Finally decided to give this a try! We had the Smoked Salmon Mac n Cheese and it was yum!! The texture of the Mac n Cheese was more of an Alfredo Pasta, not like a traditional Mac n cheese. The Flagship grilled cheese was OKAY, nothing great. The cheese was good but probably the bread didn’t go well with it. Took away a star coz of this. We went on a weekday and it was not crowded at all. They also have a good collection of packed cheese to take away with you.

I have to say, this handmade cheese restaurant is gorgeous!!!! The best grilled cheese sandwich and mac&cheese I had ever tasted! I love the rich flavor with the cheese, but not too heavy! The price are reasonable and the service is great too! All in all, I strongly recommend everyone here go for a visit!

I've had beecher's in the past and it was a 5 star experience. My visit to the pikes place location yielded 2 this time. The cashier was spaced out and was not directing the flow of new customers well. Many people were waiting to order at the "pick up" area and he was not signaling or communicating that he could take a new order. We got the salmon Mac and cheese. I found it disgusting. It was SPICY for some reason, and the salmon tasted like salt water. The herbs they added in tasted soapy. I very much wish we got the original mac. We also got a grilled cheese and I ended up getting three sandwiches handed to me! And then, a different customer told me he had the same name as me and the other two sandwiches belonged to him. The cashier should have known if a previous customer (me) had the same name. It's simple procedure for food restaurants (I know because this happens all the time when I worked at mod pizza). The grilled cheese was good so that's why I decided to give my score two stars instead of one.

Some of the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Super creamy and flavorful! I didn't expect it to be slightly spicy but it was greatly welcomed. The mac itself was cooked pretty well too. Watching the cheese being made while eating was a pretty cool experience.

The Mac N Cheese was excellent! It tastes authentic and not artificial. The tuna melt was also delicious! I liked the tomato bisque, I did get croutons and cheese on the soup, and it made it very thick with little fluid, but the taste was great!

As a tourist going to Pike Place Market, Beecher’s has to be one of your stops. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Mac and Cheese, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend. My friend ordered a classic Mac and Cheese, which she also liked. Both are heavy, so they will definitely fill you up. I ordered the Breadzel as well, and I thought it was rather bland. I’d recommend sticking to the mac and cheese, though I’ve yet to try out their grilled cheese (next time!).

Delicious and cool experience to take in at Pike Place. The grill cheese and tomato soup are tasty but save room for the must try Mac and Cheese! Good for a lunch or a snack - enjoy!

Don’t go to Pike Place Market and not stop at this Seattle gem. Probably the best mac n cheese you’ll get in town. The lines can get long on weekends, but it’s worth the wait. The Classic Mac and cheese bowl was enough for an in-between lunch and dinner snack. If you’re feeling fancy, they have a delicious smoked salmon Mac n cheese. There is limited seating inside, but you can watch the cheese making process. A must stop!

The mac and cheese is the best I've ever tasted! It was so delicious, we're going to go back sometime to get more. The cheese from Beecher's is super flavorful and well worth experiencing. You can also watch the staff make cheese in the factory section of the store which is awesome.

Good grilled cheese. It was exactly an 8 min wait from order to fresh sandwich. The cheese was a mix and therefore, gooey, creamy, sharp, and delicious. But it was just a really good grilled cheese, nothing I would go out of my way to go get.

I can honestly say I had the best grilled cheese sandwich ever! The homemade cheese, tomatoes, bread and toppings have me dreaming of a return for another. Excellent customer service! You can eat on location or take away. Lots of selections of cheeses and kits to make your own mac and cheese. Watch them make the cheese as you wait for your order. 😍 Highly recommend.

Stopped for some cheese curds since they are really tasty. Decided to try the smoked salmon Mac and cheese. The smoked salmon was delicious the Mac and cheese was good. It was $11.00 for 8 ounces of macaroni and cheese which was definitely plenty to fill you up. Definitely recommend the cheese curds and the herbed rose butter was very tasty also

This place is located in Seattle's Historic Pike Place Market. They are known for their cheese as the name suggests. The food is pretty famous and there is often a long queue. We didn't queue up looking at the line so went in and got the cheese. For just buying the cheese box, you don't need to be in the queue. For sandwiches or mac and cheese etc, there is a separate billing counter. When they know there is a line up everytime, they should increase the billing counter and take the orders fast, increase the manpower instead of letting people line up for hours. Regarding the cheese, I got 2. One was salted and the other one with peppers. Both were so good but the pepper one tasted better. Their seating however is very uncomfortable. There is also a cheese making view area wherein they make fresh cheese. Good to take your kids for educational purposes. All in all, I recommend but they should improve the service.

The Mac n Cheese is so good!! It's creamy without being too thick. My husband got a sandwich, and it was delicious too. We found a spot to sit down in the store pretty quickly. The chairs are shaped like milk buckets, which is very cute! They also have a variety of cheeses. If you want to bring something back to snack on, those are good choices!

A friend recommended this for my first time in Seattle and I’m so glad she did! We just got a small Mac n cheese to go while walking around pikes place and it was so creamy and delicious! They also have a cheese making viewing area that I didn’t get a chance to see well because there were so many people trying to see it. Super fun idea though. They line moved quickly and the staff was nice. I hope to go again before I leave!

Loved the atmosphere and the fact that you can see them make the cheese through this windowed area. I ordered the original mac and cheese and the breadtzel. The mac and cheese was very flavorful and creamy but to be honest I didn't think it was anything super special. Next time I'll have to try the smoked salmon or sausage mac and cheese. I also ordered the breadtzel which they toasted up making it nice and crispy on the outside. Overall definitely a place to check out and try if you've never been to it.

Beechers is fantastic. They show you how the cheese is made and have info on the process on various placards throughout the storefront. This is convenient on the corner near the market and didn't have a long line. We ordered an 8oz regular mac n cheese and it was warm and delicious. They were out of baked ziti but had plenty of stock of everything else. We would most definitely return.

The quality and flavor is bomb and I don't even like eating mac & cheese but everytime I'm in Seattle, I have to come. Everything is handcrafted in house and made to perfection. They have a couple locations across Seattle and NYC but I always end up at the Pike Place market one. I highly recommend checking them out and you'll see why they are the "World's Best" mac & cheese.

This was recommended by someone who had visited the previous day. We looked forward to the hyped up goodies they served. The mac n cheese was ok. Seemed to need some more flavor. The grilled cheese was good. It was fun to watch them make the cheese while we ate lunch. 3 stars for limited seating.

Excellent local business with cheese made right there. Lots of cool cheesy menu items. The traditional mac n' cheese is the best menu item. It is a bit on the pricey side for some stuff and I wish they had more indoor seating.
