Very clean and new. The doctor was thorough and everyone was so kind. We had to use Urgentology Care after my husband had a severe migraine attack. They put him on an IV medication for an hour and he was feeling so much better when we left. Highly recommend them.

We had an urgent need to get my fiance seen for her heart. Her GP was too busy to see her but the incredible staff here saw her promptly. The nurse was polite, friendly, patient and consistently helpful. I would rather never need to go to another urgent care clinic, but if we had to we could not do better than here.

I have now had to take two kids here for testing for the flu. They are so friendly, and fast, and the best is we didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. She was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

On vacation and my son got sick on a Sunday, we found UC and they were open and they got us right in. The reception was super sweet to help us with finding a pharmacy. The doctor was really good and she helped us got the right medication to help my son. I am very thankful for their home. I would highly recommend

PA was great. She made sure to so a thorough exam. She ordered x-rays to help diagnose the problem. X-ray tech was very nice and professional as well. This is the 2nd time I have been seen at Urgentology, and will go back if needed in the future.

This was our first visit to Urgentology. We visited the Colleyville location. Even though they were short-staffed during our visit on a Sunday, they weren’t rushed or impatient. The doctor and the front desk person (who was also working in the back) let us know that there might be a wait and why. They stayed calm and were kind to everyone I saw them interact with. Even being short-staffed, we were in and out in about an hour. The atmosphere and care were significantly better than we have experienced at other urgent care places.

I took my mom here to get her injury tested. The staff were very friendly and curteous. There was no wait time to get into our room. The facility was super clean. We were very happey with VIP treatment we've receieved at this urgent care.

Was able to make a same day appointment online and change it to a later time with no issues. Staff was nice and prompt. I had my 8 month old baby with me and needed x-rays done for my sprained ankle. The staff watched and played with my baby while the the x-rays were being taken. The PA who assessed me was gentle and knowledgeable about my condition. Would definitely recommend.

I was a walk-in to their facility in Colleyville. It took me 10 minutes to fill out a new patient questionnaire, then waited just another 3-5 minutes before being taken to an exam room. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

From Front Desk to Dr., Everyone took care of me, and was extremely nice. Very cute and friendly looking waiting room. So happy to have a (New) Clinic in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend as did not wait long to be seen.

Went in for a wrist injury. They got me in fast and did an xray which was read fast, too. Everyone was nice and thorough. Best part is, they didn't force me to wear a mask like CareNow does. I'll definitely be using Urgentology again, if needed!
