The
chef
did
an
amazing
job
and
the
review
would
be
higher
if
it
wasn’t
let
down
by
the
awful
service.
My
family
and
I
came
to
this
cafe
only
to
be
treated
poorly
by
the
waitstaff
and
barista.
My
partner
was
waiting
awhile
for
his
coffee
and
only
thought
to
mention
that
he
hadn’t
received
his
after
everyone
else
on
the
table
had
finished
their
Brunch.
He
merely
asked
the
lady
at
the
front
of
house
only
to
have
them
insinuate
he
was
lying
by
sending
another
waitstaff
out
to
check
the
table
to
see
if
there
was
a
coffee
cup
there.
Furthermore,
she
continued
to
state
that
she
had
already
made
it
and
sent
it
to
the
table.
After
this,
a
female
waitstaff
approached
the
table,
stood
behind
my
partner,
and
placed
his
coffee
and
a
receipt
on
the
table
saying,
you
didn’t
pay
for
this
coffee
so
“pay
when
you’re
done.”
Lastly,
I
went
to
pay
for
this
coffee
that
we
hadn’t
paid
for
apparently
and
as
i
get
to
the
FOH
there
are
2
ladies,
one
waitstaff
and
the
barista.
Both
these
girls
were
rudely
(and
openly)
discussing
my
partner
and
the
fact
that
he
said
“cheers
mate”,
then
continued
to
face
in
the
direction
of
where
we
were
sitting
and
said
choice
words
with
both
fingers
up.
THIS
IS
UTTERLY
DISGUSTING
AND
SO
DISRESPECTFUL!!!
the
fact
that
they
thought
it
was
appropriate
to
speak
with
that
language,
and
in
that
area
where
customers
are
constantly
entering
shows
that
they
have
little
to
no
customer
etiquette.
Their
behaviour
was
childish
and
I
would
have
hoped
that
they’d
have
both
been
trained
better,
in
their
job
and
in
their
life.
Prior
to
any
of
this
blow
up,
there
was
no
attempt
to
resolve
the
issue
in
any
way.
I’ve
worked
in
hospitality
for
many
years,
i
can
literally
think
of
6
different
ways
i
could’ve
handle
that
situation
without
affecting
the
customer
or
the
business!!!
Safe
to
say
we
will
NOT
be
returning
ever,
nor
will
our
friends,
or
friends
of
friends.
Just
an
utter
shame,
because
the
food
was
good.
