The Midwest Express Clinic MT Greenwood have a wonderful staff. Booking an appointment over the phone was simple and clear. Answered all of my questions and concerns. The office, private doctor room, and bathroom was clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was also quick! Started on time. I highly recommend this clinic!

I was a walk-in, but was still seen within an hour, and the facility was very busy. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The assistant that took me to an exam room was as well. I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner that saw me. She didn't rush me and asked pertinent questions as to my illness. I felt very confident in her ability. The facility was clean, although the exam rooms were very cold. I left feeling confident in my choice to go there. Total time was around an hour and forty minutes which I think was excellent for such a busy day.

So because it's basically for the poor means poor service? First the redhead needs to go! Second, stop taking people's money and giving them shoddy service or saying and telling them anything just to get them in and out. Apparently they don't communicate with one another, My follow up was supposed to include a different medication however, I just picked up the medication and it's the exact same one prescribed as before. Now I'm calling the facility and getting a sound as if it's a fax machine number. People are stressed, and the little bit of money that people have they deserve better than this. The ghetto receptionist / whatever she supposed to be needs to go. Periodtt! Do better! Hire better! There are people who would do this job with character and integrity, apparently you don't have them.

After waiting 45 minutes, they told me that I could wait in the car and they would call me. 1hour later, I come in and they said they already called my name. I came in early to see the ultrasound tech and since she leaves at 4, and now I’ve waisted 3 hours still nothing. I asked to speak with the manager and no one is in charge according to the front desk operator. Do not recommend 0/10.

I was happily surprised. My insurance company give a list of location near me. I'd gotten of work just visit an urgent care service. I'd been sick for about 3 days and taking over the counter meds. That didn't seem to help. So, I'd decide to go to a center nearest my home. When in the waiting room was overflowing with people. Once I'd made it to the front desk I was told I needed to take a covid test before I could be seen. I left and got a covid test, COVID-19 which was negative, which already knew. I went to this 1st center waited in line, again and callled to the desk to complete my paperwork. Waited for them to review my symptoms and was told the doctor wouldn't see me and they advised me to go the E.R... This place was a complete waste of time. Your clinic was the 3rd on my list nearest me. I was Very happily surprised with the whole visit: your front desk person was very pleasant and effective with all the that came thur the door. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant. And finally the practitioner I saw was just Great, pleasant, upbeat, generally concerned about well being, advising of my high blood pressure readings. Your clinic and staff was a complete 360" of my earlier experience at another clinic. On a scale of 1 to 10 your clinic is most definitely 15.

He Was So Informative, Very Detailed In Explaining Things For Us, Very Professional, Very Educated, He Was Great With My Girls Who Are 7 + 2, He Is Very Caring, He Even Gave The Girls Princess Tiaras + Suckers ! ❤️ I Mean I Can Go On And On And On ! Just wow! Tried going to Advocate "doc in a box" urgent care. They opened at 8. I arrived at 8:30. They said they weren't taking any more patients at all. Came to Midwest Express. They were also slammed with patients but I was seen within an hour!!! I had a cough and asked if I could wait in the car so I could breathe more easily and they happily accommodated me and just called when it was my turn. Definitely got more thorough exam than I have with hospital affiliated urgent care clinics. They will definitely be my first choice next time!!!

I am so happy that you are there for emergency. We came on a sunday. The staff was pretty efficient and took care of my sister appropriately and we didn't wait long even though it was many people . Thank you very much

Cynthia my sonographer/ultrasound specialist was the kindest and most helpful person I met on a really tough day. They scheduled me for a same day ultrasound when I was in a lot of pain. She went out of her way to contact another clinic to get the right ultrasound order. She made me feel heard and comfortable. She answered all of my questions AND THEN went out of her way to text me (on the work line because she's so professional) to make sure I received all of my results quickly. I recommend this clinic for Cynthia alone!

If I could give 0 starts I would. My wife had 2 visits. First visit they did some tests so I understand you pay for visit + tests separately. Second visit my wife waited ONLY 2 minutes she was give the results NO FURTHER QUESTIONS, just results that we already paid for that, and for that they again billed $94. Won’t recommend this place anymore to anyone

Very friendly staff and the doctor was amazing- she definitely chose the profession that fits her. She was patient and the patient and took the time to ensure that what was being said was understood. If there's a need for urgent care we'll definitely be going there and we didn't have to wait long for service.

