Whatever you do, do not buy a breakfast sandwich. You will get an egg, and sausage sandwiched between 2 pieces of charcoal. If you ask for a different one since you don't like charcoal for breakfast. Don't worry the staff are nice and willing to exchange it for another charcoal sandwich. I don't understand how anyone is happy/willing to sell burned food.

Staff were incredible and willing to help me try and recreate a smoothie. There was a shop at my university that made mango orange key lime smoothies. They were AMAZING! Unfortunately that pop up was one of the only ones of that business in my state, the store front closed AND they stopped selling the smoothies in other places. The staff at this Jamba were willing and incredibly helpful with figuring out what smoothies would be close enough to edit and the result was very close! The smoothie I received had blueberries in it which I knew ahead of time but it did throw of the flavor for the goal smoothie just a tad. Also the goal smoothie had a real KICK from the lime, it was almost tart/sour but soooo good after the mango flavor. I will be back to do more science. This Jamba was quick, super friendly, and did an excellent job! To the people who helped me out, I'm terrible with names, THANK YOU!

I am so happy to write this review! The cashier was fantastic when I was ordering my drink and really great at explaining their breast cancer awareness fundraiser. I had a small issue after leaving and had to contact their customer service. I just wanted to make sure it was something that may not end up happening to someone else if they could help it Nothing the store did so I don't feel it's relative to explain. But what I really want to showcase is how fast they reacted. How much they cared of the issue and took the time to investigate it thoroughly. Things happen but they wanted to do what they could to prevent my issue from happening again. That's huge and what customer service it was!

Spent some time after my long day standing in the lobby waiting for food. Sometimes I talk waaaaay too much but these folks made me feel right at home suggesting drinks and sharing stories. Huge kudos for amazing service to Seneca, Meena and Kim. They all deserve some recognition, and a raise! 🫶🏼

Employee was very accommodating to my order (frozen yogurt, banana, and milk blended). It was kinda expensive for a large (7.99 plus a tip) so 9$. It took a really long time to make and other customers inside were kinda rude. But the staff were nice they just seemed a bit nervous.

Great customer service! Even with many people in line, the attendants were prompt and made everything to a T. The area was clean and payment was seamless with Tap-To-Pay. Pretty tasty drink, too.

If I could give this Jamba a million stars I would. The staff here are amazing. They seem very genuine and they listen when talking to you. They greet you by name and remember your order. They are patient and quick. As someone with really bad social anxiety, this place really makes it a breeze to get my smoothie fix. Thanks Jamba for having such an excellent team!

I like the PB protein or PB moo’d but they use bad fruit. Today I had two clumps of the blackest bananas on the bottom of my cup.

Really great customer service at this location. I come here relatively often and their drinks are consistently good no matter what I'm trying. This location gets pretty busy in the evenings when I go, but they get through customers pretty quick.

Good smoothies, A little pricey but there good.

I've been coming here for years and its a great place to get a cool drink in the summer.

I go every morning after my workout because I am severely addicted to the daily vitamin and zinc shot that I can add to whatever. There are waay too many choices, especially since I just started off-menuing and subbing a lot. I recommend the Açai Antioxident with chocolate. You, friend, are welcome🙏🏽

I love this Jamba store! The staff are super friendly, helpful, polite and even when crowded they go above and beyond. Love all the smoothie flavors.
