I've
been
shopping
at
this
Sally
Beauty
store
since
it
opened.
I've
always
had
a
positive
experience
and
the
staff
is
always
helpful
and
friendly.
This
was
not
the
case
yesterday.
I
normally
buy
2
or
3
of
the
same
item
so
I
never
run
out.
Consequently,
a
few
months
lapse
between
visits
to
the
store.
I
went
in
expecting
to
purchase
the
same
product
I
usually
do.
I
couldn't
find
it
on
the
shelf.
I
asked
the
younger
girl
working
there
if
she
would
help
me
find
it.
She
told
me
she
had
never
heard
of
such
a
product
and
that
maybe
I
had
bought
it
at
another
Sally
store
because
she
had,
"worked
there
for
6
months,"
and
had
never
seen
it.
I
assured
her
I
was
not
confused
about
which
store
I
shop
at.
I
asked
if
she
would
recommend
a
similar
product.
She
lacked
product
knowledge
and
was
dismissive.
Also,
my
rewards
points
were
missing
from
my
account
and
the
app
was
useless.
In
short,
it
was
the
worst
experience
I've
ever
had
at
that
store.
I
did
look
the
item
up
when
I
got
home.
They
carry
it
in
Canada
and
will
ship
it
to
the
US.
Guess
I
don't
need
to
Shop
at
the
Snohomish
Sally
Beauty
anymore.