I was at work today & needed to see a doctor AS my personal doctor couldn't see me until October... Let me start by saying your doctors are fabulous & the nurses are too... BUT OMG the female at the front desk (named Meghan) is VERY and i MEAN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to patients & other staff members & SOMEBODY NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS!

I made my appointment via MEC website for antibodies testing for 10:35am at their Mt Greenwood location. Almost all seats in the waiting area were taken and my first thought was not a good one. Surprisingly my wait was under 30 minutes. All staff were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very busy, non-stop with calls, walk-ins and complaints and yet not once did she loose her cool. On my way out I told her she has the patience of a Saint. Note to patients, appointments are not by time and are made to save your spot in line as stated on their site.

On a day where I having a very hard time getting a Covid test, Midwest Express came through! I didn’t have an appointment and they were extremely busy. The helped me with kindness, courtesy and respect despite being swamped with patients. After a shorter than expected wait, I was seen, tested and resulted. Questions answered and on my way.

I am happy I found this clinic. I was nervous at first because there isn't really an appointment time but everything was organized and smooth. Everyone was great from the minute u walk in. I will be back.

Midwest Express has it all dialed in. I have been there 3 times for quick covid test. From taking your appointment over the phone, to signing in for appt., taking test and getting results. All done quickly and efficiently. Folks working there are very friendly, but professional. I would recommend to anyone who needs a test result ASAP.

Such a great experience from the moment we walked in! nurses were so sweet and took such great care of my daughter! Dr. Nurceski was great! Considering how busy they were, we were in and out in less than an hour! Checking in and registering online sure helped speed up the process! Definitely going back in time of need!

George and the other staff were awesome. I called to check the status of availability. I came in and had initial contact with medical staff within 15 minutes. George the Advanced Degree Nurse Practioner gave me a thorough examination. I was out of there shortly after. I'm improving already. Thank you Midwest Express Clinic for your care. I've just had my follow up visit with Dr. L and she was great. She continued the care with same expertise and bedside manner as George. Thank you Midwest Urgent Care.

My first time there and I loved it!!! The staff and doctors are great and very caring. I have told many people about this place and I hope if ever they need medical attention quickly they let them service their needs. Thank you for helping me and my husband in a timely and fashionable manor. Beats sitting in a emergency room for hours for sure! Hands down, the best customer service! I say that because they are consistently pleasant to speak to and get information. It is refreshing to have a nice person that checks you in and takes information both in person and over the phone. The doctor was really compassionate and gentle, when I went to the room to wait for the doctor the nurses were smiling and pleasant too! Over all great experience from making the appointment to being seen, they also are fast getting you in and out!

I went to Midwest Express in Mt. Greenwood because I wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days. They had me in and out quickly, and everyone there was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend going there if you need to be seen for anything.

We had the best experience ever at Midwest. We received care from Lori, a RN / PHD. My daughter was hysterical due to being fearful of getting an eraser out of her ear. Lori showed so much care, compassion, patience & knowledge. We were very impressed with her skill set. I highly recommend Midwest based on Lori’s performance.

I had the experience of visiting Midwest Express clinic for the first time. The office was very clean, staff was very polite. I was pleased with my visit. The only thing I didn’t like was the area of check in for HIPPA reasons seeing that I work in. Hospital the area shid be designed a tad bit more private but over all my experience was great

The receptionist was awesome and funny even though I wasn’t feeling well. I didn’t have to wait long; they had some kids show on (better than the news!). Before I knew it was on my way to My pharmacy . Doctor Lisa o’Reilly was thorough and gentle and incredibly professional. Thanks for being open late and so kind to me .

Expedient friendly professional and brilliant! The staff may have been all women but they were also extremely efficient organized in a very clean office. Thank you for being there when I had a tick lodged in my arm!

Everyone was great. Making appointment online was easy. Staff was excellent and provided excellent care to diagnose my upper respiratory infection. Prescribed a Z-pack antibiotic and a follow up visit in a week. Feeling better after one day of the treatment. Four more to go! I never used an express or urgent care facility before but will in the future if needed.

The staff at the front desk were patient and professional. The wait to see the doctor was shorter than seeing my own primary, which is why I scheduled this service in the first place. The doctor I saw was genuinely kind. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. She promised to call me with the results of the imaging within 2 hours, but called back after approximately 45 minutes. The 5 star review was earned.

Very smooth and easy to see somebody for any urgent care. I recommend checking into website ahead of time before you go there, so you don't have to wait too long. Be aware if you have any ongoing health issues, best to go to your primary- the doctors/nurses here see a lot of patients and are constantly rotating so you won't probably see the same person if you need a quick follow up.

