I brought my daughter in had the absolute pleasure of being in Maria’s care. She came equipped with adorable toys and great bedside manner. It’s been a very rough few days with a sick baby and this was such a refresher. Same with our provider, I believe her name was Lexi(?) she was super kind, patient, and always took the time to check in so we didn’t feel forgotten while waiting for anything. I very much appreciated the staff while I’m a stressed out mama with a sick baby- so thank you.

We saw Dr Scott Nelson for an after hours visit for an anxious child. Dr Scott made our child feel at ease and we were confident in the time he took to thoroughly examine him. He did a wonderful job and I have written down his name so that we can come back and see him again!

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. My son had a bad rash and his doctors office had no openings today so I was referred over here. They set up at appointment time for us (which put my mind at ease knowing we wouldn’t have to wait hours on end), found my insurance immediately, and made the whole process seamless. The staff and doctors were very friendly and genuinely helpful!

The staff at this location was very efficient and kind. They even offered us snacks and juice while we waited for the Dr. The Dr was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took her time with my son and thoroughly explained everything. Overall great experience.

Went here for my six year old because I was sure he had strep. He tested positive. They gave him an otter pop and were so sweet and gentle with him. It was quick for urgent care and a beautiful, clean building. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing to take their children.

The urgent care staff were incredibly kind and cheerful. They were very gentle with my unsure daughter and were very understanding when we had to clean up a blown out diaper. They took the time to listen and we felt truly cared for. They were also very fast. We saw the PA, took an X-ray, and got a splint in an hour. Would recommend to anyone hands down. Thank you so much!!

The care we received from Puyallup Mary Bridge urgent care was above exceptional!! From the moment we got there, the ladies that checked us in, the support staff that took us to the exam room, to the x-ray technician, and the medical provider that saw us, it was very smooth, and they filled us in every step of the way. We were in and out rather quickly. We’d definitely recommend this medical facility and I will bring my family back again.

Tonight was my 2nd time utilizing this pediatric urgent care. The issues that lead us here were different for each visit but both visits were exceptional experiences for both my child and me. From the scheduling to check in to being seen, diagnosed and thoroughly cared for, every part of the process was efficient and as pleasant as needing pediatric medical care can get. I am so grateful to have this facility and it's staff so close to home. It makes the tough parts of parenting a sick kiddo a bit easier!

My kids developed sore throats, was able to get an appointment same day at a great time through their easy online booking system. Was seen right away with no wait time. Scott Nelson PA-C and nurse Danielle D., and front desk were all friendly, kind, and attentive. What else could you ask for!

Today’s experience was wonderful!! Every single person at the clinic was so kind and helpful! After my last experience I was nervous to go back but today was such a wonderful experience! Previous review: The nurse was so kind and helpful! The doctor was thorough and kind. The medical assistant at the front desk had zero manors and was rude, she should not be working at a pediatric urgent care. The other front desk was just fine!

Took my daughter in for a finger infection. Both nurse and physician, were attentive and worked with my daughter to make her feel secure and that they were there to help. Receptionist was also pleasant. All around great staff and the wait time was minimal.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and Dr. Herrera was the BEST. They addressed all of our concerns with our little one in a very friendly and professional manner. We will definitely go to this urgent care for all of our urgent care needs for our little one. We highly recommend this urgent care 1000%. You won’t be disappointed. Also, the wait wasn’t too long. They do take appointments online that was extremely convenient and they also take walk ins. They were very quick from the time we arrived for check in to getting into a room. The nurse was right with us and the doctor was there right away. No extra hour wait times for the waiting room nor the doctors. They were extremely prompt.

I don’t normally review things like this but I had such a positive experience here that I had to share. We live in Kitsap County where there are zero children specific urgent cares and the closest is in Gig Harbor but it has terrible hours. I made the drive to the Puyallup location and I could not have been happier with the care we received for my son. Their hours are great and we got in right away when they opened. It’s a very clean and nice facility and all the staff were so kind and helpful. We were seen by Dr Kimberly and she was one of the best doctors I’ve encountered (& I’ve encountered a lot with a sick child). It was definitely worth the drive and if needed I’ll be using this location again.

I had no idea a pediatric urgent care existed, but am so grateful. I scheduled a same day appointment and filled out all registration paperwork online prior to appt. They were efficient, courteous, and most importantly treated my little one with care and love. I will absolutely be returning to them for urgent health needs in the future!

When we arrived, we received a friendly greeting from the staff and had a very short wait before we went back. The nurse and the doctor were both very friendly, testing my granddaughter and the results came back very quickly. Highly recommend! They really care about you and your children! A+++ from me.
