Absolutley disgusting restaurant! The managers dont care about quality of food and have super low health stamdards cuz they all came here from Mcdonalds and the like. There's also a huge water leak in the main walk in cooler that never keeps temperature and holds all the hamburgers and chicken at dangerous food temps. Not to mention their gross soggy cold fries. I have literally seen their boxes of food laying in puddles on the ground before putting them on the line for serving to the customers. See pictures below! And that's why all the staff refer to this place as the dirty bird!!!

UPDATE I did reach out to Red Robin corporate. They responded very quickly. I appreciate their timely response. We will still eat at Red Robin. I just don't recommend the Eugene location. We have had outstanding service at the Salem Red Robin! Probably one of worst restaurant experiences lately. We were excited to go out to eat as a family. My 7 year old is gluten free and we know you have options. We visited Dec 26th. We got to the restaurant around 1244 and were told it would be about a 10-15 minute wait. She took my phone number, I repeated it twice for the hostess. We waited....we kept seeing people go ahead of us that had come in after. We asked the hostess she said we had been texted. I never received a text nor did they call my name. She was able to seat us at 130pm, she walked us to our table and tossed the menus on it and walked away. Our server came over and we ordered our food. We asked about the $10 burger/drink/fries that is advertised on the window. She said it ended yesterday and they couldn't honor it. We ordered 3 burgers a salad and a side of fries(GF). The food came around 148 minus the Side of fries for my daughter. She assured us they were being cooked and would be out shortly. At 158 she refilled our water and we asked about the missing fries. We also asked for 1 refill of the regular fries (bottomless that come with the $15 burger) At 2pm still nothing and everyone was done eating, my daughter still wanted her fries...partially the reason we came to the restaurant. At 216 the waitress comes over says "I took off the fries, discounted your ticket and comped the video game" The kitchen is loosing it. The only communication we had was the fries were being cooked. It felt very abrupt, like pay your bill and leave. We paid our bill tipped the waitress and left. Almost every staff member looked like they didn't want to be there and they couldn't even get our order to the table.

Red Robin is a great place for family and friends to get together. Lots and lots of seating. They have a decent sized outdoor section, they also have a wrap around bar with lots of seating. The burgers and frys here honestly aren't great, but the service here is excellent. Also the fried pickles and milkshakes are super tasty. They have a pretty large amount of parking as well.

The server was awesome and fast! The food was super tasty and the new mozzarella twists are great. I got the chicken strip wrap and a strawberry lemonade and the other 2 people both got the bacon cheeseburger. Everything was hot and fresh and yummy.

I enjoy a good hamburger on occasion oh, and Red Robin doesn't disappoint on a regular basis. The place was clean oh, and the staff was very attentive for as busy as they were. I ordered the Bonzi burger and my wife ordered the bacon cheeseburger. Both were cooked as we asked no pink which is sometimes a rarity when a restaurant is busy. We both had Coke to drink I would come back to this restaurant it was clean they were quick to feed us and had no issues. Yum!

The food was great and the service was great too. The Red Robin by Valley River Center is a whole lot better and friendlier than the one in Albany, Oregon. The one in Albany, Oregon doesn't want you to sat there and enjoy your meal. They want you out of there so they don't have to work that hard. They don't know what customer service is, this has happen to us more than once and we will not go back to them again. Red Robin in Eugene, Oregon is a whole lot better than the one in Albany, Oregon. You are treated right and good service. The food is fixed better there too. If you are in Eugene stop at Red Robin by Valley River Center and you want be disappointed. Went here today and had lunch. The food and service was great. My wife had the Red Robin Cheese Burger with fries. She enjoy the burger. I had the Royal Red Robin Burger. It was delicious and good. 👍😎🤩🥰😛🥓 It was worth the drive there. 🚘👍😎 Stopped by here today and we all got lunch. The food was delicious, The service was great, We all had something different, We all had a great meal. We all had burgers and fries. The food was delicious and good 👍 😋 👌 Three of us had chicken 🐔 burgers and one had a pig 🐖 out burger 🍔. We all enjoyed ourselves. The service was great.

Great Royal Burger. Great service from the waitress. The restaurant appeared shorthanded, as there was a wait to get in, & there were empty tables. The fries were okay, but not spectacular like normal. The Oreo Magic milkshake was excellent, but their straws are wimpy. We will definitely go back.

The wait to be seated was only about 15 minutes even though it was a Friday night Our server was very polite and friendly, if not as attentive as we might have liked. She did appear to be very busy. She wasn't standing around or anything. The food was good and, as usual, a good value.

