I love wine and often go to wineries for the experience and atmosphere. I was so excited to go to Silvan Ridge since I have heard amazing things, but unfortunately my time at Silvan Ridge was one of my worst experiences at a winery that I have ever had! A group of friends and I had made a reservation for Father’s Day, and I was so shocked by how horrible the customer service is here! The older, blonde, thin lady that was supposed to be helping us had only come to our table a total of 2 times for the whole 3 hours that we were there (it wasn’t like we were just sitting there, we were planning to spend a least a couple hundred dollars)…when this woman would come to our table, she would always look so annoyed and would make us feel very uncomfortable! We actually had to get up and find someone for help multiple times since apparently our lady was too bothered to give her tables any attention. I was understanding of all of this, and thought maybe this is just an off day for Silvan Ridge, however what had happened while we were leaving has made me never want to come back to Silvan Ridge ever again! We had to find someone else to close out our tab, that woman had black hair and was so lovely! However, as we were leaving the older thin blonde lady had stopped us as we were walking out to “confront” us about not paying our bill!!!! When we told her that we had already paid, she told us that she didn’t believe us, and we had to show her who closed out our tab…We were in the middle of the tasting room while this woman tried to accuse us of not paying in front of everyone! To make matters even worse, after we had explained that we had paid and even showed her who closed out our tab, THIS WOMAN FOLLOWED US OUT OF THE TASTING ROOM!! I have honestly never been so humiliated in my entire life…I will never be going back to Silvan Ridge, and I highly recommend supporting another winery that does not try to humiliate and acuse their customers of not paying a bill they have already paid!

This winery has a great atmosphere. They often offer live music events for reasonable prices. The wine they produce is very tasty and it is worth to try them. It’s a good place to go with friends and family for a nice evening.

Really good Rioja and a nice setting with pretty views. When I visited on memorial weekend, it was pretty crowded and they were really understaffed....so service wasn't great. There was live music and a good cart. Bring a blanket to sit outside, since there aren't a lot of seats/tables outside.

Spent 30 minutes with Zelda and had a wonderful experience. She sold us way more wine than the big place on the hill to the south. 25% off case prices, mix and match. Big guys had no volume discounts. Left with our pockets lighter and smiles on our faces. Remember to ask for Zelda when you go. Awesome wine and fun people. If Zelda is busy, Cathy’s not bad, either.

Had a wonderful day with fine wine, beautiful scenery & delightful service/laughter with Kathy. We will definitely return!

Beautiful views and amazing service. The wine selection and experience was very nice too several customers didn’t leave until they had a case of wine shipped to their respective state.

Such a beautiful local Eugene winery. A great place for gatherings and events big or small. They do a particularly nice job with their Pinot Gris wine and the staff are knowledgeable and fun.

Great Harvest Host with beautiful, quiet and serene setting. Kathy is an amazing host..warm and friendly balances all the different functions of the tasting room. Great overnight site..very relaxing after the drive. Class A drivers...I will say the 18 mile drive in from N I 5 is thrilling...Our GPS took us up Territorial HWY...if doing it again.. I would go further North and come in Spencer Cr off 126...shorter drive on narrow 2 lane without logging trucks whizzing by. Loved the wines we tried! Brought "home" a bottle...and we are not really wine drinkers!

Had a wonderful visit to Silvan Ridge Winery on a sunny September Saturday afternoon with wife and our adult daughter while our son was getting settled in at UO. Decided on this winery based on previous good reviews and we all were happy we we did. Booking process was very easy and simple , good instructions ahead of time and everything at the winery was just great. All the staff we interacted was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They have option for indoor/outdoor table seating and also nice picnic areas next to main seating area. If you need shade it's good to be aware that there is only limited shaded areas outside. That was not an issue for us, we enjoyed the afternoon sun - just bring sunglasses with you. We also ordered Cheese & Charcuterie Plate with our wine flights, which was a nice addition. Nice selection of different kind of wine flights to try. Our thinking before the day was that we'll try something else next time, but based on our experience we will very likely come back to Silvan Ridge also on our next time winery visit.

Hands down my wife's and my favorite winery in the Eugene area. They have always treated us like royalty. As younger aspiring winos, this has meant a lot to us. The staff is small and very personable. We've been coming here constantly for two years and haven't seen any turnover.

Stopped by here on a road trip from Denver and had wonderful time. The lady working was very friendly! You can take your wine, glass or bottle, anywhere on the property

A perfect outdoor summer experience. Se ond concert at this winery, and had a great time. Staff are friendly and and very accommodating. Location has wonderful views and offers plenty of sunny and shady Spots. Fun casual concert experience for all !

Reserved a table. Brought a picnic lunch. Drank great Silvan Ridge wine. Enjoyed the view and conversation. And since others were not waiting for our tables they let us stay past our reserved time. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Silvan Ridge hosted our wedding in August 2022. Lydia was fantastic to work with and was so helpful in the planning process. The staff of Silvan Ridge was wonderful and made our special day as perfect as we could imagine. The venue was beautiful and perfect for a mid-August wedding, and we could not be any happier with how our wedding turned out. Silvan Ridge is the perfect winery to get married at and we are so happy to have celebrated with all our friends and family in such a gorgeous space. The spot where our ceremony was overlooked the vineyards and the hills of Eugene and was picture perfect. Inside, the winery’s event space was the perfect size for our 75 guests and allowed for enough space for dinner, cocktail hour, wedding party getting ready space, and plenty of trips to the bar for glasses of wine or beer. We would highly recommend hosting any event at Silvan Ridge, their team will make sure you are taken care of!
