Terrible customer service and no consideration at all for the customer. I bought a pair of Sam Elderman slides for $60 with pearls on them 2 WEEKS ago. Wore them a HANDFUL of times and the pearls are falling off. They won’t let me return at all because they’ve been worn. I told them they should pull those shoes because that’s a scam to sell shoes for $60 if they’re gonna fall apart after 2 weeks. They treated me with apathy and no regard for the situation, didn’t even apologize for what happened. Both managers just said “it’s been worn”. Obviously they don’t care about making sure their customer gets what they paid for or are happy with their experience. No exchange or credit. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Needless to say I’m never coming back here again. And will not be recommending this store. I would rather pay more for a product and know the company will ensure quality and making things right.

Spacious, organized and cleaner than some of it counterpart stores. There were plenty of associates working the floor which helped so much - thank you for that. My cashier Jose was so nice. The fitting room staff were so patient with all customers are we tried on a lot of items only to buy a few. The home decor section is small but really nice. They have classy holiday decor. The clearance footwear section is on the back end of the store - I’m so glad I stumbled upon this secret. Found Open Edit nude sandals for $15.00 🙌🏼 Their handbag and work wear choices is also really good. I will definitely be returning. Thank you NR.

Went there to buy some fall shoes and found some great quality and value booties. Sharon helped me during the checkout process with a great attitude and made sure my suede shoes were well protected for the ride. Will be back!

Drove out of our way to shop here from out of town because it said they were open until 7 on Sunday. At least 15 cars arrived before, during, and after we did and (what looked like) security met them at the door with “We’re closed. We closed at 6.” It doesn’t take much to change the time on Google.

Not as much sales as one can expect from Nordy. I don’t pick up as many items as I normally would like.

Trent was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Last Week. We had a Friendly Conversation. He was Very Attentive to My items I purchased. He admired My Little Black Dress I was wearing. I CAN'T WAIT to come back Today So He can see My Hot Pink Dress & I have to tell Him that I'm going to purchase The Royal Blue one, as well!!!

One star for store manager which she did not solve my problem while she could. 5 star to Jordan Reed and Xiaojang for taking care of me and solve my issue less than a minute. Nordstrom Rack should promote Jordan to be store manager and de promote the store manger who was not willing to solve customer issue.

I ordered something online to pick up in-store at this Nordstrom Rack. It was for a special occasion. Unfortunately, after I purchased it and waited for some time, Nordstrom alerted me that the item was delayed and couldn't be picked up until after the special occasion. Their policy states that if you don't pick it up in a few days, they automatically return it for you. Since it arrived so late, I wasn't able to pick it up, and so they were supposed to return it. Instead of refunding me, they marked it as picked up, which was completely untrue. Essentially they charged me for nothing and kept the product. Customer service refuses to refund. This store is clearly either morally corrupt and someone is stealing people's orders, or they're inept and making careless mistakes.

Always love this store, so clean and great selection of merchandise.

Was able to find everything I was looking for and more at a great price!! Sharon was ESPECIALLY helpful. Not only did she make me and my girlfriend feel welcomed, she also gave us some great information on taking care of the shoes we both purchased. She end up checking us out as well, and we left feeling amazing. Top tier customer service. Will be back soon.

I love Nordstrom Rack, I have really found some nice clothes. And the employees are very nice.

This is by far the best Nordstrom Rack I have ever been to. It’s across the street from Northpark Mall, which explains why the selection is so good. The shoe section and the beauty section are awesome. You can always expect to find brand name items for half the price. The Shops at Park Lane never disappoints.

I enjoy shopping here as the products are of the same great quality as the regular store, but at discounted prices. I always leave with either perfume or shoes. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

An outlet store for them. It is a good goto place for women's party dresses. It looks like men's shoes are good, but a bit pricey compared to other places I have been. It's a clean store that is well arranged. I saw lots of help available. Fairly large so it is worth a look, but has mostly one of a kind items. Convenient free parking at ground level.

This store supposedly is for the high class citizen that makes a lot of 💰 money yet at this store there is vast variety of things at around 30 to 60 off of what they would normally cost. I liked the carry on suit case, men's belt selection, the shoes section is tremendously good. Plus, there is still more stuff. Go check it out.
