Is this place where food goes to heaven? If you get the chance to visit this place whilst visiting Byron or being a local I can’t recommend enough. The staff were fantastic. Their food was amazing.

I can not fault this place! Every experience there has been superb. You guys just get everything right - the service is superb; the floor staff's knowledge, manner and attentiveness is perfect. The food is sensational - each mouthful is an experience. The Hut is one of my all time favourites <3

My partner and I had such a beautiful dining experience at The Hut. The restaurant is set on a lush and green property in Possum Creek, nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Byron bay. We received excellent personable service from each staff member, they all went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Each dish was delicious and the use of fresh, local ingredients really made the flavours stand out. We will definitely be returning and telling our loved ones about this incredible restaurant.

From start to finish 5/5 for everything. Where to start? The service, as soon as we sat down our waiter Gi introduced himself like we were long lost friends. Never missing a beat to fill our waters or offer more drinks. We were a large table so we’re eating the banquet option, the food was tasty, fresh and honestly delicious. The scallops were my personal favourite. The aesthetic of the venue is beautiful, including the gardens and the old school sign they have kept. I will be bringing friends and family back here in a heart beat.

Had a fantastic meal here on Sunday. This is an Italian/Greek inspired dining experience with fabulous staff, great food and a wonderful ambiance. Great for special occasions. The 8 of us enjoyed the set menu #twoblackchooks

Oozes great Mediterranean Hospitality. Simple,quality dishes in modern Well presented venue, by passionate and super friendly owners /staff.. doesn’t everything sound and taste better with an Italian accent ? A place we know we will be welcomed back time after time ! Wine List and Non Alcoholic offerings was a nice surprise ! Saganaki and Tiramisu .. beyond words !

Second time dining here. The first time we went for the set menu as it seemed easier to just let the restaurant do its thing. And it was fabulous. This last time we went Al la carte and it was maybe even better. The food and service are both exceptional and rekindles my love for Italy. The location is delightful. My second visit after a ladies lunch in March. My husband was equally wowed. This restaurant is like no other. The food, ambience and service is absolute perfection. The wait staff are so knowledgeable and welcoming. Can’t wait to visit again.

I like to eat somewhere that location and decor, service and food are all excellent - The Hut fits the bill. Worth every penny. Four of us had the whole Snapper and other complimentary dishes- every crumb was superb. The drinks list is very well selected too -

For the service, atmosphere and amazing food. The staff made our experience, and my family now understands why The Hut is the one place everyone loves to regularly visit. One of the best restaurants that I have experienced from the atmosphere, food, and passionate staff. We had the premium chef's menu. The flavours were subtle and delicious. Started with Pacific Oysters, Tuna sashimi with caviar and blood orange, anchovies on a crisp bed, scallops, the most delicious tender octopus and focaccia with a homemade tomato sauce, potato croquettes, seafood pasta with a creek salad, wagyu beef with French fries and dessert was tiramisu and a sweet pastry—fantastic value and so much food, as the pasta and the wagyu beef dishes are large.

Absolutely recommend: beautiful meal and experience. We did the banquet alongside some lovely wines. (and My friend enjoyed an oyster too not part of banquet). This worked out well for my friend and I as we couldn’t decide. Its not a set menu so check what they are doing that day. The pasta was so delicious and we loved the crispy little prawns and the fish as the main. All the flavors are ❤️ Its a really peaceful place amongst the trees and farms. Dog friendly on the patio by door - definitely reserve as limited spots.

This is definitely place to go. Who would think there's a restaurant in the middle of country road. Such a beautiful place and the food and staff service was absolutely hit! We had chef's special and every single plate was full of flavour! One of my friend doesn't eat red meat so we asked for fish or white meat options if possible and it was spot on! Compare to food price wine is little pricey but worth it!!! Highly recommend to try out!

So yummy! We had a 12pm lunch booking for four people. It was a hot day and it was nice and cool inside. Nice country setting with an airy, spacious vibe inside. The food! So good. Worth the price. One of our friends said it was the best food they've ever eaten. We recommend buying multiple plates and sharing the food with a few side salads.

One of the best meals and experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, part of the fun and excited to try every meal on the menu. These guys know their stuff - it was refreshing to feel their expertise and felt we were in good hands immediately. Excellent laid back but professional service, exquisite food, stylish surroundings and knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. You can feel the good vibes not just in the taste of the food but the whole energy of the place leaves you satisfied and wanting more all at the same time. Epic!!! Not to be missed!

My partner and I enjoyed a fantastic lunch here. Everything we had was to a very high standard but also not too fancy which was great. Would say there is a Mediterranean influence thoroughout the menu. Will definitely be back when we revisit Byron Bay and highly recommend this to anyone who is visiting the area!

I've dined at The Hut a few times now and every single time has been an unforgettable experience. The location, the staff (who make you feel like family) but especially the food! Bruno and his team have created a menu of mouth watering goodness. Be sure to pick the banquet option and let the chefs serve you their very best picks. The venue is nestled amongst giant eucalyptus trees and if you're lucky, you may even spot a koala!

Our dining experience at The Hut was sensational! Table staff were excellent...very welcoming, respectful, friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals; particularly the vegetarian & fillet of tuna! The beef was delicious! The section of beverages was excellent. I have dined at restaurants all over the world and would certainly recommend The Hut to my overseas guests. Thank you for making my son's birthday special! Touche!

Celebrated our 24th Wedding Anniversary here. We loved the food, the cocktails, the attentive Waitstaff & the atmosphere- such a wonderful experience. Beautiful restaurant.
