DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS STORE WITH A CHILD!!!!!What I would assume to be the store manager has NO idea what customer service is!! I was in the store for a whole 2 min before she decided to LITERALLY yell at my 3 year old son for touching a product on the shelf! He was not opening it or even actually holding it. Just moved it to the side on the shelf. She started then yelling at me when I said "Uh did he touch the item or something?" She then responded "My girls have been shelving everything getting ready for pictures to be taken! He cant be messing stuff up, I JUST CAN'T HAVE IT!!" I would be FIRED from any job iv'e ever had with that attitude and poor customer service!! I left without spending the good amount of money I was intending in on spending on products. Trust me when I say I will let all my friends know to no longer shop here!

A review made by someone going by Nicole Brawner was entirely false. As an employee of said Sally Beauty store, we do not have an older employee with brown hair. None of the employees working there even have brown hair. Our staff in the store always greet and offer our assistance to all who come into our store. If we are busy with another customer we finish what we are helping with and then move on to check on other customers.

This is a great shopping guide center I am so glad this was tucked in there. Got everything I needed and professional advise.

The ladies here were so Awesome and so helpful. The moment i walked in the door they were willing to help me decide on the color change of my hair, gave me alot of feed back and honest opinions that helped alot, these ladies have such Positive additutes, and it makes for a positive environment to be in! I've been shopping at this Sally Beauty store since it opened. I've always had a positive experience and the staff is always helpful and friendly. This was not the case yesterday. I normally buy 2 or 3 of the same item so I never run out. Consequently, a few months lapse between visits to the store. I went in expecting to purchase the same product I usually do. I couldn't find it on the shelf. I asked the younger girl working there if she would help me find it. She told me she had never heard of such a product and that maybe I had bought it at another Sally store because she had, "worked there for 6 months," and had never seen it. I assured her I was not confused about which store I shop at. I asked if she would recommend a similar product. She lacked product knowledge and was dismissive. Also, my rewards points were missing from my account and the app was useless. In short, it was the worst experience I've ever had at that store. I did look the item up when I got home. They carry it in Canada and will ship it to the US. Guess I don't need to Shop at the Snohomish Sally Beauty anymore.

I always have great experiences here. I am thankful for this location so I don't have to travel to Everett. The owner is always very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, as is staff. Pricing is good too. Nice selection that you've come to expect from Sally's. Everything from hair color to false lashes to skin care products. Something for everyone, at every budget.

Came in tonight to get some products to do my fiance hair. It was pretty close to closing and had no idea what products to get. Caitlin was sooo helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly I was out super quick and got everything I needed! Just wanted to give her a shout and she deserves a raise!! Thank you so much caitlin!:)

Always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff at this location. They have a great selection at competitive prices. I am usually not a fan of email deals being sent to me but they have truly AMAZING email deals if you sign up for their 'Club Card' . Ask for Hannah to help you, she is really awesome and knows her stuff!