We went at 1:00p.m. on a Monday, and it was absolutely packed. 20-minute wait time for just 2 of us. The food was good, and the price was decent, although I felt my kid got skimped on fries.

The wait was terrible. Was told 20 minutes then we waited 45 minutes due to "issues" in the kitchen. The manager was not allowing seating in a timely matter. ( per the hostress) then once we got seated the floor under the table was wet and sticky. And the bench was wet and sticky. Lacking on cleaning the area. But our waiter made up for it. He was thoughtful and patient.

They ask how you want your burger cooked so there's that. You can get any burger wrapped in lettuce as well. Lots of families with kids so only seating available was in the bar. We no longer drink alcohol & decided everything tasted better here when we did.

Allot of things on the walls to look at, they have the game and ordering device at the table, and great food.

We took a friend out for lunch here yesterday. I tried one of their new burgers, the Smoke and Pepper, and really liked it. The other two in my party enjoyed their meal as well. Service was attentive even though we were there at the busy lunch time, My only negative comment is that when I asked for more of the bottomless steak fries the basket I got had mostly very small pieces of fries with a couple of regular sized ones set on top. That won't prevent me from going back.

My friends and I stopped in for lunch and we were quickly seated, once ordered our drinks, appetizers, and meal we were all brought out in order and tasted great. I want to recognize severs Audrey and Jeffrey for their frequent check-ins to our table, anytime we needed anything they we're there. The twisted Mozzarella sticks tasted good, but my Mushroom burger tasted greasier than usual. I will definitely be back to this Red Robin location in the future.

The wait for 6 people was fairly short. The waitress was attentive to our libation needs. The food was good I had the ensenada salad thing. There was a good amount of people dining and the food didn't falter and the wait time for the food wasn't long at all.

Never again. Ordered 3 chicken tender meals to go. At $13.99 each meal had 3 chicken tenders. More breading than chicken. Could have had better from deli at Safeway. Very disappointing!!

It's always a good spot for friends and family! This time me and my bestie and I grabbed some drinks and dinner. Their new strawberry short cake drink are addictive! All the food was hot. I ordered an appetizer, but I got it in the middle of our entree. The server was polite with a lot going on. But in all it was a good experience.

I had my grandson with me. And he ordered a bacon burger. They gave him a child's briquette burger with a no bacon. 🥓 He couldn't even bite into the hamburger, plus it was cold. Kind, and did not charge us for that burger. They offered to make another one, but told us that we shouldn't plan on that hamburger being any different for the child's menu offering.

I love ordering online driving up to a specified area, calling and they bring out my order. Great service! Their onion rings are so good and the chocolate milkshake was the best.. tasted just like the old style shakes we grew up with.. so thick!

Every experience I've had at Red Robin over the last 20 years has been wonderful. The fries are amazing, the burgers are delicious, the appetizers are the best, and the staff has always been cheerful and delight. I am a huge milk shake fan and they make the best Bailey's Irish Cream Milkshake. It's definitely worth a try.

Stopped here for my birthday with family (actually it was day after, busy week), had the Royal Red Robin Burger and substituted the Impossible meat and it was delicious 😋

Great atmosphere, wonderful service. We stopped in for dinner on a busy Saturday evening and they were still able to get us seated within 20 minutes. Our server Alyson was an absolute delight! She was friendly, cheerful and attentive without being overbearing. We had a couple issues with our order, but she made sure everything was fixed quickly and followed up to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed. If her manager is reading this, you seriously need to give that gal a raise!

Out of pizza during our visit🤯😡 Burgers were good, chicken (non-breaded) sandwich was enjoyable. Small tower of onion rings dripping was with grease. Still crunchy but extremely messy! Service was good, although extended wait times for soda refills.

Haven’t been to Red Robin in a while and I might think twice to go back to this one. I’m certain they hire college kids, but these girls need some professional training. Could be just me but the college kids they hire at Texas Roadhouse present themselves better. Then the kicker for this place and these girls was the restroom. There was smelly water all over the floor, the toilet paper cover on the floor with only one roll of paper. The seat covers empty also. Then when I said something I got the deer in the headlight look. Like what do you mean man. My husband liked his BBQ burger and I had the cob salad. It was fair. I like when I get a salad with grilled chicken that the chicken is fresh grilled. Not here. It’s out of the fridge cooked yesterday or so. Well think what you want. I could just be an old nag, but I have higher expectations than I got here.

Well, to be honest it's pretty good but not great. The food is pretty good but as per usual with restaurants of there popularity they are quite packed, seating wise. Not even 8 feet from my table was another table. Kinda hard to have a conversation with the roar of people talking. But the food was good staff were attentive.
