Brilliant venue. So many happy memories here. The best one was Katie from behind the bar going down on me in the out door area. Not the most hygienic thing to happen but it felt good. She did a real good job

I love coming here with my grandfather and it’s so dog friendly so cute. And the food is amazing!!

Really not the same since stockpot kitchen left a few years back. Really average food, regardless of what incarnation it is day to day- Thai, pop up pizza (Gunther’s is always good, so not a reflection on those guys) and the actual bowlo kitchen is frankly awful. The service is now poor too.

I haven't been so disappointed by a dining experience in years! We booked ahead but they had no record of the booking. There is zero ambience and the food was actually inedible. I ordered the tom yum soup with prawns but got one seriously rubbery overcooked prawn chopped into 3 pieces in an an inedible acidic soup. We left starving and went to another restaurant and ordered dinner again! I have never left a bad review for a restaurant before. There is no love in the cooking here.

Good pub, but the sound quality in the band room is just terrible, too much space and no sound dampening insulation. Even when great bands are playing it can be hard to listen

Good classic bowlo. Family friendly with a whole bowling green that has been fenced and turned into a kids area so they can run off all those pink lemonades. Pretty sure you can bring your dog too. There is a variety of different food available on the nights the bistro is closed with german pizza and Thai when I was there. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. It is closed Mondays.

Great community enclave. Made me forget for An hour that I can't afford to live in my home village anymore with the gentrification of the area. I'll be back next time I visit family

What a great spot! Firstly members night (Wednesday) has members deals for food, and also a draw for members that goes up by $500 if you're not there. Tip $5 to become a member Food was excellent, chicken wings by the bucket. Service was quick and the staff were super friendly Wednesday just happened to be open mic night too so it was a sing along. Cannot rate the Wednesday night experience high enough.

Great place to eat out with children, the grand kids had plenty of space to run around. We ordered for 13 people, the food was served in a timely manner (even though the place was packed) and so yummy.

The bowlo is always a good place to let the kids run free The food can be hit and miss. The pop up kitchen can be good. Some of them are pricey for what you get The bowlo kitchen is standard pub grub.

Great spot. Good on them for putting on some heavy live music. Love to come try the spit roast sometime, quite the set up for it. Great staff and decent atmosphere with different areas to sit. Good amount of parking too.

12 of our club arrived at 11.45am to have lunch. We were advised that the kitchen didn't open until 1pm. We had a drink and then 5 of us left to seek some where to eat.

Popped in for q quick lunch. BEST Cheese burger in the area. Hoping to try more off the menu. Looks like the changes are happening and the food is going to be so much better. Well done

Typical pub food. Some of it a bit pricy. We were there for invasion day and the snapper special was expensive, tasteless and the coleslaw so salty, I did not eat it. Always a great place for adult to have a beverage and for kids to have fun in fenced in area.

I don’t wish to be unkind but 1-2/2 hour wait for food which was basically chicken and chips and very ordinary was laughable. Very disappointing!!

Went there for birthday drinks on a rainy day. A welcoming sporting club with comfy sofas, good beers on tap and cocktails if that takes your fancy. Easy access for wheelchairs and heaps of room. Meals looked good, (we didnt have any though) but was told by our friend who visits regularly they are of good quality now (with a new chef on board). Staff were friendly and accomodating to our requests. A good experience overall.

A group of us enjoyed a very pleasant sunday lunch at The Bowlo. We shared a few platters and the dishes were well presented and tasty. Great option for casual bistro/pub style dining

👍👍 A wonderful micro brewery hidden away in Bangalow. This place was chockers with people enjoying themselves, grabbing a bite to eat from the food truck and tasting the beers on tap. Lots of laughter and conversation with families, kids and plenty of friendly dogs in attendance. We had the tasting pad...
