I
would
not
recommend
renting
for
Core
3,
I’ve
been
renting
from
them
for
only
3
months
now
and
it
has
been
absolute
hell.
The
maintenance
crews
have
been
more
than
helpful
anytime
we
have
needed
them,
but
the
management
has
hung
up
on
me,
they’re
never
helpful
when
it
comes
to
me
having
questions
regarding
rent,
payments,
anything.
We
just
recently
had
our
home
flood
due
to
a
main
line
burst
through
our
wall.
This
happened
on
christmas
eve.
They
were
closed,
then
when
I
called
when
they
finally
reopened,
I
was
asking
questions
regarding
my
unit,
the
lady
I
talked
to
was
rude,
not
understanding
at
all,
that
was
when
I
got
hung
up
on.
Never
got
a
call
back
with
any
information
about
my
flooded
apartment.
They’ve
started
working
on
my
apartment,
slowly.
I
have
a
two
year
old
son,
they
have
told
me
I
can
live
in
my
apartment
how
it
is,
WITH
my
two
year
old
son.
It’s
unbelievable.
I
attached
photos
so
everyone
can
see
how
they’re
trying
to
say
I
can
live.
UNINHABITABLE!!
They’ve
had
fans
in
my
apartment
running
for
days,
no
electricity
credits
will
be
given.
They
have
told
me
only
my
renters
insurance
will
cover
a
place
for
me
to
stay
since
I
am
displaced.
They’re
telling
my
they
can
credit
me
each
day
for
me
being
out
of
my
unit
or
they
will
release
me
from
my
lease.
They’re
not
helpful
in
any
situation
what
so
ever.
Very
unhelpful
in
traffic
situations.
