I stayed here for one night in room 109 which to me me was impressive to my surprise.. When I 1st came in I thought I was getting myself into something I did not want to stay in but I gave the opportunity by looking at the room 1st so that I can see if it is something I can Stay in for a night. The room was clean and smelled great and everything was upgraded in the room. The business is ran by family and they gave a welcome kit when I checked in with snacks. It needs a bit of a different paint color on the outside but overall this place has a lot of potential. The owners seem to care about the property so it makes it something worth it. Other hotels in the area were double their prices but can't say it wasn't worth it. The money was perfect and the stay was pleasant. Definitely will be my go to whenever I have to go to a basketball tournament for my son at the big house. The office could use some upgrades as well but overall they are a small business and with time they will do great. Very happy and satisfied. Thank you 😊

Came to Florida for a somber reason. It was explained to the lady at the desk. When I got here, I told them I need a smoking room. They didn't have one available but the wife said we could smoke in the room. Then I went upstairs to get in my room and the key didn't work so I had to go back to the office. Upon arriving at office, the lady proceeded to tell me she didn't charge us taxes. Like, u can't do math? So my sister had to pay an additional 30 bucks for the taxes. The room cost 3 of us108.00 plus taxes. Somehow 30 additional dollars doesn't sound right for taxes on a 108.00 bill. So that's done, and I get my key reprogrammed. I go back upstairs to my room and wasn't opening the door right. Had to go back downstairs and tell them. The husband came up and showed me to push up on the handle. So I got in. Turned on the AC and it wouldn't work so my husband took the filter out. It had dust on it every bit of a quarter inch thick. So he went in the bathroom to clean it and called me in. There was blood or rust or something on the hand towel he grabbed to use. Then I looked around and there was dirt on the walls and floor. It's disgusting. I logged onto wifi and it kept kicking me off. Its ridiculous. I would never recommend this dive to anyone not even my worst enemy.

The la Bella inn was a good stay. Like, it was okay. In fact, the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful people. I just have a few things to suggest about the room. Our room was clearly beautifully renovated and we slept comfortably on a clean bed. I tried to not be frustrated that there was only one room outlet (which the hvac was plugged into) and one other usable outlet by the bathroom sink - so there was only the main room ceiling light and some dimmer lighting by the sink. but it would have been nice to have a set of lamps on the nightstands and somewhere to plug something in belongings on the nightstand? Room would not have been suitable for someone needing accommodations for electricity by their bed. There were also a few unsightly holes in the walls and a few of our towels had holes in them. More towels would have been nice; we didn’t have any hand towels hanging on the sink rack, and only two face and two bath towels by the shower. Also, online it lists a lot cheaper for rooms but we paid about $135 ($119 before tax) and I paid the same amount in a room at another place the next day that had more than enough accommodations and very very decent rooms that the place could have easily charge more for. So, I’m not sure if we were paying the cost for a newly renovated room at la Bella or what but I think for the cost that is paid that a little more accommodations should be available in the room. There isn’t a phone to call the desk or info in case of emergency…or suggestions for places to eat would have been a nice touch since we are from out of the state. Little things to make us feel welcome and “at home”. but we slept well and comfortable for the night at least.

This is a basic, no frills motel. The rooms are nice enough and there are restaurants close by. If you are in the area for work or something, it’s not a bad place to stay.

I've never stayed there. But they have remodeled it and it looks very nice and it always has a lot of people staying there.

Disgusting. Blood on towels, bed sheets and pillows and I mean a lot of blood. Tvs are big but doesn't work, it's just for decoration. Doors can't be locked. Dirty and stinks like urine. My room was being used as a storage for dirty and old kitchen appliances. A nasty dirty stove was sitting there at the sink area and A kitchen sink with cabinets just there chilling in the same place that Im paying to get some rest. I asked for a clean bed sheet and the guy at front desk gave me another one and it was even worst with brown stains and cigarette holes. I woke up at 6 am and there was roaches all over the place. So NASTY 🤢.There was a couple of guests on hallway, half naked Like they haven't realize they're out of prison. Unacceptable. This place needs to be inspected and shut down for putting people's health at risk. Instead of charging for staying at this NASTY place they should pay people to spend the night. Gross 🤢🤢🤢

Our non-smoking room made our clothes and hair smell of smoke. As soon as we walked in, we saw a cockroach that didn't even hide. I've never been compelled to check for bed bugs before this.... dirty mattress, dirty walls... so disappointing

If I could I would give this place a zero star rating. Respectfully, this place was absolutely disgusting. You and tell they put no time nor effort into cleaning. It smelled awful. They don’t clean under the bed, they was also a COCKROACH under the bed. There was dust and spider webs all over. There was grim in the drain. There was holes in the blanket, and the towels were stained. There was stains all over the doorframes and doors

Not even sure where to begin maybe it was all the holes in the comforters from cigarettes or how disgusting the floors were do not take your shoes off and wear socks or bare feet they will be disgusting. The schmutz on the walls the people are nice and it's in a good location but man the rooms need some cleaning.

Probably one of THE best hotels in Leesburg. Especially for being a privately owned hotel at that. Front desk has always been extremely accommodating and friendly. Rooms are fairly updated and always very clean. I have stayed here twice now and will continue to do so. They have extremely fair rates while giving the quality and customer service with it. I’ve always driven by here and wondered if it was any good of a stay but I can say I am MORE than impressed. And that’s coming from someone who has stayed in many hotels during my travels. Stay at this hidden gem when you can!
