I could not be more happy about the visit that I had for my daughter with Dr. Jean. She was very attentive and showed so much compassion for my daughter and genuinely wants to help her. Her nurse’s assistant, Shirley, was also fantastic. She made my daughter feel comfortable and was so personable! Thank you so much for wonderful staff and genuinely compassionate care!

I came in for feeling weird in my chest my heart area, and I am from different area. They did take all the necessary tests But been here for 3 hours in the waiting room I asked if my result to be transferred to a hospital close to where I live cause I live 2 hours away from here , the answer was they don’t know how to do that !!!!! Before you come here just remember to cancel any plan you have And make sure you bring food , charger and blanket cause most likely you will be setting in waiting room for few hours

Today was the worst doc's visit and ultrasound. We didn't get any paper work and doctor saw my daughter before her ultrasound. No word if she's oky the just dismissed us.

The nurses, doctors are amazing! I felt so safe and in good hands and especially my son was in good hands. I was in labor for 36 hours and then needed an emergency c section. My son was in the nicu for a few days as well. On each floor every single person cared for me and my son as if I was family. They kept us calm, safe and always had the best game plan in place. I am so fortunate to have this hospital and all its fantastic staff! Thank you to everyone who helped us!!!! You are a blessing!!!! Not to mention the rooms are huge! And the food is delicious. Was wonderful to have a hideabed for myhusband to sleep on instead of a chair.

I could not be more happy with the staff. Shirley really took the time to make our 1 year old feel happy. I really like how she played with him to get him to laugh. Kim was also really good with playing with our son while I spoke to the doctor. Dr. Patel was very patient with us and made sure to go over every bit of information with us so that we could make an informed decision. We are very nervous for our baby to get surgery, but we feel much better knowing that he is in the hands of such a wonderful staff

Our visit was wonderful today. Dr. Marsh was excellent and very thorough. She explained everything to us in "our terms". I left confident in knowing everything I needed to know. Then a couple hours later she personally called me with test results. Not her nurse. It meant so much! Couldn't be happier with her and her staff! Thank you!

To say I had an easy delivery would be a lie. However, every obstacle that came up along the way was handled promptly and efficiently. From our Nurses, to Techs, to Housekeepers, to my amazing Doctor, Dr. Brandis. Every staff member was nothing but kind and courteous for our stay there. I truly appreciate the compassion that was shown not only to me and my brand new baby, but to my husband too. 11/10 would MOST definitely recommend.

Saw MFM for a 20 week ultrasound. Dr. Kaufmann was excellent- very kind, thorough, and informative. This is our fourth pregnancy seeing him, and every time I'm grateful for and impressed by him. Swedes is so lucky to have him, and so are his patients.

My son HATES his vitals taken. He fights it every step of the way at every other appointment he’s ever been to in his life. Today he didn’t fight it not once. I 100% believe it was because Nicole was so nice and he could feel her amazing energy! We definitely need more people like her in the offices!

I was hear with my 9 month old baby who had rsv, we were here for 3 nights in early January. The nurses are so wonderful! They always ask if we needed anything and so pleasant to answer questions. Everyone needs to be up to date on hospital policies though. My dad was coming up to visit his grand daughter and the front desk told him only the child’s parents were allowed up, I told him no my mom just visited the night before. I ask the nurse and she was wonderful and said have your dad tell the front desk to call up here. And he was up a few minutes later. Another problem is I ordered DoorDash and gave them the instructions, ring the bell and say you have a food delivery for room 313 and a nurse will come get it or tell me. He was stopped at the front desk and was not allowed up. Thankfully my baby was asleep at the time so I could run down there but I would not want to leave her if she was awake. Great great great nurses working on the floor!!

WOW! I am beyond impressed at how absolutely wonderful, empathetic and supportive the staff are at this hospital! The Labor and Delivery team in particular was phenomenal and made me feel very comfortable and secure despite my original birth plan going completely sideways on me. Jake Z was so attentive and I can tell he is VERY passionate about what he does. He reassured me constantly and not once did I fear or stress about any part of my labor experience. Thanks to the staff, I had a very quick and easy delivery (even as a first-time momma)and a great day in recovery at Mother Baby (Erica was fabulous!) Lastly, Dr. Ironside was EXTREMELY professional and very detailed about everything she was to do to our newborn and kept us very informed! I highly recommend this hospital if you're looking for somewhere to deliver your baby!
