Myself,
my
mother,
aunt,
and
uncle
stayed
here
for
5
nights
to
help
my
elderly
grandparents
who
live
nearby.
Staff
was
friendly.
Employees
kept
the
breakfast
area
clean
as
best
they
could
after
messy
guests.
Housekeeping
did
a
nice
job
(be
sure
to
ask
for
daily
cleaning
at
check
in).
However
the
same
sheets
(there
were
telltale
stains
on
both
sets)
were
on
our
bed
for
our
5
night
stay
when
there’s
a
sign
in
the
bathroom
that
says
sheets
will
be
changed
after
3
days.
Overall,
I
travel
away
from
home
3
days
a
week
for
work
so
I’ve
stayed
in
many
hotels
over
the
years.
While
having
perfectly
lovely
staff,
this
hotel
was
disgusting
and
needs
major
renovations.
Paint
and
carpeting
looked
new
but
tub
was
gross
with
cracked
caulking
everywhere
and
I
did
my
best
to
not
touch
the
shower
curtain.
Our
room
smelled
disgustingly
of
must
and
mold
and
nothing
made
it
better.
I
understand
it’s
a
humid
area
and
there’s
a
lovely
little
pond
next
to
the
property
but
there
were
ants
all
over
inside
the
room
and
my
mother
stepped
on
a
little
black
worm
near
the
sink
one
morning.
My
uncle
said
his
room
smelled
strongly
of
bleach.
We
will
be
staying
elsewhere
next
time
we
visit.
Pros:
nice
staff,
free
quick
breakfast
(as
long
as
you
aren’t
waiting
behind
a
group
of
kids
making
waffles)
with
limited
options,
fairly
comfortable
beds,
good
restaurant/bar
next
door
Cons:
persistent
smells
in
rooms
and
hallways,
needs
updating,
tubs
are
awful,
bugs
in
rooms
