I would not recommend renting for Core 3, I’ve been renting from them for only 3 months now and it has been absolute hell. The maintenance crews have been more than helpful anytime we have needed them, but the management has hung up on me, they’re never helpful when it comes to me having questions regarding rent, payments, anything. We just recently had our home flood due to a main line burst through our wall. This happened on christmas eve. They were closed, then when I called when they finally reopened, I was asking questions regarding my unit, the lady I talked to was rude, not understanding at all, that was when I got hung up on. Never got a call back with any information about my flooded apartment. They’ve started working on my apartment, slowly. I have a two year old son, they have told me I can live in my apartment how it is, WITH my two year old son. It’s unbelievable. I attached photos so everyone can see how they’re trying to say I can live. UNINHABITABLE!! They’ve had fans in my apartment running for days, no electricity credits will be given. They have told me only my renters insurance will cover a place for me to stay since I am displaced. They’re telling my they can credit me each day for me being out of my unit or they will release me from my lease. They’re not helpful in any situation what so ever. Very unhelpful in traffic situations.

Krystal is AMAZING! We’d had issues with our balance for MONTHS. We had changed property managers multiple times over the course of time and could never get a call back or response. Krystal listened to our concerns and TOOK THE TIME to FIND the issue. We had been being overcharged. She corrected the issues in a TIMELY FASHION and emailed AND CALLED US! She is FANTASTIC

Great customer service! I had some questions about my past payments and some details of the lease and spoke with a woman named Summer. She was professional, but also very caring. She was able to explain the legal jargon for me and did not move on until we were on the same page. I appreciate this because a lot of time, you don’t find professionalism and kindness in the same rental company. Thank you very much Summer!

Core 3 maintenance staff have been amazing and professional. Nate and Jason are excellent at completing tasks and providing realistic expectations when getting the work completed. These two have been kind and respectful and they provide great work. I appreciate the work that Nate and Jason provide. Thank you!

Ashleigh was super kind and friendly. She greeted us immediately. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to make sure the terms of the contract were understood. Ashleigh thoroughly inspected our vehicle rental for any damages before handing us the keys. Overall, despite it costing so much Ashleigh made our experience pleasant and her friendly attitude was greatly appreciated.

Jason our maintenance guy was super cool and helped with our concerns in a timely manner. We definitely hope to see him again if we have any issues, 5 out of 5 stars to him as your employee. As a whole I would give core 3 a 4 out of 5 stars because I feel you make people go through trials and tribulations to live somewhere.

Core 3 is absolutely amazing. When my sister moved back up here from TX Samantha Walden helped us find her the perfect place. She made my sister relocating back up here seamless and we all know how moving state lines can be hectic. Sam was able to work with her budget because Core 3 has so many properties. Thank you for all you did to help my sister.

Abbie at core 3 was very attentive to our needs! She was easy to talk to, and answered any questions we needed to know. She showed us a couple places and always was kind and respectful and honest!! I highly recommend asking for Abbie to show you places cause she made getting into a place so smooth even with the hiccups my previous landlord put us threw. So five stars goes to Abbie!
