There is a heavy turnover rate among "shot nurses" and it is very hard to get ahold of the billing and insurance department, and occasionally even the receptionist. Dr. Siri is an excellent immunologist. She combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss your health concerns that I have yet to experience with another health care provider. I immediately felt at ease and confident in receiving expert medical care. I walked away, very impressed with the overall interaction with the provider and staff during my visit. I highly recommend if you are a patient seeking kind and compassionate care to help understand and diagnosis your health issues.

Disorganized. Inefficient. Spring allergies are horrible and have called 4 times in past 6 days seeking help - NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. I have been a patient there for many years previously with Dr Siri and now see Kat but will be looking elsewhere. Update: Terry called me back - she’s always been lovely; she apologized for how handled, however, since medical staff hasn’t reached out to me, I am switching providers.

Absolutely amazing staff! They did everything to help my boys get all the test they needed. Ashley took her time & learned my sons history of medical issues before testing. Madonna was wonderful in accommodating our out of state needs. 10 stars!!!!

This is all my experience and opinion as a patient. I love to be positive but feel that leaving this information may save someone’s life. I have also taken this information up with them on multiple occasions. They regularly lost track of whether they had seen me in a past year or not. Most of the nurses did not have good turn around time for me receiving IV therapy to other physicians and hospitals when it is extremely, vitally critical. On numerous occasions. Both nurses and the Doctor. I cannot stress this enough. If you’re someone who depends on a lifesaving therapy, really interview this office if you’re going to consider it. Find out what has changed since 11/22. I was told on numerous occasions that x nurse was not good for x position and would be moved to somewhere different only to get someone new in who also wasn’t adequately educated in the specialized care of IV patients. IYKYK I was also told my new insurance was accepted and went for an appointment there, came out, and then was told the physician was not covered under my insurance. They outsource their blood draws through a company that is difficult to work with. Needless to say, although I had been told this was one of the best immunologists in town, I saw her once in three or four years+ and that was not my experience at all, I left this office. I did feel the nurse practitioners were of high quality and cared about me. When it came down to it though, the Dr makes the life-saving decisions and we disagreed on my best care to prevent infection. She changed the system that had long been preventing inpatient infections adequately to one in which I couldn’t go outside without something happening to make me ill and land me in the hospital. It took a lot of work, but I am now back on track at a different office.

Outstanding & never-before-seen thoroughness, excellent communication, and kindness/respect from everyone in the office. If you're looking for very knowledgeable caregivers that will do a deep dive in exploring your condition/symptoms to try to find answers, Ashley & Dr. Siri are it.

I am not sure why requiring new patients to pay a $30 fee upfront is okay and telling them if they can’t, we can’t see them. My asthma has been acting up, and my PCP referred me to this place to have it evaluated and to make sure my treatment plan is still good. Not only was I hung up on twice, but I was turned away because, at this time, I couldn’t pay the new patient fee. Which I was told would go towards my co-pay. I don’t have a co-pay, so why am I paying you upfront? I can’t breathe, and you are the only provider within a 50-mile radius. I would have shown up. I guess in the end; it’s probably for the best I locate a different clinic because anyone willing to turn people with breathing problems away is not someone I trust with my care. Thanks.

I was referred here after suffering from random symptoms for years with no answers. I have had previous Doctors dismiss my symptoms as either being anxiety or just because I’m a woman. I am seeing Dana Dalbak and will soon be seeing Dr Siri. Dana took the time to really listen to what has been going on and what I am experiencing. She is the first doctor to not dismiss my symptoms and to validate my feelings that this isn’t normal. She has been running all of the necessary tests and we now have a starting point to figure out what is going on and to come up with a game plan. Everyone has been great and I would definitely recommend.
