The Inn is lovely and location cannot be better. John and Arthur are the perfect hosts. They make you feel right at home. Every travel tip given was spot on. Mt. Dora is not to me missed. It is a charming town and staying here at the Adora Inn made it even more pleasant. Arthurs home cooked breakfast was amazing. Can't wait to return.

We had an amazing experience! When we arrived the owner, John met us with a warm welcome to the Inn. The hospitality was outstanding. The Periwinkle room was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is perfect. The morning gourmet breakfast prepared by John was over the top, so delicious! We highly recommend the Adora Inn.

John and Arthur's hospitality was genuine - as if this specially restored home was our home. And their pride in it is obvious - a great bed, pillows, sheets, towels, and thoughtful touches beyond those I've found in the best hotels. Their gourmet breakfast was truly that, and served in a caring way. Also, they allowed me to keep my car parked in their shady lot out back, which is partially encircled with ferns, until check out time so that I could just walk the few blocks to where all the restaurants and shops begin. I was made truly welcome while being allowed my space and freedom.

Our hosts, John and Arthur, pampered us with delicious fresh, creative, healthy/hearty breakfasts and super comfy room accommodations. You are made to feel so welcome with genuine conversation and introduction to the most beautiful Sauluki doggie kids you will ever meet. The location is just enough off the beaten path to offer quite solitude but easily within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Thank you Adora Inn! We are so appreciative.

Wonderful stay! John and Arthur are great hosts and talented chefs. Location was perfect, 2 blocks to the middle of town. Breakfast was my favorite time, beautifully cooked and served. The fresh fruit with Greek yogurt and croissant French toast was incredible. Great stay and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful BnB in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from downtown area. John and Authur were such great hosts and very knowledgable about the area. We went with another couple and all loved Adora. There is not one thing negative I could say. Everything was wonderful! There was fresh coffee and tea in the morning and even a wine fridge to store your bottle if you wish and wine glasses. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable, even nice touches like fresh water in a carafe next to bed. The inn also was very quiet , you never heard other people coming and going. Top it all off the gourmet breakfasts were amazing each day. Also everyone had their own table to sit at on the comfortable covered porch. Location is excellent, within walking distance to everything. They also have their own parking which was great. Arthur and John were exceptional hosts, we will definitely go again!

The hosts were very welcoming and gave us a map of the area along with their personal recommendations for restaurants nearby. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed meeting their dogs and the location was a short walk to all of the Christmas festivities in downtown Mt Dora. I would definitely recommend them.
