I have been dealing with pain from a bulging disk and sciatica for several months now. It impacted my ability to workout, which I accepted, However, when my pain was so severe that I couldn't play with my kids, I knew I had to do something. I visited Vitality on the recommendation of a friend who couldn't stop singing the praises of Dr. Tsing. I am now a believer! This was my first acupuncture session and the relief in my back was almost immediate!!! It is a night and day difference. If you are on the fence, give Vitality a try! The business owners are great people who put patient care and above and everything.

I have been going to see Dr. Tsing for about 4 or 5 treatments with multiple decade long issues of muscle rigidity and neck tension with slight scoliosis. Too much travel and computer work are some of my culprits that I deal with and are causative of my muscle tension. Dr. Tsing has done multiple needle treatments that have broken down my stuck fascia tissues and allowed for much greater flexibility and returns to my desired level of cycling and movement. He's truly a blessing and gifted healer. Highly recommended for his expertise and success with my long standing issues.

I scheduled an appointment for a session on weight control but I was very supervised to have the doctor go over the medical questionnaire with me first. He saw my concerns and saw that I was in pain and he told me that it was more important that he addressed the pain first and got me feeling better. He would then later help with my weight issues. I was surprised. I knew he cared and he was not just seeing patients. He took his time and went over with me what was happening to my body and why I was in pain. He was very patient and respectful. He was Very kind. After I saw him he recommended some vitamins and some tea to help with my recovery. He also recommended for me to come back to his office to continue treatment and help my body get better on its own with the acupuncture and natural medicine as well as work on my weight issues. I wrote a review 2 years ago when I first started going and have to write another one! Recently I have been seeing Zareena and Dr Tsing for my chronic cystic acne. I went to so many dermatologists and doctors only for them to send me away with more creams and antibiotics that never worked and ultimately made my acne worse. I knew there was something deeper than “genetics” so I asked zareena for help. We sat down and really discussed what the root cause could be as well as holistic options to start clearing my skin. After only 3-5 DAYS of following zareena’s recommendations my skin was clearing up for the first time in YEARS. I’ve cried over my skin because of how painful and disfigured it was, but now I have been crying because I am so relieved that my skin is clear and I can actually feel comfortable looking at myself in the mirror. My skin is still improving, but wanted to attach before and after photos of my skin, because for some seeing is believing. The first photo is right before I saw zareena and the second is from a few days ago. I am eternally grateful for Zareena and Dr Tsing 💙. I work as an ER nurse and recommend all the people I see suffering to her because sadly healthcare isn’t care anymore and everyone deserves a healthy and happy life. Bottoms line, if you are skeptical about acupuncture (like I was) I 110% recommend you give it a shot! You will not be disappointed.

This is a great place to go for acupuncture treatment. My experience was amazing! The Dr. took great care of me, she took her time to explain the procedure and how everything works. She listen and took detailed notes about my situation. We need more doctors like her in this field!! The young lady that worked the front desk was very friendly and helpful with a great personality!!! She has awesome customer service skills!!! Initially, I was extremely nervous because this was my first time getting Accupuncture done. They were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The staff also made me feel very comfortable and that I was in good hands. They continue to prove that with each visit!!!

The staff here is extremely friendly and I loved them! Dr. Zting was kind, but his communication needs work! I ended up finding out that he was treating me for a condition I didn’t have (that he thought I had) and couldn’t diagnose without an x-ray or MRI (which he never ordered or asked for). The treatment felt like a waste of my time and the money for the person who got me the treatment. Wonderful and friendly staff, but a bit incompetent when medically treating me.

Great experience. The doctor educated me on taking care of my condition and I felt so revived when I left. I look forward to my future visits. Highly recommend!
