such an important part of operating a bar. Lastly, the liquor shelves at this bar need some major attention. Top shelf bottles mixed in with bottom shelf bottles. That’s a big no no. This place has potential with some better staff and customer service training. Crossing my fingers they get there one day.

The Backyard Burger hooked me just by its visual appeal, and when I ordered it on my second visit, it became an instant go-to grub grab. Easily one of the tastiest, most finely-tuned burgers I have ever eaten. I also love the action sports atmosphere. Skate or die.

Enjoyed a great dinner tonight at The Pedaler, started with basket of delicious Onion Rings, then my wife enjoyed the Loaded Potato Skillet and I had the Fish & Chips with Dipper Fries, all delicious. The libation of choice tonight for me was the Dark Wing Daiquiri and they were fabulous. Ambiance awesome, music Love It!

Our first visit to The Pedaler was great! The staff was welcoming, the food and drinks were tasty and came out quickly. We recommend the Mac n Cheese Jalapeño Poppers, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Roadrash Burger!

The place just opened earlier in the week. Seemed really well put together. The alternative sports feel was everywhere. From the skate and snowboards on the wall to the hockey themed bar top. The food was definitely worth the price. It was moderately priced and tasted great! I had the Baja Burger and subbed the patty for the IMPOSSIBLE burger patty. Yes thats right. They have the Impossible burg. They have other vegan options as well. They even fry their veggie stuff in a veggie dedicated fryer. Definitely could be a new hangout spot. Theh are still fairly new so stay tined to see what events or "nights" they might have in the future. Ill definitely be coming back!

If this place is busy getting a beer can be like pulling teeth. The owner is completely understaffed for a Friday night. He alone works the bar and serves all the food. We went to the peddler for a birthday celebration for my friends 40th birthday. I ordered him a beer and he asked for a water as well. The owner took the money for the beer and served him water and told him that he gave him a beer. We both were there and never received what we had paid for. I live in downtown Springfield area and I have lived in this area for 34 years. Never Have had such terrible service at any restaurant I have ever been in the area. He obviously needs to hire more help. Probably a great place to have a beer around 2 PM in the afternoon when no one is around. Probably a good time to get food then too. At least you will get what you paid for I hope.

Today was my first time at Jasper's, and I'll be back. They had good: drinks, food, beer on tap, customer service, etc. There are multiple screens with a variety of sports playing. I liked the surfing myself. The whole place is decorated with skate decks, baseball cards, snow boards, jerseys, hockey sticks, etc. Would recommend.

Honestly needs less tv's. Felt too lightheaded from the huge tv on the wall 3 feet from my face. Only needs three tv's not 7, very small lit room and thankfully for that as when that door opens, be sure to close your eyes or get blinded for a good minute. But well decorated for football fans.. If you are one. Food was decent and beer seemed a little diluted.

Cool atmosphere. Had fun playing trivia. Good food. I had a Loaded potato skillet. Yummy!

Good food that's adequately priced. What stands out is how good the cocktails are and they have the most comprehensive hot sauce selection in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Great spot with wide bar selection, great food, and alternative sports (no football, baseball, or basketball, but you WILL find soccer, rugby, hockey, Xgames, etc). Menu has a good selection of vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options as well. The fried broccoli/cauliflower bites with vegan ranch changed my life. The photo does not adequately convey the level of crispy perfection in these bad boys.

Came here to watch a Hockey game and have a beer. It must have been happy hour because the food and beer was inexpensive. Had the broccoli, pretty baller. Really nice vibe, good music and a ton of TVs. Can't beat the decor either. The barmaid (is that PC?) was really cool too. I'd recommend.
