    In my search for personal training I quickly came to FORS. out. After a pleasant introduction to Jasper, I was immediately convinced to start a training program. I got to work with coach Jamie and quickly enjoyed great results! In addition, as a vegan I received easy and tasty (!) recipes in my eating plan to support my journey. At FORS. you end up in a great gym where the coaches provide you with excellent technical guidance and can especially see when an exercise is a little too easy or a little too difficult. They motivate you to go to the extreme, something I have some difficulty with when training on my own. Due to my busy schedule, it was not always possible to strictly follow my eating plan, but the process taught me to make more conscious eating choices. My (temporary) first journey with Jamie is almost coming to an end and I certainly look back on great training sessions with great results. I would like to come back for a new journey 💪🏼

    Jasper and his team do top work. I have been counting on their expertise for years. From nutritional advice to personal training. No fairy tales, but honest advice and targeted exercises. No quick, short-term solutions, but solutions that help achieve your long-term goals.

    I have been a customer of Fors Personal Training for a while and I can confidently say that it has been a pleasant experience. Jamie, my personal trainer, provides excellent guidance and knows how to push me to my physical limit time and time again, allowing me to get the most out of my training. What sets Fors Personal Training apart is not only the professional approach, but also the personal attention you receive. Jamie helps me to maintain my focus during the exercises, allowing me to complete each session with maximum effort. The variation in training methods ensures that every session remains challenging and interesting. The Fors team in general is to be commended for their commitment to delivering strong results. The atmosphere is always motivating, and you notice that everyone is really keen to help you and achieve your goals. After several months of training at Fors Personal Training, I can proudly say that I have made significant progress. My strength, endurance and overall fitness have improved noticeably. I am very satisfied with my experience at Fors Personal Training. If you are looking for high-quality guidance, varied training and measurable results, Fors Personal Training is definitely worth it.     Fantastisch, aanrader voor iedereen. Een zeer professioneel team staat voor je klaar. Vanaf de eerste stap die je binnen zet in Fors, voel je het enthousiasme en grote kennis van het volledige team. Ze leggen zowel de oefeningen als je voeding volledig uit. Er wordt snel geantwoord op mails en berichten. Hoewel ik nooit graag ga sporten is er tot nu toe nog geen enkel moment geweest dat ik met tegenzin naar een sessie ben geweest. Omdat ze jou doelen op nummer 1 zetten en je snel verandering merkt. Zweten zal je doen, afzien ook maar het team van Fors maakt het een stuk leuker ! Ook zijn ze zeer flexibel en kijken ze samen wanneer je kan komen trainen. het is een aanrader en als je met Lindsey mag trainen weet je dat je goed zit !

    Super goede en fijne begeleiding bij Fors! Na een aangenaam intake gesprek ben ik gestart met personal training bij Jamie en het verloopt echt super. Duidelijk uitleg, realistische doelen en top begeleiding. Ik heb in het verleden zonder begeleiding gesport maar dit is echt next level. Jamie helpt super goed om de oefeningen correct uit te voeren en licht het effect van de oefeningen telkens toe. Zeker en vast een aanrader!

    Jamie, Jasper, Lindsey en Jonas. FORS, jullie zijn één team, één hechte groep van kwalitatieve coaches die me door een moeilijke periode geholpen hebben. Zeer dikke dankjewel voor alles tot nu toe! Op nog veel zware maar fijne workouts!

    Vanaf het moment dat ik begon, werd ik aangenaam verrast door de kwaliteit van de trainingen en de ondersteuning die wij krijgen. De wekelijkse voedingsschema's zijn echt super handig en goed (lekker) samengesteld, ook voor veggies. Al snel merkte ik dat ik meer energie had en begon ik de veranderingen te zien. Wat ook fijn is, is dat de trainingen flexibel kunnen ingepland worden. Een gezellige pt gym die niet overvol zit en waar ze alle tijd nemen om je écht persoonlijk te begeleiden. Fors pt is echt een top team!🤜🏼

    Na zoveel mislukte pogingen om mijn doel te bereiken heb ik me toch aan Personal Coaching gewaagd. De gemoedelijke sfeer bij FORS. heeft me meteen op mijn gemak gesteld. Door het intakegesprek voelde ik me meteen op mijn gemak en begon ik het gevoel te krijgen dat mijn doel wel een werkelijkheid zou kunnen worden. Voorheen dacht ik dat dit door mijn drukke job als zelfstandige niet mogelijk zou zijn. Maar door het sporten en de begeleiding voel ik dat mijn zaak hierdoor ook groeit. Ik ben alerter, fitter en de weegschaal zakt eindelijk! Dankjewel Team FORS.

    Bij FORS leer ik stap voor stap de wereld van krachttraining ontdekken. Met de nodige uitleg, met altijd een antwoord op al mijn vragen, met veel plezier tijdens de training maar zeker ook met resultaat! Een top team dat altijd voor je klaar staat en je zelfs voor en na de trainingen opvolgt. Eén van mijn beste beslissingen om bij FORS te beginnen trainen.

    Due to menopause I no longer felt good about myself. The kilos as well as my waist circumference increased. Even though I exercised regularly, I noticed that my approach was no longer sufficient. My husband had also gained a few pounds and needed extra help due to a shoulder problem. So after some research we decided to make an appointment at FORS. During the intake interview we noticed that Jasper was able to give us a good expert explanation, which allowed us to start our process with confidence. Our personal Coach is the positive, driven Lindsey. By conveying this to us, she guides us with the right nutrition tips and she also ensures that we get the most out of every strength training. Thanks to this combination, we are finally achieving positive results again. The personal approach in which you perform controlled movements and adjust them if necessary prevents injury and ensures training of the right muscle groups. Short and sweet (just like the team): TOP coaching, TOP guidance, TOP experience, TOP results. Highly recommended!!!

    What a team! Every time you come to train, you are motivated by all the trainers, even if you were a bit dreading it. You can't possibly start the training in a bad mood because everyone is always super enthusiastic. In addition, they also have the experience and knowledge to adjust or adjust training at the last minute if something bothers you or if you have missed a training. I train with Jamie. There the focus is on calisthenics. The ideal combo for me. But as always, Jamie lets you start with the basics until you're ready for the 'cool' exercises so you won't injure yourself. Highly recommended! #stayhard #staymotivated 💪

    Thanks to the weekly training sessions at FORS. I have found my sporting rhythm again. Lindsey's expertise takes my workouts to the next level. The vibe at FORS. is great; the trainers create an environment that inspires and motivates. FORS is for anyone looking for a fitness experience that goes beyond the standard, with personal guidance and a fun atmosphere. absolutely recommended.

    Some things simply cannot be accomplished alone, so it's nice that Fors is there to guide you with their knowledge and approach. Always nice to train and work towards a goal together with Jasper!!

    I have been training for 3 months now under the guidance of a strong coach, these are very skilled people who know what they are talking about. They can always tell you at any time exactly which muscle you are training and how you can train it in the best possible way, even recommended for people who have been exercising for years!!! in order to refine their techniques and get the best possible out of their training. 💪 highly recommended!!!
