When I arrived my ride came in helping me carry my stuff and when we got there their air conditioner in the rooms front screen was broken the tub stopper was broken as well. My ride said there was no toilet paper when using the restroom before they left and there wasn't. No one came to the room to see if I needed anything, new sheets, nothing. Hell I went to the front desk to get toilet paper and no one came. I had to borrow my friends in a different rooms towel cause there wasn't one. So basically they gave me a broken room and on my final day (today) they checked my room and said the damages weren't there when in fact they were there. Hell I wasn't in my room a big portion of due to a convention in town that I was at. However they did not give me my deposit back because the damages weren't there apparently when I arrived. This place had terrible service and the people are rude as hell. There was only one nice lady and I only saw her once. So with that I leave my review and say do not go here.

    1. Receptionist was very rude to my husband and sister 2. Sheets were littered in holes 3. Our bathrooms had no necessities 4. Peep holes had no glass 5. Just annoyed we had to completely remake the beds every day cause the sheets are also ill fitted to the bed. (Update) staff just tried to blame us for THEIR lack of sense and damages that was already there. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE! Also if you want to eat you better get take out cause not all the rooms have microwaves or fridges.

Omg worst hotel I've ever been charged for. No toilet paper I'm either bathroom then when we ask about it the hateful woman working nights acted like we were robbing them for toilet paper. The. Gave us a half role told us just share it. Beds dirty.ciggarette burns I'm bedding towels dirty. Room filthy. Roaches and bed bugs visible. And had the audacity to charge a 50 cash deposit. We went and slept 2 hours in our car and left. Almost 100 a room lost. Please do yourself a favor run from this place.

Deposit or not they shouldn’t even b charging what they are Charging the front desk person got mad when I asked for a non filthy room ( at least a swept floor). I even offered to clean my room my self I already had a rough day and oddly high blood pressure and didn’t want to over spend jus to sleep. When I called the woman told me one price then when I got their it was completely different

Owner was standoff-ish and did not want to match Expedia price as he'd offered over the phone- had to play a little hard ball for him to concede. There wasn't any soap in the room when we got there and only gave us a bar of soap for each of us. Location was ideal for my professional contract work (~1.1 miles down the road), but the guy is a real tool, so be prepared for him to seem like he's never interacted with another human being a day in his life. No security system around the place, which felt as if it were a little seedy. Facilities were just okay, but had the bare minimum which was the only redeeming factor.

When I arrived the woman said, β€œthis isn’t a 5 star hotel. There are stains and holes on the blankets and sheets, but they are clean”. Sure enough there was cigarette holes in the blankets and some kind of stain. Also, there was a roach and something crawled on me while I was sleeping. I had a fourth of a roll of toilet paper. And some liquid (maybe phlegm) dried on the wall. I slept about 3 hours and checked out early.

THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS!!! WR FOUND 7 UNDER ONE PILLOW. Went to the front desk with the bugs on the pillow and they tried saying it wasn't bedbugs. Would not give a refund and had terrible customer service. I called and reported them to the health department.

Motel 41 is not affiliated with The Mac Attack Show upon this review. I travel for a living, and have stayed in about every hotel and motel imaginable. This motel is by far the best (for the price) I've stayed in. Now I've stayed here quite often and here recently for awhile. I'll be checking out the day after this review. The motel management is kind, friendly, and understanding. Just as long as you're the same way. The employees are some of the kindest, and hardest working employees I've ever met. Whatever issue you have, within reason, they take care of it. From needing towels, to needing you room cleaned, they will take care of it. Remember, I did say within reason. This isn't the Hilton or Marriott. If you want that, go pay those prices, just say'n πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. All rooms I've stayed in here, are very clean. This motel used to be a Motel 6. Over the years, different management has taken over. With the cost of living and building materials going up, the rooms are a little outdated. But some of the rooms are being remodeled at the time of this review. There has been the typical spider encounter in some of the rooms, but nothing else concerning health wise, i.e. roaches or bed bugs. Again, rooms are very clean and bug free. Plus, every room has really good wifi, and cable. After reading some of these reviews, and seeing some of the pictures from the reviews, a person would think this motel is nasty and unprofessional. I'm here to tell you, that's just not the truth. I feel as though some people believe if they spend any amount of money for a hotel, that they are entitled to Hilton and Marriott expectations and treatment. I'd say, if you spent $60, appreciate all that you do get, because it's a good deal in relation to the economy we are living in. That, or buy a camper, just say'n. I've enjoyed staying here and will stay here again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I'd like to see at least free coffee and doughnuts for the guests in the mornings. This is a great place to stay for the price. But don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself.

I frequent the area for 2-3 night stays. This is my second and last time to stay at this Disgustingly Poor Excuse for an establishment whose industry is HOSPITALITY. That is something not even on their daily To Do List. We arrive yesterday to find 1/4 roll of toilet paper. When we went to the office this morning at 10am to request a roll because we are completely out, the man behind the desk shooed us away and insisted Housekeeping would be around shortly to assist and swap out dirty towels for clean ones. It’s been 4 hours. No sign of a housekeeper. And, why would they supply tissues of any kind in the room? As I’m sure it’s not required they do so. But I’m a lady and I REQUIRE TP! Hello?? Pretty sure so does every single hotel brand standard. Oh and Zero ice in the on-site ice machine. But the heat index is only 99 today. HOW DO THEY GET TO OPERATE UNDER A NATIONAL HOTEL BRAND NAME. No need to leave the light on for us again. Thanks but no thanks.

Everything was so disgusting, I breathed dust in the air conditioner all night, their towels were black. The quilt was full of holes from cigarette butts, and the old witch at the front desk was as bad as ever. If you want to try it all Worst motel in America….🀒

Bed bugs. No refund policy. Two of the last three places I stayed had bed bug problems. They are everywhere. Guess I need to start staying in more expensive places and checking the rooms more thoroughly. Nasty cigarette burns in most of the rooms. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot. Place needs help. Dirty place but friendly owner.

For $74 a night one would think that you would at the very least get toilet paper in your room. Stained sheets and towels, no refigator, not only did we not have a remote for the TV but had to figure out how to turn it on. The only good about the place is that for the dogs it was a $50 deposit and we got it back at checkout πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ

AVOID THIS PLACE! On the 6th of Jan 2022 I stayed at there at Motel 41. The linens dingy and I covered the pillow with a tshirt to sleep. I flew back home and on the morning of the 7th I woke up with itching wells on my hands, legs and arms. On the 8 it was determined that I picked up scabies. The $52 I spent ended up costing me an additional $260 in medical bills.

Rooms were extremely small, holes and cracks everywhere, sheets were stained. Went back to the office not even five minutes later and they had already locked the doors for the night. We just happened to run into the receptionist as she was locking the laundry and got new sheets. The bathtub was rusted, towels were stained, they patched the holes with pieces of cloth. The sign says it's motel 41 but everything inside is motel 6.

Great staff! Very clean and nice rooms for the price. Very quiet. Washer and dryer on site. Dogs are welcomed; we would not have stayed if not for that.

The lady that answered the phone was hateful, I asked her if she had me on speaker phone and she hung up on me. I wouldn't stay in this dump if I had to. If I could give this dump negative stars I would.
