I had a pleasant experience purchasing a Nomos watch. Although primarily jewelers, they’re knowledgeable about the watches they carry. Being the only AD for Nomos Glashütte in Seattle, I enthusiastically recommend Fox’s if you’re interested in the brand.

I would highly recommend Fox's Seattle to anyone who's looking for an extra special piece of jewelry or watch. They have the most unique and interesting designers, plus the people there are amazing - very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed a friend's ring no problem, after other shops had told her it would be too difficult!

I have been to many jewelry stores in the Seattle area. This was the best experience from any of them. There was no immediate pressure to buy anything. I was able to try on many watches and my wife tried on some rings. The staff here seems to really know what they are doing. I will absolutely come back!

I visited Fox's recently, wanting to see and try on some Nomos watches. Frankly, I didn't have very high expectations from a small jewelry store regarding watches, most of them know a little about Rolex but wouldn't know a Nomos if it bit them in the wrist. The lady who waited on me (sorry, I've forgotten her name) was both pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained that they used to sell quite a few other brands, but had settled on selling only Nomos because of the high quality and reasonable prices they are known for. Already owning one and a big fan of this brand, I was impressed. Only people who are discerning tend to appreciate this understated brand. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Nomos and I'd guess, based on other reviews and my experience, Fox's would be a good place to buy jewelry as well.

I had ruined my wedding ring being excited and wearing it before I got it sized. It fell off my finger and was ran over by heavy machinery at work. Dropped my ring off after work, sweaty, and dirty, they treated me with class and respect, and took exceptional care of my ring and myself when I dropped it off. They let me know pricing via text in less than 2 days and the gold smith had it repaired, customized, and fitted within the week. I was so surprised to be treated so well and can not praise them enough. My ring looks better than when I got it, and felt like I was a regular from the moment I walked in. Thanks, to everyone; I am sorry I do not remember their names, but top notch service.

Great experience with design and fabrication of custom wedding ring! Zoey and the team provided: constant clear communication, vast knowledge with extensive resources, great patience (with my "particulars" of design), and always made me feel very comfortable. Beyond the experience the quality of ring is stunning and terrific value for a fully custom ring. I would absolutely recommend this shop to my friends and family. Fox's Jewelry opened in 1912 located in downtown Seattle, for something as personal as a wedding band it felt even better supporting a stalwart family run business and not a national company. Cheers team! The ring made her absolutely light up I could not have done it without you all!

Fox's Seattle is definitely top shelf for quality and customer service and a legacy business for downtown Seattle. 15 years ago, asked them to create a custom engagement ring. The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Justine was very prompt, helpful and friendly. She found a great diamond, meeting all my criteria, exactly on budget, and my wife loves it. I highly recommend Fox's.

My experience with the entire staff at Foxes was warm, thoughtful and professional. They took the time to understand my vision and the execution far exceeded my expectations. My small boys even enjoyed coming along as the feeling of a family owned company extends through all of the interactions we had. Highly recommend!

I have purchased several unique pieces of jewelry from Fox’s. I love that they sell jewelry in a range of styles from diamond wedding rings to more casual jewelry and all of it is unique. I love my Gruhan necklace and earrings as well as Zuzko necklace and earrings. They are my go to’s for work or a special evening out.

My wife and I had our wedding bands created at Fox's, and not only did we LOVE the results from their goldsmith, but the service at the shop was excellent. They were very patient with my between-size fingers, and in the end, the rings were perfect. I recommend Fox's heartily!

I came in here a few weeks ago to look at Nomos watches. I was helped by Justine and she was amazing. She was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the watches she was selling, and wasn't trying to pressure me into buying that day. That great service is why I came back days later to buy one of the watches I was looking at. So while I can't speak for anything concerning the jewelry, I can say this is a fantastic place to buy a great watch, and I'm sure I will be back here again.

I would like to post a review for Fox’s Seattle. I don’t typically write reviews but I would like to share with others on how impressed I am with their outstanding customer service, compassion, and the best follow up that I rarely see. I had a very special ring that was stolen. I purchased it over 13 years ago from Fox’s Seattle. Never imagined that I could ever replace it, but I thought to call Fox’s if by chance they had my old records. Of course I lost my original paperwork. This was a very emotional for me based on the sedimental value and all of the memories I had attached to this ring. It was a ring that I wanted to pass down to my husband and/or children when I passed away. When I spoke to Zoey at Fox’s she immediately understood on what I was feeling and was able to share with me that jewelry can be a very deep emotional connection. I am not a big jewelry person - and since I never experience this lost before...she was absolutely wonderful in working with me. After locating my 13 year old purchase record; Zoey informed me that I could actual replace the exact same ring because the designer is still in business and can remake the same ring. Absolutely no pressure to buy! Offered if I wanted to even purchase something else? Or even just talk about the emotional heartache of losing something special. Zoey showed amazing compassion! I also live across the other side of the state and her follow-up is outstanding. Easy to call, text promptly, emails returned within 24 hours, and when she promised to do something or research a question - she never failed! Follow through was outstanding! Bottom line: If you are looking for quality service to match the jewelry and if you are interested in building a great relationship with a great jeweler...you should check out Fox’s Seattle before making your purchase. I can’t praise the work and service of Fox’s enough. I had my mother’s wedding ring, which I had promised myself I would use the stones in a setting that was more contemporary and suitable for everyday wear. After years of procrastination, I went to Fox’s to help me design something that would show off the beauty of the diamond and rubies from mom’s ring.
