Awesome atmosphere! Food was great, the building was very clean and the staff was friendly, sweet and kind! I will be returning soon. Oh yeah I was greeted by the owners and they made sure I was satisfied.

Maybe there is a no star option, but i pit as much effort as dickeys did on m finding it. It doesn’t matter how much we try, we are still here. Don’t waist your time with this trash for food and please don’t order off the menu because they will give you whatever the smallest possible amount is and hope you don’t ask for more… because when I did, they stuck to their guns that a “family” amount was smaller then a coffee cup. Please avoid. And, remember, in Texas this is worse then picking last weeks trash out a dumpster. Just go to a real BBQ joint.

How is a large fry for $6.99...less than 15 pieces? And cold! Not happy! And they wont answer the phone!

This place was extremely full of happiness and spectacular customer service. The food was amazing having a lot of flavor. Will definitely be back!!

The barbecue sandwich was delicious. The buns were fresh and the meat was seasoned just right. I was very impressed. I will also be using this restaurant to cater my next event.

We ordered Dickies today for everyone helping with the STAAR test at our school. Not only were our meals hot, but they delivered it and had them separated by name. they went above and beyond with our order. We were only expecting our sandwich and a side, but there were chips and a cookie. They brought our staff tea and cups. The staff at the Kennedale location has been so accommodating and helpful. I am looking forward to the next time we use them for catering!

Sarah and Kari were amazing, and helpful! They definitely are customer oriented, location was clean and comfy someone get these ladies a raise/promotion!

Don't order from this place, food is nasty and they will give you the wrong order, and guess what, this "barbecue pit" didn't even send bbq, like are you kidding, waste of money this franchinse is the worst I have ever tried.

Chance and Kairi were very friendly and welcoming. I came to order ribs and pork but ended ordering the brisket and a strawberry cake as well. Awesome experience.