My 6 year old son had a fever and a cough. I Googled the closest Urgent Care in my area that would take his insurance. BIG check mark for Midwest Express Clinic for being both. I called first. The receptionist was VERY helpful and kind. I did the pre-registration online and chose the time we'd be there. We got there on time and was seen less than 15 minutes later. The nurses were professional, efficient and caring. The doctor was AWESOME! She explained the problem, prescribed what was needed and we were on our way! In less than an hour, services were rendered and received! If we EVER need Midwest Express Clinic, count on us coming back!

Went to another Urgent Care but the wait was two hours. Called Midwest Express, got in quickly and all services needed were performed in under one hour. The staff was friendly and through. The triage nurse explained what each procedure was for and I felt very relaxed. The doctor asked a lot of questions and did several test before determining my issue. Medication was subscribed but I was given the OPTION of taking it or not. That's unusual for doctors to give you options. This will be my Urgent Care facility going forward. P.S. While at home the other Urgent Care facility called to see if I still want to come in. I said, No, I'm home relaxing now.

Love Midwest clinic, no appointment necessary. Which is a BIG PLUS. Never have to wait long to be seen. All the staff are polite, kind, and answer my questions. Very knowledgeable doctors. Enjoy going to this verses other walk in places.

A friend recommended me this place and I’m very grateful for that. Outstanding service, they are quick, walk-ins are welcome, every time I need something or have an emergency they resolve my problem with efficiency and care. I swear I have never been in a clinic like this.

I walked in right when they opened at 8am and was out before I knew it. Everyone was so kind! I got the help I needed in a reasonable time, and they really listened to what I had to say. They were all very kind and very informative.

I was so happy that I was able to make a same day "appointment" on their website. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and checked in very efficiently. I waited about 20 minutes to be seen which was perfectly fair given the nature of the clinic. Dr. Para was super sweet and patient in removing the VERY embedded splinter in my toe! She even knew when to tag someone in when she was having a tough time due to how deep it was. Overall, great customer service and patient care. 😁.

Very nice, child friendly clinic, clean, and efficient staff. I've been here for asthma attacks and follow ups and am grateful for this clinic. It is busier nowadays due to Covid testing but I recommend this location especially if you have little ones! The entire staff is very trained on dealing with kids and friendly and they get to choose any toy, sticker, or lollipop, from a bin they have. Can't please everybody but it's a very efficient clinic, great staff. Very busy though. DON'T come here for covid testing. 2 hour wait and had to leave

Midwest clinic is always clean. The front desk person is always helpful and very nice. The doctors are great and we never have to wait more then 15 min.

I had such a great experience here and I felt a 5 stars was in order. I highly recommend visiting this clinic. The staff was amazing and Dr. Para was very professional and a sweet person. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities. I will be back again when need be. Thanks again!

Had to make the appointment online, which was easy. The registering part was kind of a hassle. You have to upload you id and insurance card and go through tons of questions. I'm sure it's this way because of covid, so I get it. Just wish it was a little faster/easier. They got us in relatively quick. The person who we originally saw who took vitals and asked what was going on was great. My baby was sick and crying the entire time and she was very patient. The dr we saw was Anna, not sure of the last name. She was great as well. Answered all the questions I had, over a screaming and crying baby, and gave us the meds she needed. I would definitely go back. While they do take Indiana insurance at this location, there's nowhere around that will fill the scripts and take Indiana insurance. I thought maybe since they took it, there might be a pharmacy that would as well. If you're in this situation and will be needing meds, it might be easier to drive further and go to the Indiana locations. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I just love the Midwest Express clinic located at 3258 West 111th Street!! Staff is very professional kind and courteous. When I'm at the Midwest Express Clinic I really feel like I'm at a place where people really care about my health and well-being. Every time I go I am treated with respect and loving care. Also, the Physicians are very knowledgeable and very thorough in their care for their patients. Midwest Express keep up the good work!!

Therese Bell has a PERFECT Bedside Manor & Is an Expert in her field of study! She was gentle & thoughtful of instruments used to compliment my body type (Butterfly Needle, Smaller Speculum) . During my exam I asked many questions and she clearly helped me understand with photographic education. I was reluctant to take prescribed medication before test results but after all she was 100% correct with her visual diagnosis and precautionary advice. Thank you kindly, Dr. Therese!

