Went through drive through during lunch, the gentleman taking our order was very polite and accommodating. We actually got exactly what we ordered and everything was delicious. Only took 8-9 min from entering the parking lot to leaving. Very happy with our visit.

Almost 30 minutes inside to have my order even taken. It was very chaotic for staff. If I didn't know better everyone was new and it was their very first shift without any direction at all.

I stopped here to get for me and my family and I ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger for my dad and when I got home there was no bacon on it at all and on top of that I had to wait 30mins to get my meal.

Was there about an hour ago, had the worst experience, wasn’t talked to at the window til I received my food 25 minutes later. Watched as the worker walked around aimlessly, saw my fries die( lose all their heat) in the window, and received the wrong order after all that time. Received a dollar chicken sandwich rather than my spicy one ordered and a jr burger rather than my ultimate. Smh

Went for lunch, and they weren't even really that busy, but for some reason, it took them a long time to get our food together. The floors were gross and sticky. The lady at the counter was friendly tho. I know places get busy and things happen but when we ordered a burger and tacos and the two customers after us ordered more food get their food before us it's kinda frustrating, and yes I know tacos can take longer but never have I waited as long as we did this time at any jack n the box, and some were very busy.

I’ve stopped here several times snd honestly, have no issues. Great service, quick and friendly. It is in the Home Depot parking lot and can be a little busy getting in and out. Otherwise, no issues or complaints.

Today, 3-11-2023. Male on speaker wouldn't talk loud enough to hear him. Ordered a number 11. He lowly asked what size/I plainly stated the one for $8.59/He asked, "Medium"/I answered yes because I thought that was the size on the sign since it doesn't state small, med, or large on the screen/Expecting to pay $9.30/Charged me $9.84/Principal - do not play games with me. Chicken was cold with unmelted cheese, too much mayo, and the fries were stale. $10 is outrageous for this small amount of food. Manager shoul check the food before it goes out or hire employees who are not lazy.

7/1/23 at 11pm, Ordered ahead, line was long (7 or 8 cars), but I didn't expect to wait an hour for food. If I hadn't already been charged for the order, I would have left and gone elsewhere

The app sent my order to this location by accident. (My fault. Didn't double check.) But the manager Saul worked with me and took care of it. Picked it up later with no hassle. Great job thanks..

Gave us the wrong order again.... what's so hard about this!?! Did what the replier asked me to do.... totally automated response. Wow... that makes me feel so much better dealing with AI complaint departments.

didnt say anything when pulled up to the drive-thru, then said system was down not taking orders, even though person in front AND behind me ordered and got food, lying for what

We came here around 9 pm. Before we.ordered, I went to the bathroom and I knew the service was going to be great based off the cleanliness of the bathroom. We ordered a couple of hamburgers and fries along with a drink. Considering how late it was, they still made sure all our food was fresh off the grill as well as the buns. I looked around tye diningroom and it was just as clean as the bathrooms. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the service. Shoutout to the management that leads this team.

They don’t know how to answer the phone, and they purposely setup their phone system in a way that makes it impossible to leave a voicemail. Learn how to train your employees to not be total POs’s.

I had bad service the lady was rude she did not repeat my order she did not say thank you the tacos were pre-made and very greasy the grease was coming out of my bag and you can tell the tacos were not drain and I will never come back to this store.. I used to work at Jack In The Box and that's not the way you're supposed to treat the customers.. I had to come on here and do the review because she did not give me a receipt. I can hear her telling the people on the speaker that she could not hear them y'all need to fix the speaker and have better communication

This place does give receipts for your food. And when you ask, they give attitude about it. Don't know if I got overcharged for anything.
