Best Petco experience EVER!!! Jeremy helped me in the fish department. Very informative and helpful. Really can't say enough how much I appreciated having someone who was knowledgeable, willing to answer my many questions and quick to help get my new fish, shrimp and plants gathered.

My dog had an appointment today at 8am. I arrived 15 minutes early sat in the car and walked up 5 til 8. I see a young lady waiting and she tells me she’s waiting for the manager to arrive with keys to open the doors. Okay fine- so a guy drives up and heads over to her and says something to her and I hear “discount.” He walks off and drives away. The young lady walks over to me and tells me the manager forgot to bring the keys and it would be possibly another 30minutes. She apologizes and I told her that I could not wait as I had to go to work. First off it’s very unprofessional on the managers part to send the young lady to apologize on his mistake and after all she looses on a groom. Nothing on her because she was there on time. For a first time experience I will not reschedule with Petco again left unhappy with this ordeal. Moral of story- don’t schedule early in morning because the manager can possible forget the keys!

Went to the Petco at 4801 Colleyville Blvd in Colleyville Texas and was absolutely amazed by the service we received. Steven was working the front cashier space and he made the experience for me, my wife, and I assume the group who cashed out in front of us who he also gave amazing and personal service. We have a brand new Doberman puppy and we’re nervous to bring him out in public and Steven made us feel so warm and welcomed! Of course, food and toy selection was amazing as well and we left with a full cart!!

Very smooth visit. We picked up some of those treats by the register. I didn't know how they were sold. So I grabbed a mixture. Just a few for test. And the guy offered to just give us some for free. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Everyone in the store is so helpful and nice to talk with. I love the rewards program, having four dogs and one cat we need lots of food and treats!

They have a good variety of reptiles, fish and rodents, as well as a small selection of birds. There is a very large selection of habitat decorations for both reptiles and fish as well. The dog and cat toys and food have a decent variety, and they have their own standards that pet food must meet in order to be sold in their stores! The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Rachel was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all our questions and suggested things we never considered before.

My dogs (Roxy and Remi) recently were groomed by Mary. My dogs were shaved uneven and extremely choppy. I would not trust my dogs grooming with Petco. I escalated my issue to the manager and nothing was done to rectify the issue. Extremely disappointed with the service

I came into this Petco in a panic near closing time because my dog was no longer putting any weight on his leg and it being a Saturday, I couldn’t get him into his vet until Monday. Rachel and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help me and make me feel better in an already stressful situation. Rachel picked out medications that she had knowledge on and knew would help him, and the rest of the staff helped us find said medications. I cannot thank Rachel and the rest of the staff there tonight enough for their help, they definitely made myself and my pup feel better! Thank you again!

Location is prime. Variety options for the cat food brand I like is not consistent. It's hit or miss. Customer service needs improvement, or at best a separate line for their plan "pitch". Countless times I have to wait for them to make that pitch to customers and they don't have but one register open. Today it was the older man who kept me waiting and he knew I was waiting and yet he still took extra time to tell the customer he was talking to all about his scar while I still waited Really!? No. I left and left the products there and I doubt I'll be back soon!!

I've had a really wonderful experience with dog training classes at this Petco location, thanks to our fantastic trainer (River F.) who has been a real wealth of knowledge, experience, patience, and of course treats. Not only did my new puppy learn a lot of new skills and eventually pass his Canine Good Citizen test, but we also had a ton of fun each week socializing with other people and dogs. We completed both the Puppy and Fundamentals classes so far and I imagine we might be back for more later!

Marisol and the staff in grooming are the best. And I’ve used different locations in the past plus other business. Yet always will come back here for the best service for my dog.

This is one of the best Petco places I have ever been to. Rachel knows her stuff and spent a least an hour helping us pick out our New Guinea pigs and what we need to do to help them thrive. She knew her stuff! So incredibly helpful and am loving my new babies!

The Colleyville, TX location has the best customer service around. They are willing to answer questions and offer assistance. No wait in the checkout line, either.

Picked up my best girl. She had a day at the spa lol she looks great.

I originally asked for a bath and cut. When I got back to pick up my pet, they only did the bath. Then I asked if they could take him back and cut him. When he came back out, I saw zero difference… And they made me pay over $100 when the bath by itself was only $69.99. Just for him to come out a second time and I saw no physical difference from when he came out from receiving only a bath. I just paid and left at that point because maybe they didn’t know how to do what I asked. I think they overcharged me for the job 100%. We normally go to a private groomer, but she was booked solid. Maybe my expectations were just too high. I didn’t mind the price I paid, it was the fact that I paid that price and did not receive what I asked for.

My first experience for Rocket to be groomed! Mary explained everything in detail, so there were no surprises. Would recommend Pet Co in Colleyville.

I’ve been going to petco’s all over the USA with my pup this year. And finally this sweet angel names Rachel told me to download the petco app to save money. She took her precious time to help me figure out what account to my name was best and even waiting for me to change passwords so I could access my account on my phone. I think she deserves a raise, or at minimal highest praise you can have within the petco establishment. (But a raise would be best.) She was even kind enough to hold my Akita while I used both my hands to access the Petco App.

Picked up a Bearded Dragon there and got some essentials for my cat. The crew there was super helpful and kind. MVP goes to Chris. All around an awesome shopping experience and the environment was just amazing!

Very pricey but the online booking options for the grooming service is a bonus. I have a large dog that loves mud puddles, rain and snow ...so bathes are a must.

Love coming here! Staff is knowledgeable, products such as live food are always better than any other pet store

Bought dog food from other PetCo store, came home and food was bad (I'll spare the details). Brought items in to Colleyville PetCo and Rachel and Eric took the old food back after confirming, and got me back out the door with verified fresh food. Very happy to see that such excellent customer care still exists. Thank you.

Hannah Vitalec is the best groomer ever!! Extremely helpful and patient with my crazy dog! I've been to many different groomers over the years and she is definitely my favorite! Thanks Hannah!!

Katie was GREAT at giving advice and listening to me about what I wanted Diva's cut to look like! Got exactly what I asked for and she noticed a raw spot on her underbelly and gave simple inexpensive advice on how to care for it!