A-1 service including Evelyn who booked me via phone from the Blue Island location for MT Greenwood. Everyone from the NP, the assistant staff and front desk personnel was super welcoming on Friday 1/28/22 @ 7PM. Only issue was the phone line at this location doesn't work when you call. The facility is clean, good music and genuine folks. Wish I had the names of the 3 individuals who helped me so I can add it to this review. Thanks again

The practitioner listen carefully to me and responded to my concerns, I was satisfied with my visit to this clinic I will be going back there if I have to and I will recommend this site to family and friends..

This urgent care was wonderful. I scheduled a time slot and only waited 40 minutes to be triaged (which is AMAZING for a busy urgent care). They apologized for the wait too, but I had no problem with the wait even though I felt very sick. The NP, Laura T., was great. She was in my room super quickly, administered the medication herself for it to be faster. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely come here for any future urgent care needs. I’d give them a ten if I could.

We were visiting from out of state when our family became ill. Vaccinated and double boosted, we all got COVID and needed help. We googled urgent care and saw the reviews for Midwest Express Clinic. WOW the reviews where spot on. Wonderful facility with awesome caring staff. From the receptionist, support staff and physicians, we felt like family. Ultimately all five of us used the clinic. The care didn’t end with our visit. The physicians called and checked on us! I would give this clinic ten ⭐️. Thank you Midwest!!

This clinic is great! This was my first time here and I was amazed that they had me in and out in an hour, even though the room was full of patients! The receptionist was warm and friendly. And, when I saw the nurse practitioner, she listened!!! Another added bonus was that there was a Walgreens at the end of the block, and I only had to wait 15 minutes to get my prescriptions!!!! I will definitely come here for urgent care!

I visited on 8/06/22. The wait was not long at all. The staff was great. The nurse practitioner was soooooo caring and compassionate. I cannot remember her name, but she was so nice to me. I was nervous about the appointment, and she talk to me throughout the entire process. I was so tense, but she relieved all my worries.

A wonderful, clean facility with excellent staff. I called ahead to be put on the waiting list and register which made the process even smoother. The staff and nurse practitioner listened and took my concerns seriously which, unfortunately, is not always the case in other medical institutions (even my GP). They worked hard to fit in the various tests I needed despite already having appointments scheduled. The woman who did the ultrasound was so nice and the room oddly relaxing. I thought I might fall asleep! This is the only location I have been to but I would drive the 45 minutes from where I live to have a pleasant urgent care experience again.

Went on line to pre-register. Receptionist was exceptional. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Was like this with all patients. Nurse checking us in was the same. The nurse practitioner was very Courteous, attentive to our needs, listened to our concerns. We have a follow-up soon. We will definitely recommend Midwest Express Clinic.

My daughter’s experience at Midwest Express Clinic was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clinic was clean and they enforced safety precautions. My daughter was also able to be for another medical issue without doing another appointment. I was pleased with my visit.

I was in and out in no time. Although there were several patients there, they make you feel as if you are the only one. I went here because my regular doctor didn't help me and I went back to see him and he wasn't available. I feel that the doctor at Midwest did a far better job than my own doctor. She took time and asked a lot of questions. I'm due for a follow up this coming Saturday. My doctor didn't ask me to schedule a follow up. So, I may just stop using my doctor and just go to Midwest. They were quick but, took time to really check what was wrong. I really recommend them.

First time ever using a clinic like this. Had some doubts but was quickly put to rest! The staff was quick and efficient. The nurse practitioners were amazing. Talked through everything they were about to do. Will definitely be headed back if their services are needed.

I was seen by Kasey Wade, APN for illness. She was awesome. Extremely thorough and understanding and seemed to really care how I was feeling. She spent time in the room with me explaining her reasoning for certain medications she prescribed. She treated me appropriately for what symptoms I was experiencing. She said she usually does not work at my clinic but I would love to be seen under her care again when ill. I’d like to add that I had an 8:50 appointment time and waited maybe 5 minutes in the lobby. It was super quick and efficient! I’ve been to this clinic before and had great experiences.

The entire experience was excellent! All of the employees were kind, patient and knowledgeable! I had an 8:15 appt and was called soon after. The technician was efficient - taking my vitals, asking about symptoms, giving me a required test. When I entered the next room I was immediately seen by a physician assistant who also asked about my symptoms, listened to my heart and lungs with deep breathing. She suggested I either had pneumonia or bronchitis. She told me I needed an x-ray and said that after a radiologist saw the x-rays and gave her the findings she would call; and she did within the hour. Also within that hour I picked up the prescription. Again, a wonderful experience! Thanks to all the employees at Midwest Express Clinic!
