Nine of us went in here and had a wonderful time. They had a lot of kiddie toys in one corner, so our little one was well entertained. The thick shake was so delicious! It was so filling too. Didn’t like the ice latte. It was too bitter for me. The cheesecake was average. Sausage roll was yummy! Pancakes were good too. Got a beef and bacon burger. It was alright. The chips that came on its side were perfectly. Just the right amount of crispiness. All in all, we had a great time. Nice vibe. Received some free donuts on the way out! Thank you

After visiting the Bangalow Farmers market we were so ready for a coffee and a small breakfast. Which was a great choice. Seems this is where the locals go. The service was good and we didn’t need to wait long for a table. We ordered a Roast Feta Quiche which was actually too hot, perhaps heat in the microwave and a bacon and egg on brioche roll. My rating overall would be good.

Picked Butcher Baker for brekkie and lunch in this cozy little town – they've got a solid variety. Food came fast, tasted great, and it didn't break the bank. The vibe is nice too. Only hiccup was the customer service – from delivering water to taking orders, the waitress was dead serious, no smiles at all. Thought it was just me, but my partner noticed it too. Besides that, a pretty good experience.

A very lovely setting with a corner for kids to play. I loved the fact that the building is leaning with a floor sloping quite noticeably. The table was very sturdy. With 6 of us ordering different meals, all food was well presented and yummy We are coming back!

Joined some friends for breakfast here and decided to go with a pie as none of the breakfast menu items took my fancy. It was competent but otherwise not all that noteworthy. The place looks pretty popular though and other food on my table looked decent, though I can only rate based on my personal experience.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Thanks to all who served us and in particular to the super busy chef, barista and waitress who made our experience memorable. And the venue was beautiful too. Thank you all. Job well done. A

Once you find great coffee, you don’t go anywhere else. We stayed in Bangalow and went here every morning. The coffee was spectacular and the service fantastic. Even when short staffed over Easter, we only had to wait 20 minutes for our breakfast and they were packed. Meals were very good and staff really friendly. Go here, you won’t be disappointed.

I have eaten here for years and the food is always very fresh and super yummy. Coffee is consistently the best in town, with the same barista every day.

Had lunch & ordered a Gluten Free BLT. Gluten Free was available according to the menu. The waitress checked I wasn’t caeliac just intolerant of gluten. We waited an hour for 2 BLT’s. Without telling us, they served me a rye bread BLT which contains gluten. That night I reacted & had a very upset stomach. Better if they had told us & I could have changed my lunch choice.

Very friendly staff, acknowledged us straight away, got us a table then attentive all through the meal... And the meals were awesome! Eggs with pickled anchovies were magic - I don't like anchovy on pizza so don't worry about this being too anchovy. Corn fritters were great too. Oh and then there is the bakery section... We can back later and grabbed a few pies and cakes for home - all were great. Definitely recommended.

What a gem of a place in this great little town. The food and coffee and bakery items are amazing. The breakfast is the best l have had. The staff are terrific and just a nice place to just go and graze and have a read of the paper. You will not be disappointed promise....

Wow. Food so exceptionally well presented. You eat with your eyes, don't you. A tad pricey, I felt. But it was a cafe with a good vibe

Hubby and I spent 3 days at Bangalow and ate here EVERYDAY! The best coffee, great service, delicious donuts & sweet treats and lunch was AMAZING! Loved everything about this place. The owners, the staff….. 5 ⭐️!

Called in here for a bite to eat for lunch on a Monday. The drinks were cold and the food delicious! We shared a chicken BLAT and a classic cheeseburger & chips. The bread was fresh, so soft and fluffy. The cheeseburger was cooked to perfection, not greasy not dry. The chicken BLAT was kicked up a notch with the lime aioli. Looking forward to going again to try the coffee and sweet treats displayed in the counter. Great spot in the centre of town where you can wander around the shops.

Really nice breakfast here in Bangalow. I had the Moroccan eggs with avocado and partner had bacon and eggs with hash browns. Great service, really good coffee and friendly staff. We sat outside because we had a dog and they looked after us so well. Escape the Byron madness and drive up here!

Yes, the service and atmosphere are good, but we were so disappointed with the food. My cheese burger had a tiny meat patty that was smothered in salty sauces , I actually felt sick afterwards. My partner had a nice, looking meat pie, but it had very little meat filling, and the pastry was thick and spongy. The coffees were okay. From my experience, totally overrated.

Horrible, stale, pre prepared food. I ordered the satay chicken burger it was so dry and there was barely any chicken meat just a dry crumb. My partner got the Tuscan butcher's brunch the meal was literally emptied from their container, re heated and placed on a plate, it was so so stale . The first waitress had no manners and no customer service skills at all , she could not be bothered taking the order! we were 3 people and she took only 1 coffee order and started walking away🙄 she could not be bothered listening to what the rest of us wanted to have . The rest of the staff that came to bring the meals over to our table were lovely.

Positives: staff were friendly and doing their best, and the food (when it arrived) was tasty. Negatives: we were in there for 1.25 hours before our food came. We were there as the breakfast/lunch shift changed but still it was a really long time for wait with a hungry baby, a young child, and a very simple order. We were also overcharged. I was also surprised that on the menu it said we could add a poached egg to a dish but when we ordered it were told that it was not possible, only a fried egg was. Appreciate that it is busy season but still it was a disappointing experience for my brothers birthday brunch.

Pretty much a favourite place to go for Brunch. Nice atmosphere. Varied seating. Great menu choices. I loved the Spanish Baked Eggs in a rich tomato sauce. So satisfying yet not too much. The view out the back through the large windows is pleasant and green. It's a lovely, old building which is a large part of Bangalow's charm. Can't really beat this place for a relaxing meal out.

Lovely cafe and good service and decent food. We ordered the crispy pork banh mi (it was good but pork hocks were a bit too sweet) and bbq bacon cheeseburger (a bit too burnt though). Other pastries on the counter looked really good but we only got to try the donuts.

😠 I don’t recommend… It was a very disappointing dinner experience for us. Food is very very very overrated. I love Italian food so deeply and I had a chance to work with Italian chefs and eat and serve proper pizza and pasta for about 5 years, in Sydney and London and I have been looking forward to h...

👍👍 A wonderful micro brewery hidden away in Bangalow. This place was chockers with people enjoying themselves, grabbing a bite to eat from the food truck and tasting the beers on tap. Lots of laughter and conversation with families, kids and plenty of friendly dogs in attendance. We had the tasting pad...

😠 I’m 8 months pregnant and my partner and I wanted to have a nice dinner so went there during the day to book a table for later. We arrived at 7pm as per our reservation and it started. No tables available expected for the ones outside (we booked inside because of the cold). After a while a lady mana...
