It was horrible , ask for a more,experienced groomer so they said the manager will groom my dog ,Ok set the appointment , was call in told ,change my appointment , Date to a friday at 2:30 went to get dog at 5:45, my dog had not had a bath her fur long , short place all over her body, she tells me after 4hour she can fix it to come back on a monday, at this point am really upset. Let call the Corporate office maybe they can help waiting on a call from them.

The groomer did exactly what I asked. I showed her a photo of how I wanted my dog groomed and she did exactly what I asked for. We went in with a scruffy looking pooch and came out with a clean and nice smelling pampered pup.

Nice big pet store with a wide selection of needs for all varieties of pets. There is a large selection of pet food for dogs, cats, birds and fish. Lots of bedding, collars, toys and chew toys. Polite, courteous and attentive employees. Conveniently located just off Big Hollow and near War Memorial Drive.

They always re vamp their clearance sections and I’m always able to find 1 or 2 things for my dog besides restocking her food. Free membership is handy but sometimes hard to remember to activate points shopping deals, so remember to activate in the mobile app first

Needs better management. When the lines fill, Dave the manager hides in his office rather than helping and watches through 1-way glass. You need better management.

Yesterday was my first time getting a cat and I had no idea where to begin to get supplies for a cat. I ran into an assistant there. Jensen (please forgive me for not asking her last name. I want to keep it confidential incase she was not comfortable giving it away.) was my assistant. I had told her that I was on a tight budget and I had no idea what to get. So, without any hesitation she guided me through the store and had asked me questions to see what I needed and making sure the cat felt right at home. Everything Jensen told me was a big help. The cashier was very patient with me. If you guys need any help with guinea pigs, Jensen’s the one to go to. (I hope someone out there finds this helpful.)

A great store with a good location. The most difficult (in a good way) part of the store is all the foster animals you see walking in! Definitely takes my time to at least go see those cats.

For today my visit didn’t go very well. I wasn’t aware that the store opens at 9am and I came a few minutes earlier. The older lady employee decided to walk up to the door to unlock it and I’m assuming she’s being gracious and letting me in a minute before 9am instead she let this other employee in and locked the door right in front of my face. When opening up the store, the same employee who unlocked the door the first time for her other employee had a very ugly look on her face. Seems to me she just didn’t want to be working at that store at all. Learn how to greet your customers with a warm and welcoming attitude and leave your problems at the door before coming into work.

Everything is good! And I love to take my dog here for service and food. I had my dog grooming service today. My appointment was at 6 pm but they call me and reschedule my appointment early at 3:30 pm and offer me 20% off the service. However, I checked out and they said we didn't know we offer you 20% maybe our employee's mistake. My opinion is if you cannot do it just say No and don't say to the customer if you are not sure!

Big store. Friendly staff. Sale prices not marked on some items . Clean , pet friendly

Layout was really nice as the store had plenty of room and wasn't crowded. The customer service was generally lacking from a majority of the staff to help find a couple items that they ultimately claimed they didn't carry to only find a few of them in checkouts.

So thankful to Sage in the grooming department at PetSmart Peoria today. She was very kind and so generous to groom my aunts dog at no charge. My aunt is in hospice care in her final days and Sage's kindness during this difficult time for our family meant so much.

This store is how I wish they were ALL. The second I walked in it looked 100% better then our local 2. When I asked the young lady in the fish area for a couple snails. The cleaning of the tanks were put on hold and she very politely helped me. The entire fish area was clean and the fish all looked way better then most other stores. Please keep up the great work.

A lot of products have lower prices online (on their own site and app). The store price matches but it’s inconvenient to price match so many items. I recommend ordering online and picking up to get the best prices. The staff are helpful.

Really like this tank kit and stand that I purchased at petsmart. It's a bit cloudy but it's just starting out. Also, they have mystery snails and petco did not have any snails. EDIT: ACTUALLY THIS TOP FIN FILTER IS NOT GREAT. I GOT A TIDAL 55 INSTEAD TO REPLACE IT... THAT CLEARED UP MY CLOUDY WATER. WATCH ONLINE VIDEOS BEFORE BUYING FISH...LOTS TO LEARN ABOUT CARIBG FOR THEM!

Great job on grooming our German Shepherd. She is 6 years old and just lost her sister to cancer a month before. She was a little unsure of herself and a little anxious. PetSmart treated her very well!!!

Place was clean. Service was great. All the employees were willing to help. Their grooming services are wonderful. I am completely satisfied with my experience.

Very bad treatment from all the employees and managers. Horrible grooming. Bad treatment for the dogs. The grooming salon terrible is mess . I will never recommend any one to take his dog to pet smart 😡

DO NOT ADOPT TLC FOSTERS CATS!!! I adopted a cat for $200 and found out it had Panleukopenia and they refused to atleast give me the adoption fee back or help pay for the $2000 vet bills. I talked to someone at this location and they said they weren't going to do business with them any more. Well I went to go in for some cat supplies and saw that they were still working with them. I'm all for adoption, but TCL has had multiple cases of adopting out sick/dying cats. My adoption cat did not survive

My dog had a chemical burn that I didn't see for a couple hours after leaving,( we were traveling.) They didn't tell me he'd had a flea bath or that he had irritated skin. I was very disappointed and upset. Basically told it happens, sorry 🤷‍♀️ The cut and nails were good this time.

Great- place! The staff are definitely the right kind of folks who care about pets. Kudos to them for being friendly and empathetic.

First time ever going there. Liked looking at the different 🐠🐟 they had, different shapes of fish tanks for 🐠🐟 too. We also seen different hamster's, birds, 🦎, a 🐍 and couple other (reptile's), and geniepigs.

Almost always am able to save some money during check out with my treat points. I recommend signing up for a free Petsmart account for maximum savings. There was also a lot of toys on sale!

As always, they ate doing a great job trying to keep stuff in stocks. Feeder insects were healthy, and in ample supply. Everything is always organized and clean. My only issue, ever, was when returning something that I paid quiet a bit a month for, because it didn't work... their points policy then made my points in the negative -400 something for over a year. Wasn't able to earn any points bc of this. Hopefully this was remedied for others, and doesn't happen in the future.

Purchased a frozen mouse here this afternoon. Thawed it out as usual only to realize when it thawed that the mouse was no good. It was like jelly/mush. Called immediately and told them I had the receipt but I also threw the mouse away (cause I couldn't keep a rotten mouse until the tomorrow afternoon.) The lady I called said theres nothing they can do unless I bring the dead mouse in😡 So now I'm out of money that I spent and my snake has to go another night without eating. So much for customer service.
