Massage was okay but the owner was very disrespectful. We were talking in the quietest tone as possible while the owner was watching videos in full volume. Owner came over and told us to be quiet as there were other customers. The owner then proceeds to watch videos on the phone in full volume... When we requested for a another massager as one of our other friends was coming too, the massager said “sure, more are upstairs” yet the owner comes over again and shushed the massager and told us that no more massager is available? When we were leaving, the owner even asked us to give more tips as we gave too little? We offered a 15% tip at first and he stopped us from leaving and told us to give more tips?? Never coming back again…

I came here for 15+ times at least for past few years and it seems like today is my last time to come here and no more again. Mulan is not a best massage place but just okay massage for me so far. Today I made appointment and went there for combo massage. It seems like all of masseuse are busy and owner did a massage for me. What he has done was just pinching or pushing me so hardly. I kept told him it hurts and less pressure please. Then for next few seconds, he did lesser pressure, but went back to strong pinching after. Few calling to store during massage and he just answered by one hand and massaged me by the other hand. Three times he left me because other customer walked in and asked for availability or paid their massage. I only got foot and back massage and no leg massage because he asked me to move to chair massage. Of course I did not get entire 60 mins massage due to his leaving and still paid 20% tips. Be aware they won’t be happy with 20% tip. They have a tip guideline on the desk and it was 20% tip unhappy face and 40% tip happy face. Additionally, my friend also disappointed because masseuse seems she does not even know how to start or do massage. She was busy at watching how other masseuse do and tried to copy it. I see their masseuse were changed so often but they really need to modify their system/ masseuse.

This is a very rubbish place, the smell is terrible, the store is dirty, the owner is a guy with glasses, always wanting more tips, don't know if he gives the staff, very rubbish boss.

My 10 year old daughter has loved going to get her feet massaged and have had a fine experience the 7:7 times we’ve been over the past couple years. TODAY WAS THE LAST TIME WE WILL EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE. 1. I was told two different prices on the phone from when we arrived. 2. The three men massaging myseymy daughter and my husband did not seem to have any idea of anatomy. Massaging on bone or laying your entire body weight over someone’s back with your elbow being used as the point of pressure is not enjoyable to most. My 10 year old has been dizzy and is complaining about her shoulder hurting and my husband can’t turn his neck fully. 4 I went to pay and was told there was a 5% fee that isn’t written or added to the price so unless you pay cash or with Zelle prepare for doable the average 2.9% fee and then your told not asked how much top are you giving while using my own device to pay. Almost forgot one of the guys was listen to a talk radio log type of thing the entire ‘massage’. 160.00 for that experience was sadly it what it Inc was it cost.

Average quality Massage if you are fit and healthy. Manager pressures for more tip even tho i tipped enough

I have been going to Mulan Foot Massage for a couple of years now. All their massage therapist are wonderful. Today Mia was my massage therapist and she did an excellent job! I didn’t need to tell her what to do because she knew how to give an awesome massage! I would highly recommend this place!
