Super nice, very accommodating, respectful, and very helpful! My second time in the last few weeks visiting this clinic and Both times were great experiences despite weird issues I was having with our insurance company. They have a variety of coffee, hot chocolate and cold water bottles and three different types of juice boxes, and Capri Suns. They even offered us drinks while we’re in the room so very nice. Very nice and clean facilities as well which helps to make it comforting experience when deal with having to be at a doctor’s office!

We were here bright and early for my daughter on her birthday of all days. From start to finish (only about 45 min total I might add!) was absolutely stellar. On top of quality care, they got her hot chocolate and sang to her, she's 14 lol ! Totally turned her day around for the better. Everyone is overworked and understaffed but they 100% put patient care first. I was very impressed! Thank you all so very much!

I like that I can go home to wait my turn. Gone are the days of waiting in a room with other sick people to see a doctor. The staff was cheerful and friendly which is a beacon of light when you are not feeling well. The doctor was thorough and quick and easy to talk to.

It was a welcoming experience as I walked through the door. The receptionist was so helpful and let you know exactly when I'd be seen. The had a lovely drink bar with something for everyone. After the MA did my intake she brought me a cup of hot tea. I can't say enough about the ARNP Kristen, she took the time to really explain everything in detail. I never once felt like I was being rushed out the door. A very pleasant UC visit.

Staff was very professional and friendly! I went in at the end of the day and everyone still had a great attitude! I really like how you can be at home and they call you when it's your turn.

Everyone was so nice and very professional!! I was seen promptly. Gary was the best then Emily M was very kind and proactive with my treatment of strep throat. Caitlin made sure I knew what the next steps were it’s a great team of healthcare professionals at Indigo and I will return.

I had very little wait time. Was able to fill out paperwork in my car on my phone. They offer coffee, tea or water- which is very nice. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Gave me a work note to take back to work when I return and also a print out of what I have.

Using the website to schedule an appointment was fast and easy. Having an option to schedule the appointment was perfect, got in a few minutes early and didn't have to wait long to see the doctor like I do at other places. I appreciated the feeling that my time was important. Staff is professional and friendly. Doctor was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Office space was very clean. Caitlin is the absolute best in drawing blood and giving shots, she should train everyone in Washington State! Will definitely use this location again if needed.
