I was greeted immediately by a very nice woman and she said that she would right with me and she was and she walked me to my room and said that it was nice to meet me. and my nurse was so nice and she was very professional and pleasant and my doctor well he was amazing and very helpful and he was informative and I really appreciate that he cared enough to help me find care and he was really a very good doctor and person and I wish that he was my doctor and I would highly recommend indigo to anyone and everyone. My room was very clean and so was the facility and also I appreciate that my doctor walked me out. Super nice man.the best part was he wrote me 3 prescriptions and I went to go get them and guess what they were already there. I have never had that happen. I was done with everything in an hour. Talk about ecstatic. Double thumbs up for this establishment.

This was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. My daughter cut her thumb and we could not get the bleeding to stop. This location was clean, offered juice and water while we waited, and was very quick. Everyone was very nice and professional. My older daughter was curious about what they were doing and the provider took the time to explain everything. This will definitely be our go-to in the future!

I was able to get my son who was running a high fever quickly and just before they closed. Staff was quick and efficient as well as friendly and helpful. Courtney was amazingly patient and gentle with my son who was really anxious about getting his throat swabbed. Provider Scott was really great with him as well and I appreciated how calm, friendly and attentive she was in figuring out treatment for my son. No one likes a late night urgent care run with a sick kiddo, but that aside it was a great experience. Thank you!

Great experience. Our daughter injured her finger and we were able to walk-in and get in a room quickly. From there we were able to get X-rays and treatment all very promptly. All of the staff that we interacted with were very nice and talkative, not at all trying to rush you out the door. I really loved that they had X-ray in house, so we were able to get everything addressed without needing a referral for imaging, or going to the ER.

Always clean. Always friendly staff. Keep in mind that they are like any urgent care, they DO get busy but they make all the effort to get you seen fast. Some days are better than others as far as waiting times. This has been the best urgent care I've ever been to

There's a bit of a wait, but honestly it's worth it. The staff are super kind and professional. Everyone took time to answer my questions and make sure I was taken care of. They took time to consider my situation as they provided advice. I don't want to be sick again, but if I am I know I'll probably come here.

I made an appointment and was un and out pretty fast! They weren't super busy and I actually was seen in a room everyone was super friendly. Thank you so much for everything.

I love how friendly they are and try to make you as comfortable as possible especially when you are in pain. They have a great waiting system as well, you can sit in your car and relax until they are ready for you, and you get a text. The receptionist was very nice, as far as medical treatment I always feel like they take care of me well and are looking out for the patient.

My son hurt his elbow and was very anxious about additional pain. Every staff member we contacted was re-assuring to him. They seemed to make a great effort about getting us in quickly. I really appreciated the care my son received.

called to see if they could remove something that got into my eyes. I told them what happened and how long it had been in there and they said that they could get it out. I went in the next morning when they opened they had me fill out paperwork and pay the copay then I went back and the lady pulled out a q-tip and tried to get it out and couldn't and said we don't have the tools to get it out here we have to send you to the emergency department they still charged me my copay and wouldn't refund it. You can sleep better knowing multicare as an extra $20 and q-tips to get something out of your eyes. Q-tips!!!!

The whole process of scheduling, checking in, and being evaluated was seamless and timely. I was surprised how quickly yet thoroughly I was assessed and the staff is so friendly and caring. Will definitely go back to Indigo in the future!
