I walked in was greeted very kindly and as I went to order the worker completed my shorts then proceeded to have a very good conversation with me while I told her what I would like at the end i learned her name was aspen so I just wanted to thank aspen again for her great service I’ll definitely be coming back

Jake was behind the Counter. He welcomed us as we entered. He is very fast. He engaged all of us in conversation while quickly preparing our orders. Just a very friendly guy, unlike other young people behind the counter serving customers that make you feel as if they are bored and you are bothering them. This makes a lasting impression especially with us bommers. The inside & outside were Ultra clean. It was a hot summer day outside but cool and comfortable inside. They accept cash and credit and debit cards. Handicap parking is near the door. I would highly recommend this Subway location.

Never order from here the people are rude and don't know how to listen or prepare a sandwich properly I'm allergic to onions and when I called to complain about there being onions on my sub they hung the phone up on me and I finally got it fixed and then told to never come back simply because I was upset about them trying to kill me

As soon as we walked in there was an employee putting a customer through with her meal and a young gentleman came from the back washed his hands and was very efficient in asking what I wanted, explaining the new sandwiches and which one was close to what I wanted and made sure that I was good with everything that he was putting on my sandwich. My husband and I had just came from another sub shop that was out of the 2 sandwiches that I had picked from & sent us to this subway, guess I should have thanked her for sending me somewhere where they were interested in what their customers wanted. These two employees were great even sharing their knowledge of Kalispell with us as we are not from the area. Thank you again very much for the amazing customer service.

Red haired gal that works in there was very rude to me and my family, I told her 3 times we wanted green peppers on my daughters sandwich and lettuce and cucumber and she just stared as us like we were stupid. Then with my husband sandwich she just slapped it together and put stuff on if that he didn't ask for as well. She treated me so rudely that I will never come back to here again and I didn't even order my food

My wife and I have ate at or from this subway location 4 times the last 6 months and the customer service we received every time was outstanding and the food quality here is very good. It is fresh, colorful and full of flavor. This subway location is a very good place to get a sub sandwich!

West Idaho Kalispell is a great location. Easy access and clean. Employees are great and very patient.

I got a sandwich with cucumbers they tasted strange but I thought nothing of it and immediately after I finished I got extremely sick. Spoke with my family member who is in medical care and she concluded that I possibly have a small bit of food poisoning. Definitely never eating subway again

Went in 08/03/23 in the afternoon for a quick lunch sandwich. There were a few people in line who were already ordering. A tall skinny young man with long black hair asked me "what kind of sandwich I would like. I told him the size and type of bread. He asked what sandwich I wanted. I told him I wanted bacon and ham, but only the bacon heated not the whole sandwich. He asked again, more condescendingly, what kind of sandwich I wanted. So I told him (as I was still deciding on the toppings) Ham, turkey and bacon. He responded very insultingly with "There ya go". Feeling frustrated and embarrassed, not only for myself but the customers in line who had to witness this, I told him just make the sandwich. He responded "I don't have to make your sandwich". "Have a good day sir". I became very angry with him but realized he wasn't worth my going to jail, I agreed with him and went to another Subway location where I was treated like a "beloved family member". Night and day experience. I have worked in a foodservice restaurant over 20 years and if I ever treated a senior citizen like this I wouldn't have that job. Perhaps this young man needs to join the military and learn some discipline.
