I don't often say this but I'd give him 6 stars if it were possible. He was able to quickly, and very cheaply, fix our engagement rings (engraving, polishing and cementing a loose stone), and repair/replace clasps and other joints on my costume family heirloom jewelry among others. He quoted me around $105 for about 8 pieces and then finished everything days earlier than promised and under $100! That may seem like a paltry sum but he obviously could have chosen to not tell me about the savings and pocketed them but he did not. Best of all, he's a delightful, soft-spoken local man who has been in business in the same location for decades. Watch out for the steep, old fashioned stairs to get to his small office but it's all very charming and supporting local business owners who are experts at their craft is so worth it! I know for a fact, having used a few other local jewelers for repairs, that not one of them could beat his prices (his prices are fractions of everywhere else). Go here 1st, you won't be disappointed. As an enthusiastic fan of jewelry both inexpensive and not, I'm a loyal customer for life!

Resized a ring down for us. Was ready next day- fit perfectly and sparkling clean. Very reasonable price. Don’t bother going anywhere else in town!

I received expert care for a treasured keepsake ring repair and resizing. I felt very personally cared for -- an extra value for special pieces. The work was completed ahead of expected deadline. And the cost was nearly half of the quote I"d gotten from another place. I will return soon with other orders!

I had a bad reaction to an infusion which caused my hands to swell. My rings got so tight it was painful. The jeweler cut my rings off for me at no charge. I was very thankful.
