Never had Slim Chickens. Decided to give it a go. Had the Classic Chicken Tenders with garlic Parmesan and mango habanero sauce. It smelt so good that by the time we got home it was all gone. Definitely will be going back to try more things from the menu.

This is twice now that I've ordered from this place and was not given my full order. This time I ordered 4 jar desserts worth over $20 and didn't get them. When I called the store they said they were out of them and would refund my money....which they NEVER DID! Do yourself a favor and check your bag thoroughly before you leave!! I will not be going back.

The chicken was delicious and tender. The fries were pretty good and crispy with just the right amount of salt. Make sure to try the chicken club sandwich meal!! 👍👍👍😋😋

I did an online order 2 days ago and I called the store 2 seconds after I placed it in order to make my normal request of how I wanted my food made. I have never had any issues before but this time the worker in shift was very rude. She told me my food was already made but I made her aware that I was 15 away as per the online instructions and I was expecting my food to be fresh she proceeded to get me off the phone and hung up in a very disrespectful way. When I came to get my food I was given the opposite of what I asked for and my food was cold. I’m pretty sure I caught this young lady on a bad day but I’m still disappointed.

I ordered the 4 piece tenders meal. Got 2 1/2 tenders. Super small, no seasoning on chicken, fries were cold .. okra was good. First and last time here.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is unacceptable. We waited in line for about 30 minutes while 8 cars passed us because they got their food. Then we where told our ticket got pushed to the back and we finally got out food. When we got home and looked at our food things where burnt, small, cold, absolutely awful. I do not recommend going here. the manager hung up on us when we tried calling about the food. They where very disrespectful.

2 stars because food is good but service is questionable. I ordered a family pack and a side of fried okra since you can't substitute the side options for the family pack. Drove home and found the okra was missing. Drove back, told them, and then waited about 10 minutes. Not once did the guy who gave me the food nor the man I presume was the manager say sorry once. I'm not expecting a refund or anything, but when I walked out I was super irritated because not once did someone say sorry or apologize for the inconvenice of wasting another 25 minutes of driving and waiting. tl;dr if you dine in you're fine but if you get it to go or drive thru, check your bag before you leave the lot.

Shout out to Jane! My oldest son ran in the other day and Jane was cleaning tables She promptly got to the counter, took his order and got him on his way Then proceeded to clean tables again Always great customer service and great food! #GiveJaneARaise

It's easy to see why Slim Chickens is one of the fastest growing fast food companies in America. We had fast, friendly service. Upon learning it was our first time to try Slims, the employee at the register took her time in explaining the menu and our options. The food itself was reasonably priced and arrived hot and fresh. It reminded me of Raising Cane's chicken but with a LOT more sauce and side options (all of which were great). My meal came with two slices of toast which, unfortunately, is no comparison to the amazing garlic bread you get at Cane's. However, if they were to fix that, Slims would be superior in almost every way.

I visited yesterday evening for the first time after a classmate recommended it. I loved it! The waffles are shaped like the state of Texas! I’m a sucker for details. The waffle was so light and fluffy that I was halfway through before I realized I had chicken with garlic Parmesan sauce on the side. I the sauce gave the otherwise plain chicken. Lawrence took our order and brought it to the table. We tried to download the app to get a free brownie but we are 50 years old… we couldn’t do it but Lawrence gave us both free brownies and they are delicious! We had the peach tea which is now my fave.

Slims is my spot. Troup Hwy location is the best. My son loves the chicken and waffles. The garlic parmesean sauce is good on the chicken too. The lemonade is really good.

Unbelievable! Everytime I come to this place they can't get the order correct. I stopped going through the drive thru because of that and going inside is no better. Even tried online ordering and they still mess it up. Never again will I go here. They have a 0% accuracy of getting an order correct!! Good food, incompetent service

Food was ok, took awhile to come out but they were busy. 🤷‍♀️ My reason for leaving a review tho, is Jaden Franklin! This young man seemed to be the food runner and he was extremely polite and friendly! Very impressed by his customer service! Hope management recognizes the gem they have!

I loooove slim chickens! They make it fresh to order and not only are the wings great but the fries are too! At eat at slim chickens at least one time a week! The service is fantastic! My fsvorite place to eat!

Took a little long to get out food but the cashier gave us some free chick plates coupons. It was late so I'll chalk up to that. Overall good experience

Incredible customer service & knowledgeable staff. First time here but won't be the last! Did tge Wednesday waffle special, was incredible! He had the cayenne ranch sandwich & said it was really good. Yael was really great!

First time at a Slim Chickens. Staff very friendly; Mike was born in my hometown area in Wisconsin, so that was cool! Food was all quality. Mango Habanero sauce is the bomb. Fried Mushrooms were excellent with ranch sauce. Luv the dessert jar. Mike even held it off until we were ready at the end, so it didn't get warm. The restaurant was clean and well laid out. A fun experience all around. Thank you!

This was my first visit. Staff was great. helpful, friendly. Lots of choices on the menu. Love all the different sauce choices. A very nice selection of sides.Love the way to looks and feels. Everything tastes great. Desert was amazing. The tenders are good, would love it if they were a little bigger. Tried it yet, you need to and see for yourself, you will come back.

Love love love this place. I used to go here almost every day it was so good and you can get so much food for a reasonable price. Best chicken place in town. Love it.

MUSHROOMS WERE NICE AND HOT BUT A LOT OF SMALL PIECES AND LOTS OF " CRUNCHIES" . FRIED CRUST PIECES IN BOTTOM OF BOX LIKE IT WAS THE LAST OF THE LAST

Really a nice dining experience. The waiters are extremely courteous and even helped to calm down my daughter's tantrum. Food really good. Ordered both wings and burgers. Fries are crisp and exact amount of salty.

A fun chicken place. Def warrants further exploration. However it was new and fun inside. The chicken strips were perfect. The Slim sauce good. Flavored sweet teas are always a bonus with me. Big a spacious inside and a cozy spacey porch outside.

Service was slow but they apologized for it. Food was delicious as always! Love the dipping sauces. They have around 15 different flavors of sauces. Wings or strips, I get the strips and have them shaken in a sweet chili sauce 👌🏼

BEST Customer Service. I will continue to give them my business. The management to a team member went out of there way this evening to make sure our food was delivered for our group. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and problem solving to provide the best service.

We always think slim chicken is good! The food is typically good and you get what you order. I like how it seems like the food is cooked fresh because it is typically so hot when you get it. I took off one star because most of the staff are just there to do their job, they definitely don't go above and beyond in the customer service area. Not rude or anything ... just what can I get you so you can move on :)

We go through drive-thru pretty often for their family meals because it’s easy meals for when we’re both getting off late. Last 3 times, out of Mac and cheese. Wait is usually long but food is good so we deal. Only other gripe is when you expect to get a large side, container is usually half full.
